One of the best chip shops in Clacton and I’ve tried quite a few over the years I’ve lived here. Never had a bad meal, a greasy one, always nicely cooked and the family who run it are lovely. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Do not go by times they say they open on the flyers. It says 12.00 when they open at 3.00 Waste of time.

This fish and chip shop used to be the best but the last 2 weeks it's been rubbish ordered a take away by phone 20 minutes it'll be ready went there waited another 20 minutes when I got it home it was so greasy the chips soggy use some where else.

Recently went here for a wake the food was amazing 10/10 I definitely need to go here and book myself a table The staff and service was 10/10 Lots of space which is available for hire

Crowne Plaza Resort Colchester - Five LakesTasty steaks. Good portion sizes. Good selection of dishes. Dessert chocolate and pecan tart was a bit disappointing but fine. Staff were great, fantastic service. Wine very expensive. Though £35 for a bottle of Proseco was a bit over the top, but suppose you expect the price in a hotel.

The QuayWe had our Anniversary meal with friends here, the signature venison is to die for cooked to perfection. Service and Staff are a real credit to the Group . A+
