Capital Kebab in Thurrock

I am still in shock regarding what happened at capital kebab today. We went to the window to order and said “hi you okay” to the man cutting the kebab and he said “NO IM NOT” we thought he was joking and asked again and he started muttering telling us to “go the F*** away” I was flabbergasted. He then carried on swearing and then branded his kebab knife up and down in a threatening manner where we then asked if he had a problem, and he came up to the window aggressive and argumentative which then made us defensive, we literally had no idea what on earth we had done, then he got his phone out and told us to hold on acting like he was going to call someone to what? Come and hurt us? What a joke. I don’t know who this employer is, haven’t seen him there before but you need to get rid of him asap before either police gets involved or he hurts a customer. He got back what he tried to give with force from me as no one has the right to speak to anyone the way he did. We literally came there from the jubilee celebrations, all happy and chirpy until we came across his mug. Absolutely disgusting human. I should add the other young guy was apologetic and offered our food for free but we still paid. For reference, he is short in stature, small eyes and has stubble. BEWARE IF HE IS THERE, IT LOOKED LIKE HE WANTED TO USE THAT KEBAB KNIFE.

My partner and I regularly order The Hot One pizza from here. Never once been disappointed. Probably ordered around 10 pizzas from here on separate occasions. It’s always the same order, so I can not vouch for any other items

After 11 weeks of lockdown decided and fancied a kebab. After three attempts at trying to explain what we required the delivery arrived. I wish it hadn't. Mixed kebab was recorded from yesterday if felt like and very greasy and a strange colour with a weird texture. Perhaps this is a lesson not to order early, because in my opinion it was reheated left over food. The fried chicken was the best element as an addition, and the scampi was ok. Usually the standards are good but on this occasion very bad. We did not attempt to eat the mixed kebab apart from the diner meat, and the rest went in the bin sadly. At £22.70 in total very upsetting and disappointing.

This place is less than 15mins walk from my home but I ordered and paid for my food online as I have children at home and can’t take them to the takeaway as it is always full of weed smoking chavs, fair enough the app quotes 45mins delivery but they may be busy. 2 and a half hours later their phone is off the hook, they have my payment so I cannot order elsewhere and I am still awaiting unable to get any update.........
