Had to throw the double ringer away I ordered without lettuce and mayo I can’t eat mayo such a waste please read the order next time

Cold food and tasted like it was left overs from the day before!

Chicken ftom chicken meal wasn't hot chips was missing but did get replaced and was given wings for the inconvenience.

I pad for 1 bag of school chips he gave someone else a bag of school chips for free I think it is unacceptable that someone else gets I free bag of chips and it’s such a rip off not happy

ordered 3 meals, none came with sides and no money back

poor service again! Will never order from here again. yet again item's missing and the driver went to wrong address and when he phoned me for directions he still took 10 mins to find me!! never heard of sat nav lads!! don't waste your time and money ordering here!

The Chicken was very poor quality and cold and mushy . Inedible

the weather is currently 30 degrees and they send me a hot dr Pepper instead of Pepsi and they was saying we don’t have pepsi no one can drink de pepper btw was to hot i parent my tongue

piping hot food at a reasonable price and always excellent service would highly recommend

Chicken strips was burnt and tough popcorn chicken was burnt and most never had chicken in was just the batter. Chips where cold will not be ordering from there again

got under cost it was 14 pound and drive cost me over 15 pound

At the rate I’m going, these guys are going to bankrupt me! Food *always* turns up early, is always hot and tasty and the drivers are always very pleasant as well. Even writing this review is making me want to place another order! Highly recommended.

The food was delayed, they got the order wrong, when the food came, the gravy was spilt and cold, chips were missing aswell.

Thoroughly enjoyed our food tonight. My daughters favourite is KFC but tonight she said this was 100% better than KFC even the gravy. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Highly recommended. Thankyou for a lovely dinner.

It's cheap chicken if you like chicken you will like it here I used to order it a few times a months but haven't as much as food really can be ever really nice or very dry but the amount of food you get is a good amount

OVER 45 MINS LATE, APP SHOWING FOOD WAS WITH DRIVER FOR 40 MINS SO ARRIVED COLD, BAG WAS SOGGY BECAUSE FOOD WAS HOT AT FIRST SO STEAMED THE BAG AND BOXES. ALSO ORDERED EXTRA CHIPS AND A PIECE OF CHICKEN WHICH WERE MISSING. WOULD NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN. SHAME AS NORMALLY ITS OK. ONLY GINEN 1 STAR AS I CANT GIVE NO STARS.

I love this restaurant better than KFC. It's only down side is they have stopped their cotton candy milkshakes. I don't understand why they did this either they were to die for.

Ordered at 10 past 1 and it come at nearly 3pm. Call received from the shop saying it would be 10-15 mins at 2:15 and still didn’t receive until 3pm. Nearly £50 order too

Awful, food was cold and some of it was very pink.

I bought 2 meals and for both meals have missing coleslasw.Plus the friss size was not the same .One is really tiny not even one portion.

Went in 2130 they wouldn't cook me what I wanted and was very rude.

Please be careful when ordering wings, I ordered 20 & asked to have 10 bbq & 10 spicy which in turn they charged me 10 each which is a big difference than charging for 20. When I said you have charged me to much & I wanted the differences in money back I then got a grin and told I've put six more wings in. That's the last time I ever go there. SO PLEASE CAREFUL.

Food turned up late and very cold.

I ordered from favourite chicken tonight on just eat. I got a notification saying my food was being delivered. It turned up 25 minutes later… My order got delivered cold. When I rang them up to say my order was cold they said there was nothing they could do about it. The man on the phone was very rude and didn’t want to help. And all he kept saying was “food is freshly cooked”. We asked for them to cook fresh food and they refused. They then said my location is too far for them to re deliver. They refused to pick the food up even for a refund. I was so fed up I returned the food myself and told them I wanted my money back, They still then refused! I will not be ordering from them again!

We waited an hour and a half for our food to be delivered. It was 45 minutes over the estimated delivery.

This place has become my favourite chicken shop. Fresh Crunchy chicken Burger. I was just reading some comments. People have left saying food is cold honestly. If you want free food, pick up the phone to the shop and ask nicely. I'm pretty sure they'll just give it to you For free. If you want fresh Juicy chicken, this is the place.😋😋😋

Was surprisingly disgusting, usually is just mediocre, but that order was a mess, barely any seasoning on the chicken, it was definitely straight out the fryer into packaging and by the time it reached me the grease soaked the box so much it’d had actually completely fallen through it, ordered a large beans also but came in 2 small tubs which definitely doesn’t equate to a large tub. I’ve ordered from here many times, but never again. Back to KFC for me for my chicken fix.

Half the food was delivered I ordered 6 chicken 4 chips received only 3 chicken and the quality of the chicken was awful would not even feed it to my dog 🤢🤮

I’m running out of things to say. On time and completely delicious. Again the best chips I’ve had in a long time. I read other comments on here about the food being cold, delivered late and things missing. All I can say is I’ve ordered 5 or 6 times now and it’s always been fabulous.

The order was late, then the time for delivery was changed when I queried it, and then it was still 5 mins late. The food was cold. Ask restaurant for some money off. I am still waiting for a response, and the delivery drive charges me more than the price of the order. Not Happy

I called up and informed them of this to which they said they will get one sent out asap specifically stating 15-20 minutes max, I explained to them how that’s quite a long time considering we have food here we are waiting to be eaten and how could we all sit and eat in front of a child with no food… but still I waited, 30 minutes later still no replacement and by that time we had already split the meals so said child could eat, therefore was no longer hungry, I explained this over the phone and asked for a refund considering it was a missed item and then how long it was taking and they were so rude exclaiming how they cant refund and we just have to wait.
