Very helpful staff. Changed the drinks machine syrup straight away.

Tried first time food options good as they got veggie options too but less portion for price could be better but one must to try

Ordered on Uber eats and it doesn’t have a option to take cheese off which may be more of Uber eats fault but I then called the store number to ask to take the cheese out and they failed to pick up even after calling multiple times. If you have any allergies they aren’t very accommodating.

Absolutely annoyed with this restaurant, ordered before when first opened couldn’t fault, ordered again and bought 4 meals for me my partner and my little ones and none of the 4 meals chips came with the order I’m so annoyed because my kids wanted an end of term treat and all they ended up having was a burrito 🙄 you can imagine their faces so no I’m not giving Taco Bell a single star nor will I ever be ordering from them when we have our little take away treats, If anyone would like to know Pacino’s in clacton is absolutely amazing!! So worth the money not like Taco Bell and it arrives hot too also unlike Taco Bell our food was cold

Staff friendly outside is clean .... Even saw 2 policemen very friendly chatting to a man I didn't know .... Felt safe so moved on with my dog 🐕

Service was slow and food was "warm" despite being made "fresh"

Walked in and had some issues with my credit card. One of the employees came immediately and helped giving me the option to pay with cash (a rarity nowadays). I was that customer that doesn't know what he wants (second time at Taco bell), but regardless Catalin took time and explained to me the various options. Because I had no ideea what sauce I wanted he offered me samples to try out. Great service. Thank you Catalin and the team.

Having never had a Taco Bell.. we came across this one and thought.. why not.. we were enticed in by the colourful posters displaying mouthwatering food... Ordering on the machine was simple. Staff were OK, albeit I had to ask for my drinks cup as it was not on the tray handed to me. Staff did not know what the Fill Up consisted of hence had missed the drink cup initially. The tables were genuinely clean and tidy. The Soft drink machine was self service and easy to use. So.. Ordered the '£4.99 Fill Up' as advertised in the window.. Crispy Chicken Soft Taco, Regular Nachos, Crunchy Beef Taco & Soft Drink. The poster made the meal look really appealing and larger than what arrived. There was only one small piece of chicken in the Soft Taco, and barely a teaspoon of Beef in the Crunchy Taco. The Tacos resembled the size of the sauce sachet packets. The Crunchy Taco was extremely greasy, not pleasant. The Nachos were ok. Loved the Mild Sauce in Orange/Yellow sachet. WARNING... The sauce sachet packets were in baskets at the till. Be careful to check what you pick up, a stray Fire Sauce (red in colour) was amongst the Tomato Sauce (also red in colour) If you struggle with Hot/Spice then do not make the mistake I did, check first. Overall, in our opinion, this was not good value for money compared with other places. The quality was not great and we would not return. The adverts/pictures look so so much better than what we was actually served.. nothing alike really.

I've had a few Taco Bells since it arrived in the town and every time the food has been pretty much the same, served hot. Haven't had a problem yet.

Nice and clean restaurant with good friendly staff, may be a little cramped at busier times

Very clean. well lit. almost always empty. never crowded. decent space between tables so you're not cramped in. food is very cheap and good. staff always helpful and not rushed. really nice place for a chilled lunch different to the busy loud crowded messy mcds. very accessible to wheelchair users. lots of vegan and vegetarian food. tacos start at around £1.50 each. get a couple of those and a large refillable drink and you're done for a cheap tasty healthy lunch. good for restricted diet or allegery since you get to pick what goes in the taco like Subways

I personally love the food at Taco Bell and when it first opened I was constantly there. I love the veggie options but recently the food here has gone extremely downhill I had hair in my food in multiple orders, hard rice in my food and cold orders. It used to be great but now the place is forever dirty and the very few staff members just sit around talking while the area isn’t clean at all! It’s a real shame, it’s the only place I enjoy eating at ,, I’ve made the decision to stop coming to Taco Bell now. Really hope the standard here gets better and I truly love the food when it’s made to a good standard. Best of wishes

Lovely box of goodies. Shame that by the time you eat the savoury the churros were cold. But that's not something that can be easily rectified. The table but one away would seat 4, but nobody sat there as it was not cleared. Apart from those minors it was really good value filling food!

Not much parking nearby however a short walk from the pier. The staff seemed nice and friendly, food was made in good time and taste nice

Takes a while to get the food you have ordered, the restaurant is shockingly small, there is barley enough room to even que up and order, but they have even shoved a tiny seating area inside. The food portions are shockingly small, paid about £6.00 for a burrito and received a small burrito with one piece of chicken and the rest being lettuce, ordered a taco for around £2.00 and was given less than teaspoon of meat inside, also ordered two tacos and the orders were wrong, and the tacos both had about half a spoonful of meat in each one and were about 90% lettuce. Not worth the price you pay!

Very nice food and a good selection of different types of food. Will go there again when in the area.

Had our first ever Taco Bell tonight. No idea what to order. Guy that served us was very helpful. The food was really good. The boy and I will definitely be ordering again very soon.

This place get 10 out of 10 staff we're very helpful food was lovely we plan to go back next week for a meal taco bell while watching fireworks on the pier what more can you ask for keep up the good work

1st time I've been there got home was missing a taco also one of the cheese pots wasn't shut properly and covered my whole order in cheese ffs lol won't be going back well over rated

First time to Taco Bell and the last, staff were lovely but food very disappointing the spicy chicken burrito nothing like the picture , should be classed as a child’s portion !!. All food tastes the same sorry for the bad review .

Having lived in AZ in the United States I do love a good taco bell. I have visited many in the UK and Clacton has to be one best one yet! Very clean, very friendly, and great food! Thanks again for a fantastic visit 😀

Lovely new place to eat, was exceptionally clean and bright.

The service was excellent and the food was quick. However, personally I didn't really enjoy the food. The chips have a powder on them that was too over powering for me and considering the price per person I wouldn't return for a meal. But I would go back for the churros, they were delicious! Overall, it is a nice place with polite staff. If you enjoy this sort of food, then I would recommend.

After reading these reviews, I was caught in disbelief about the complaints for the quantity of meat that people have been receiving. I ordered the quesadilla cravings box and received approximately 3 teaspoons of meat. I was very happy with my meal and it tasted divine. Thank you.

Ordered a chipotle and recieved a good quantity of 3 teaspoons of meat. It was so spicy that my underpants were bloody afterwards! Even the chitpotleaway struggled to remove the blood from my pants!

Seems peoples meat has been lacking only reviving between half and a teaspoon of meat in there orders I was presently surprised and delighted to share I received 2 teaspoons of meat in my order

Ordered Taco bell and surprisingly i wont be ordering again the portion size’s are ridiculously small and the food arrived cold

I went there twice this week and the first time I ordered 2 tacos and a drink and churros but yesterday I ordered a crunchwrap supreme meal and some cinnamon twists but they forgot the cinnamon twists

you'd be better off driving to the Colchester one. I got the quesadilla box thing, the quesadilla itself had less than 5 bits of chicken in it, 2 out of the 4 cuts were just cheese, but paper thin. the taco had a teaspoon of cheese in it and not much more meat. plus they forgot the caramel sauce in two of our box meals. spend the extra money to drive to Colchester and get a proper portion size.
