The staff boy is very rude and didn’t get the order properly and the food taste isn’t good chicken was too salty.

missed the six pieces of chicken off my order. I tried to reorder it the order was accepted then two mins later order cancelled. so I am £10 out of pocket

We ordered a rib combo meal.Had to wait for it to be cooked, which we wouldn’t have minded if it was good food. All 6 ribs were just rubbery fatty gristle and were inedible. None had a bone in them, simply disgusting . All went in the bin!!!

The staff there was really rude and not even a smile in his face….He is taking my order order with bare hands… and throwing the boxes… for the owners note - this is not the first time… if you didn’t take any actions… I’m gonna record a video and make a complaint in the council

what can i say, gave them another chance. didn't receive 1 piece of chicken & 3 wings..... what I recieved tasted ok tho.

I had a meal 2 days ago, and since then have had upset stomach, this has caused food poisoning. Never returning.

Chicken burger wasn't cooked properly and I'm not allowed a refund until I've reported it to the FSA. Complete joke of an app and terrible service from Walton fried chicken.

After waiting an hour for the delivery - the food was cold, the chips were reheated overcooked nothingness and they forgot our drinks. I called them straight away & spoke to a lady who told me to check the bag as they were busy and 3 deliveries had gone out. Eventually the delivery driver returned about 40 minutes later asking to swap our drinks over......I gave them a second chance and I won't bother again. Refund requested

Considering I totally messed up the order. These guys and delivery driver John rectified my mistake without any fuss. Thank you all. Really tasty food and the chicken was awesome. I’ll be ordering again 👍🏻

It’s the third time I ordered. First time perfect ! Second time, burger was cold but chips lovely. Unfortunately same again tonight. My order was delivered incredibly quick. The chips are a big portion, lovely and hot. But again, my chicken burger, although the chicken fillet in my burger was really thick and a good portion, it was again cold. Not luke warm, Cold and clearly cooked too soon before the chips. I had to microwave it. Given it’s the second time it’s happened I don’t know if I will order here again. I didnt Ask for a refund because I still ate it as I’m tired and don’t want to wait for a different meal or cook one.

Probably the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had.....and quite expensive, the fillet burger was tiny, half the size of the bun and very thin, the mayonnaise must’ve been watered down as it was dripping out all over the place, the fries where soggy and undercooked and the two pieces of chicken I received looked like they’d been hanging around for a while and where very greasy and overly moist, I couldn’t eat any of it, It went out for the seagulls the next day. The amount of times the cook went to the chest freezer that is visible from inside the shop I’m guessing that everything is frozen and then reheated. I Won’t be going back.

First time trying in a while. Chicken burger was nice enough but gravy was watering, chips were undercooked cold and not cheesy. Looked like a slice of burger cheese was used and you cut them like a cake.

The coating is getting very spicy it used to be really good now not sure if we will be ordering from them again. Tasted like it was laced with black pepper

Chicken pieces were great. The burger was not hot enough and didn't taste great. BBQ chicken strips were ok, a bit tangy but again kind of cold. Will probably stick to the chicken pieces in future.

Meal arrived cold. Chicken in burger was all black inside. Cheesy chips were not proper cheese, was cheesy sauce. Not impressed. Waste of £30. No1 ate it

Popcorn chicken tasted odd and texture was odd. And the bbq strips too spicy should be an option for non spicy.

First time ordering with this place. Order a takeaway because you’re too tired too cook. You don’t expect to have put the takeaway in the oven as the coating on the chicken is undercooked and soaked in oil. Apparently it’s better than KFC according to their site. Maybe so if I had no taste buds..! Surprised I didn’t get a ‘Stop Oil’ protest outside my house either. It was drenched in cooking oil and dripping everywhere. Would I use again? NO

This place has gone downhill. Soggy chips, watery gravy. Insanely salty. Won't be bothering anymore.

Chicken disgusting, burger nice.

Delicious take away, delivered on time. Coating was crispy and delicious, the chicken nice and moist. The original coating has quite a kick in it still as it is seasoned lovely, but beware if you don’t like it to be a little warm on the tongue! We will definitely order again soon, thank you!

I thought the quality of the chicken fillets I had was really good, had a lot more flavour than KFC and I saw them being made in front of me fresh. Would happily go again, can't comment on delivery times as in other reviews as I went to collect 👍

In the past this place has been good so we decided to go again 16-4-23 the hot wings have given everyone an upset tummy this place has really gone downhill it looks grubby aswell now such a shame as it used to be so much better .

Chips seemed to be re cooked multiple times and chicken was soggy. Most of the meal was thrown away.

Wasn't up to normal standards. The chicken was partly soggy, and some of the wedges were undercooked.

Time slot from 18.30 to 18.50 phoned at 18.55 asking where food was and got told they are waiting for a driver to turn up. Didn't turn up until 19:10 also missing chips from order

Rock hard, stale burger bun and a stale wrap. Used to really like this place but it gets worse every time.

Really starting to get annoyed with these take away places . Why have you decided to up your price for a start . Also the chips that come with the higher price meals was seriously a hand full, beyond small . And your now charging 30p for a bag ? Like really . When I come in store you don’t charge me for a bag soo don’t be cheeky and charge online where people can’t dispute or even see it half the time . Very tasty chicken but the gravy was atrocious, so thin! What happened guys? You used to make lovely thick gravy. I had to make my own.

The food is always nice, but for the last 2 times I’ve ordered something has gone wrong. Last time I didn’t want salad or sauce with the burgers but both of them came with it. This time I never got the BBQ beans. It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to them. But the rest of the food was lovely.

Food was abit cold and it was spicy fillets when it is normally not spicy we couldn’t eat it and it also didn’t have any salad in the wrap either I am very disappointed :(

If you are looking for crispy chicken, get it here! The ringer burger and chicken wings are the amount of crispy you wish for but don't get anywhere. We will definitely be ordering again next time we are after a crispy fried chicken. I cannot express how crispy the chicken was. I dont usually expect anything amazing when I order on just eat but we were every pleasantly surprised. If you haven't already noticed how many times I have mentioned crispy chicken, it was the crispiest fried chicken I have had in a long time (in the best way possible).

Just ordered from them and got the chicken mega mix feast Box and gravy Can honestly say it's the best I've had it was all fresh and hot and the gravy is a must 👌 will be ordering again!

Chicken coating could have been a bit crispier and had more flavour and fries were a bit bland.

Had a proper craving for a chicken burger, place we wanted to go first was shut so thought we would try this, was really impressed, quick delivery and really nice food, just what I wanted

I have only ever ordered chicken on the bone from here but it is always really good, never dry, tasty skin and really good value for money. Would choose this over the big chain for fried chicken.

Gravy was so thick with big lumps in, chicken burger was original not spicy as asked. BBQ ribs were so dry and tough like had sat there for 6 hours! For the money i spent was not worth it at all my first meal from here was good but after last night never again! Highly disappointed!!

Well, I am truly amazed by the quality and quantity of the food and the value for money from here. I had a delivered take away, the whole process was seamless, and the staff so polite. I recommend 'Walton Fried Chicken' in every way possible. Keep up the good work, the KFCs of this world have much to learn from you, thank you. I will definitely be ordering again very soon.

Everything bought in. Nothing made fresh. Some item absolutely disgusting. How hard is it to get some chicken and batter it in house? Come on. I'd even pay a tennner to have a nice fried chicken burger. Not this xrap

Ribs were just bone, no meat on them! The rest was nice even though they forgot the chilli dip.

The bbq ribs had no ounce of bbq sauce on them the flavour was awful and barley any meat on them
