Takeaway was very tasty and the freshest we've had in a long time, Wii definitely use them again when in the area, in particular the crispy chilli beef and chicken shop suey.

One of the best chip shops in Clacton and I’ve tried quite a few over the years I’ve lived here. Never had a bad meal, a greasy one, always nicely cooked and the family who run it are lovely. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Took an hour for delivery which is what they said. Arrived piping hot. Exactly as ordered. I am quite fussy so included special instructions and everything was perfect. Great enjoyable meal thank you. Will order again for sure.

I’ve had lunch here & often stop for coffee to take out. I found the staff to be friendly & the food good. However, I’ve had coffee to go a couple of times now, served by the same person who was very nice but realised when it was too late that I didn’t have a full carton to start with. I don’t like being ripped off!

Self service was brilliant shame about the staff behind the counter 15:45 no longer serving hot food cos we are shutting at 16:00 only wanted a scone and tea was given some jam out of a jar off jam and tea in paper cup as didn’t what to have to clean them up

I've eaten here a few times and it has been good. When I visited today, a customer was telling the front of house how bad the food was, and I ignored that, due to my previous experiences, however, I should have taken note because the hotel has decided to employ an incompetent chef. If this hotel wants me to spend money there, they need to employ competent staff. They haven't. I won't eat there again. Ever, and you shouldn't either. You've worked for your money, and spending it should be in a place that respects your hard earned. Boycott this sham of a restaurant.

I brought last week it was so nice I brought the same dish again and it look like chicken still.alive not great.even the rice not the same sorry I want be going thier again .

Been a customer for years, however now very disappointed! food was warm at best, breakfast burger was thrown away, and only ate 3 nuggets as they were tasteless. £20 down the drain, got to order something edible from somewhere else now.
