Burger King in Thurrock

first impression when i walked in, big and clean store. the service was quick and food still hot, all as i wanted

I was using up some holiday days off work and popped into town to grab some early Xmas presents and get some house bits. Got a bit peckish so I popped into Burger King for a Bacon Double XL meal and a chill out for 20 minutes. I used to work heavily in the Catering Industry for 20 years in different sectors. The most important area for me with any brand is image and Service. I have done Mystery Guest Visits in the past but on this occasion I just wanted to recognise a Young Lady Charley serving on the front for her efforts. Polite Bubbly Efficient Her Clear Communicaton to the Customers under pressure was Outstanding. Asset to your business.

Never ever use this B King delivery missing food ok accidents happen. Call restaurant manger then calls me a lier and raise his voice like I'm a child to talk over me about what I was saying disgusting customer service. Wouldn't even give a rating food was also cold

I’m sitting here eating my meal in what can only be described as a total dump. It smells of tramps and ALL of the tables are covered in rubbish and food. So is the floor. So is the serving counter!! I’m tempted to just throw some of my meal on the floor so I fit in!! You have been warned!!!!!

Well where do I start was in town shopping, and fancied a burger, thought i'd give it a try, but was throughly disappointed, the bun was stale, you could have thrown it, and it would have knocked someone out, the burger was dry and cold, the cheese, what there was of it was a ordinary cheese slice, what could they get wrong with that, the bacon was hard, and fatty, tables were a mess, rubbish overflowing in the bins, staff standing around looking miserable and bored,( don't know why, because there was plenty for them to do) someone ought to do a surprise visit from head office

Customer service really slow and the staff ain’t that great a making you feel welcome. In fact they make you feel like your a bother. Once you get your food and go to site down you then get a true picture of the place. Tables had left over food on it where they couldn’t be bothered to clean the tables. Customers leftover trays not cleaned off table. Food on the floor... Yuk. The toilets are locked and when you ask how to get in the staff answer so abruptly like your nothing. When you get in there, Oh My God IT SO DIRTY and your afraid to touch the taps cause it’s so dirty. The District Manager should give them a surprise visit at lunchtime. I’m sure they’d be shocked. I wish I’d taken a picture of all the stuff I mentioned above. Would put you off for life

Place was dirty and unclean. Staff were very unhappy. Food was over cooked and burnt yet chips were undercooked and tasted frozen. I do like a good BK but will not return here in a hurry.

I do like a Burger King, and this restaurant was just as nice as other places. The food is relatively decent priced (compared to some other BK’s) and the staff are friendly too. I am however disappointed that they removed the Coca Cola Freestyle machines (Freestanding drinks machines where customers do the drinks themselves).

Ordered a delivery one day to be told half an hour later that they had no drivers so couldn't deliver. Decided to give them another go a few weeks later. After 90 mins waiting and 16 attempts to call them finally got through to be told it would be another hour. Do yourselves a favour and stay clear of this place !!

My friends nd me visited this restaurant mainly for our burger cravings. Frst of all the size of the burger disappointed us. The patty was cold. Sauce was not gud. It tasted somehow bitter. The environment was noisy. Bettet luck next time!

My son loves coming in here however it usually takes ages to serve and a long time to get the food. It's not exactly food food even when the restaurant is fairly quiet.

Located just outside the train station. Place was generally clean. Good customer service from the manager and team members. Visited during off peak time.

Food is about on a par with the service - awful! Chips are always cold, burgers soggy, desserts terrible, staff rude o the point of offensive!

Service appalling,food cold and absolutely filthy....Avoid I would never eat there again ..It's an effort for the staff to serve you not a smile or thank you.Tabkes not cleared food and rubbish on the floor ,flat drinks and no ice ....should be shut down....
