We have just eaten what will be our last ever take away from Fresh Oriental. Food was an hour and fifty minutes late. We ordered rice and chicken curry amongst other dishes. When it finally arrived, we were short of the curry to go with the rice, and were told we didn't order the curry. Food was poor, the whole experience was extremely disappointing.

Went for Dad’s birthday lunch, made all the more special thanks to the service. Thank you Hannah!

Never offer a serviette with food, always have to ask. Cannot use my Costa Card at this place. The scanner does not work with my card, every other Costa in area and beyond works fine. Mentioned it several times but still the same after a year. Staff are polite.

Front of house last night was very quick to convince us the place was rammed just to get a £10 entry fee out of us only to walk in and walk straight back out, absolutely dead - we were one of about 5 people. Very disappointing and mis-leading to the point we didn’t even bother getting a drink.

After many years of amateur, incompetent and unfortunate landlords, crushed by a greedy and unbending national pub chain, this failed village pub has finally closed down. It's now shuttered-up, awaiting redevelopment.

Been here many times over the years and it consistently been a nice experience the menu is great + specials . And the staff and service has always been good. Never had a bad experience .. Great food and service and sensible pricing.

Shawarma was the nuts. Cheap beer. Can't complain! The best staff!

Great location with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Nicely decorated clean venue. The food was perfect in both taste and quantity. Table service provided by Karla was perfect with a good knowledge of the menu and additional advice on the salad bar was well received! The discount received from the App voucher was an additional bonus!

Came for dinner with hubby, was well looked after by Pearl. Got the Scampi and chips, my partner got the Orginal Combo. Amazing food. Amazing service. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Food and service was extremely poor. Had to ask when the main meal was coming as we had waited such a long time. When the food arrived it was poor. My granddaughters Lasagna tasted strange, she did not eat it and I had to send my salad back, it was swimming in oil. Offered another option but when asked how long it would take told the other customers would have to be served first…..? So two hours later I left the restaurant without anything to eat. Will never go back.

Terrible service....one till open to order so queued for 25 minutes to order food and then another 45 minute wait for food but was not advised of the waits when they sat us down and nobody seem to care that we had to wait so long....it was bank holiday however the place was not full !!

Actually have the cheek to charge £5 for entry!!! Like REALLY!!! It was awful…terribly outdated music, no atmosphere. Don’t waste your time or money.

Attended here one Saturday evening with family. Nicely decorated restaurant and the food was nice, although, yes, the portion size a were on the smaller side, salad doesn’t really cost that much. Service was very slow, only managed 1 round of drinks, no offer of dessert either. Bread was microwaved as it went hard after a few minutes. I asked to pay for gratuity/service by card to which I was told they can’t do it, only restaurant I have ever known that won’t take service/tip by card. I don’t carry cash so couldn’t leave a tip. Which resulted in me getting accosted by a different waiter as we left and abruptly asked if everything was ok, he then rushed over to the table. I can only assume he was aggrieved that we couldn’t leave a cash tip. Not that the service really warranted it. But the passive/aggressive approach is not on. I eat out a lot and always tip via card. I won’t be returning.
