Stopped in here after a lovely walk along the sea front. We were too early for evening food but we're made to feel extremely welcome. The lady behind the bar was extremely friendly and attentive to us. When the kitchen opened one of our group has dietary requirements that meant changes to the advertised meal, again she was so knowledgeable. The food was hot and fresh and all four of us said we will be returning on our next visit. Thank you!

Called in whilst visiting area. Great service throughout. Food was delicious and served with a smile and very little waiting. Took advantage of the offers available. Staff were attentive and very pleasant. Well worth a visit next time we are in the area. It's a credit to Woodbridge.

The combination of flavors was superb, and the dish was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. My dining companion opted for the grilled mushrooms with Stilton, which also received rave reviews. The richness of the Stilton paired beautifully with the earthy mushrooms—definitely a must-try! One aspect that really impressed me was the variety of options on the menu. They had an extensive selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, which is a huge plus for those with dietary restrictions. On the way to our holiday destination in Suffolk ,we got lost. I was so desperate to use the toilet we stopped at the Barley Mow only to find it was closed ! Two men in the carpark asked if they could help and very kindly opened the Pub doors to let me use their toilet.....I can't thank them enough. They also pointed me in the right direction of my holiday destination. Thanks guys. I cant comment on the pub itself as it was closed.

Great chippy, prices are not over the top and the food is good quality and well cooked. The staff are always friendly and chatty, but it can get very busy at peak times.

Food ok but paper cups, paper milk carton, paper box for the food wooden knives and forks, plastics cups for the children. Mcdonalds is actually slightly more upmarket than this place. Would be fine if it cost the same as mc Ds!
