A Manager named Mitchell was very helpful when preparing my food and the food was hot when i began eating

This evening I placed my order at the self service kiosk. While waiting to collect my order, I noticed my order appeared as ready to be collected on the screen and then disappeared. I approached the counter and was ignored by two members of staff. So I got the attention of Mitchell the shift manager, I explained my issue and he just walked away and carried on filling the serviette dispenser. Thankfully, another member took over over, explained the problem with their order system and fulfilled my order. This is not the first time that that I have had this issue with Mitchell. Typically, it seems that speaking to customers and being polite is beyond him.

Polite and helpful staff, kiosks available for quicker ordering. Plenty of seating available in the seating area. Can be a bit noisy but it's not something you can really hold burger king accountable for.

Burger king through and through. No different than anywhere else. Quality meat and the staff are pleasant if a little rushed off their feet. Orders occasionally wrong, but always corrected without argument.

No toilet roll in the cubicle and blood wiped all over the wall, floor coverd in urine, poor experience

I've had some bad burgers in my time.. but this one beats them all.. I know that burgers do not resemble the picture you see over the counter... but it should at least resemble a burger.. whoever made this was definitely having a bad day.. 😂😂😂😂😂

Store still not excepting cash ? Card payments only ?? It's taking away people's options.....I cancelled my order after hearing this and went to McDonald's where they DO take cash payments and thoroughly enjoyed my food😊...thanks for diverting me Burger King ...food taste better with options 👍🏽

What can I say, lovely food that is fresh and tasty. Service is quick and efficient, with polite staff. Definitely recommend as a treat as there are healthier options of food, but definitely worth the calories lol

Appalling service rude staff would avoid as not worth it. Staff need more training as none know what each other are doing and more customer service training, this includes the rude manager I spoke to. My advice to anyone is this place should be last resort out of all the food establishments!

What can I say.. It's a burger king. Located inside Lakeside shopping centre. You can buy all the things that you would expect from a Burger King.. It does not have dedicated seating but as its in the food hall of Lakside shopping centre there is plenty of seating that is shared with all the other food establishments. Although seating might be a little tight at weekends especially if there are more than 2 of you!

Decent food, but closing times are a joke, 3 times I've pulled up after 10pm and they have closed the restaurant early. If you close at 10 -10:30pm then don't put the open times on google or the app. 100% needs a look at by the head office because the management must be off their rockers :)

Food wasn't like other burger king's, which was messy and dry. But I guess it was okay for a takeaway.... still overpriced for what we got. Staff didn't seem happy when servicing which is always a joy.

The only reason i wouldn’t give 5* is because I’ve asked for a burger with no onions (as I hate them and didn’t want to get messy picking them out) and my burger was served with onions lol It’s a good thing I’m not allergic to anything imagine asking for something not to be in your food yet your request has been ignored 🤷‍♀️ But burger would get 5* as it’s very tasty and filling. Yumm

My personal preference is, they do better burgers then other leading fast food outlets. And when the chips are fresh, nice and crispy. The dining areas let them down, as always limited staff

The food is okay the burger is not the best from this burger king 😔

I had the whopper cheese meal the bun was dry.the cold salad was hot the frys were warm (during a slow time in the afternoon the food should be made to order)

The food tasted good there was plenty, and served hot, the drinks came with a little complimentary little muffin that was fresh. As we walked in the waitress was Was actually wiping a stack of menu cards clean, I remarked to her that was good to see, as when you go into some restaurants the tables and menu cards are sticky, and you have to wash your hands before you can eat. The young lady who served us was very polite. I've given up on McDonalds, and Kentucky, as even if you stress that you have a problem with Luke warm food, it still arrives tepid, I don't eat tepid food. Once food cools so have I with eating it.

We just popped up for something quick , we queued for ages at least 6 mins , it was about 9pm so not a lot of people eating . One person serving , and another standing around seemed to be doing nothing . The burgers were good but I had to take the fries back as they were cold .

Food was good, staff could be a little bit more enthusiastic. The member of staff who served me decided to place four napkins on top of the food tray which obviously fell off when I walked away from the counter, maybe a training issue.
