well over 2 hours for delivery! food was cold, phoned the shop twice and they didn't seem to care

My main bits of food was missing so I spent 30 quid and still had to make dinner anyway as it didn’t get delivered

Started cooking when entered the shop to collect. Abysmal. 5 people got served after and left before mine was prep.

Phone the restaurant they tell me the chicken is in the fryer when the food arrives it is all stone cold not impressed. It’s in the bin.

The app said was being delivered but I had to phone them and they said they was waiting for driver not good enough

The food arrived 45 minutes late, it was cold and the chicken was dry. We got no apology or anything when I phoned up the restaurant, they said 10 minutes away and it arrived 15 minutes later. Got told the driver broke down but they have said that before.

The fried chicken was undercooked, the fillet fish was lil burnt, was a waste of a £38 order. i paid for something that was for elderly people who needed a treat and have health conditions. was a very bad experience. i will warn my family and friends your food wasnt well prepared. i will stop orderimg from you! thanks

I waited 2hrs for a Delivery. I made it online at 19:30 my order arrived at 21:15 terrible service

Food is always good at Favorite Chicken, But delivery let it down, Been waiting 1hr, All food stone cold, Delivery driver would not bring food up to my flat which only has 2 floors and 12 apartments, Will not be ordering again

Food was good but have a little problem with missing the sauce for my wedges ,the driver was polite when outside , great job !

I asked for a message update and it was completely ignored. I phoned the restaurant and they said 10 minutes but we waited another 30 minutes for it. When the driver arrived, he offered a discount in pur next order.

Not bad food but a bit pricey and cod is all batter and Very little fish

don't expect to have to microwave my food, because your guys sits outside finishing his phone call for nealry 10 minutes. last legs fellas, 1 more poor delivery and I'm out.

Avoid like the plague. Who did on uber eats nothing turned up. Store phone is engaged. Trying to call the store for the past hour no joy.

Absolutely disgusting ordered chicken strips they was rock solid & fillet burger was raw didn’t even look like it was put into the fryer will never be ordering again stay away 🤢🤢

Everything was great, To me favorite Chicken has a better taste than KFC in Grays, At least it was still warm when it arrived, Even the bbq chicken wings were delicious, I give it A++ many thanks.

Chicken ftom chicken meal wasn't hot chips was missing but did get replaced and was given wings for the inconvenience.

I pad for 1 bag of school chips he gave someone else a bag of school chips for free I think it is unacceptable that someone else gets I free bag of chips and it’s such a rip off not happy

Chicken strips was burnt and tough popcorn chicken was burnt and most never had chicken in was just the batter. Chips where cold will not be ordering from there again

At the rate I’m going, these guys are going to bankrupt me! Food *always* turns up early, is always hot and tasty and the drivers are always very pleasant as well. Even writing this review is making me want to place another order! Highly recommended.

The food was delayed, they got the order wrong, when the food came, the gravy was spilt and cold, chips were missing aswell.

Thoroughly enjoyed our food tonight. My daughters favourite is KFC but tonight she said this was 100% better than KFC even the gravy. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Highly recommended. Thankyou for a lovely dinner.

It's cheap chicken if you like chicken you will like it here I used to order it a few times a months but haven't as much as food really can be ever really nice or very dry but the amount of food you get is a good amount

OVER 45 MINS LATE, APP SHOWING FOOD WAS WITH DRIVER FOR 40 MINS SO ARRIVED COLD, BAG WAS SOGGY BECAUSE FOOD WAS HOT AT FIRST SO STEAMED THE BAG AND BOXES. ALSO ORDERED EXTRA CHIPS AND A PIECE OF CHICKEN WHICH WERE MISSING. WOULD NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN. SHAME AS NORMALLY ITS OK. ONLY GINEN 1 STAR AS I CANT GIVE NO STARS.

I love this restaurant better than KFC. It's only down side is they have stopped their cotton candy milkshakes. I don't understand why they did this either they were to die for.
