I’ve ordered from this place a few times in the last month. Service is very good and friendly and food is very nice.

Best Indian takeaway in the area. Been ordering from here for years and they never disappoint. Lovely food and decently priced. Our Friday night go to!

The worst tikka masala I've ever had. Took over 2 hours to arrive... was cold and very watery! Don't bother ordering from here. Not good

Ordered food and told it would be 1 hour max, phoned after 1 hour and 15 mins and was told that it was on the way, 20 mins later it turned up pretty much cold and with no apology from the very rude driver, will not be ordering anything from you again. Very disappointing service and food.

Ordered through Just eat. Order was accepted and given an hour window for completion.. After ringing up and asking were the order was and being told the delivery is on his way and to ring back in 5 minutes if the delivery doesn't turn up.. 2 hours later the order turned up cold which was a shame a the Currys had a wonderful taste.

Ordered a takeaway for 12 people, so large order. The person taking the order was great paid attention and repeated the whole order. Was told how long it would take to be delivered and they were spit on with this. Food was delicious and order perfect!! Thankyou and we’ll done

It’s a shame not more people are leaving positive reviews because this is the best tasting food in Rayleigh! It’s mouthwatering and delicious. The discount they do when you collect your food is such good value for money! I’ve genuinely never had a bad meal here and we usually order once a month.

Hated it. The food was rubbish. It took about 2 hours to get here and the naan bread sucked. It was tasteless and was wet and soggy. And by the time me dads curry got there, the whole thing had already leaked out the box. In conclusion, I would never eat there again.

Very disappointed. Ordered a meal for 7 people. Waited almost 90 minutes for delivery. When it arrived the curry was leaking everywhere . Rice open and spilt in bag and the popadomes were all smashed. Have ordered before but this was a complete disappointment and not worth the almost £80. Phoned to mention my disappointment and was basically fobbed off! Save your .oney and order from somewhere else

Got a voucher through the post and thought I would try again after abandoning this Indian takeaway years earlier through-sub standard Indianan food. Samosa starters = frozen ( you can buy in Tescos ) Small and tasteless Onion bahjee ?I’ve had worse Naan = dry and small Paratha= undercooked and swimming in oil, inedible Curry = overpowering taste of base sauce witch all curry’s are made but without the second layer of flavour for your dish leaving you with the taste of lamb in a chicken dish ? Worst takeaway curry I have had in years ,chef needs to be moved along.

Worst Indian food in many a year. Onion Bhaji and sheen kebab dry as a bone. Prawns in prawn puree tasteless. Puree and Naan bread swimming in oil. Keema in Naan full of gristle.

Always deliver hot food although a naan was left off but delivered next order

We treated ourselves to a takeaway last Wednesday because we had previously ordered here and thoroughly enjoyed the food. This occasion was no different. The service was quick and the food was excellent,they often add a couple of extras too as a little gesture,which is appreciated. Give them a try!

We always have a curry from here but tonight we decided to have the wraps, we had a tikka wrap and a spicy mixed wrap, they were fabulous, so tasty and full. Will definitely order them again

Never leave reviews, probably should, but the food here is bang on, and always delivered in time. No dodgy chicken like you find in other Indians.

First time using Pink Garlic but unfortunately not impressed. Chicken Tikka Masala tasted ‘powdery’ like it was not cooked long enough. Malaya lamb tikka - only two pieces of pineapple and the ‘lamb’ was hard - more like mutton in

Very poorly packed, all the food and oil had come out of the containers into the bag causing it to stain my kitchen sides

Absolute rubbish ordered a chicken madras ended up with what tasted so watery and nothing like a madras the chips were burnt to there shell Bombay potatoes were not even cooked properly don’t know how you mess that up the popadoms were the only thing edible .. plus it turned up after about 10 mins lol was so angry with it I wanted to come down and force feed it to the person who tried to cook it .. and I paid £20 for it will never ever order again from here Swerve swerve swerve swerve

Amazing food at a reasonable price. If someone like me who doesn't like potatoes can enjoy the Sag Aloo in the set meal deal, you know it has to be good.

Have used them several times for delivery. Service is okay. But I've decided to stop. Here's why. You cannot trust their menu. Almost every chicken dish they have is just chicken tikka in a different sauce. Seriously! Their Butter Chicken is described as "Barbecued chicken in rich mild butter sauce with ground almonds, coconuts and pistachio" It's not. It's chicken tikka pieces dumped in some white sauce. Their Garlic Chicken is described as "Spring chicken cooked with freshly chopped garlic in medium spicy sauce". It's not. It's chicken tikka pieces dumped in a garlic based sauce. Their Anhari Chicken is not, as claimed, "cooked with homemade yogurt and the most aromatic herbs & spices. It's chicken tikka dumped in a different sauce. Their Haryali Chicken, Shatkora Chicken, Murgh Masala, Chicken Chilli Masala and numerous other chicken dishes are all.... Freaking chicken tikka in different sauces! Same with the lamb. I'm a foodie and have eaten in hundreds of Indian restaurants. I called the manager Ahmed and asked him about this and he admits that all the above dishes, and others, are just tikka in different sauces. This makes the description in their menu highly deceptive!

The food was warm, not hot. Meat was tough. The food didn't have much flavour, and the poppadoms were stale. I would not order again.

First time ordering, king prawn puri was ok but pretty tough prawns. The madras and rice was good. The popadoms were stale and the naan wasn’t very warm.

Food was delivered late. Order was wrong. Contacted the restaurant who replaced the wrong dish but it took a further 30 minutes. Food was lukewarm and too salty. All in all a dreadful experience.

i ordered for 6.30 and it turned up ten mins after i ordered 50 mins early so my husbands dinner was cold unfortunately by the time he got home!

Another great meal from here! This is definitely our go to Indian now. Definitely worth trying the shatkora chicken jalfrezi if you like trying something different, the lime goes perfectly with it!

We have used this local takeaway on a number of occasions,including yesterday 23-07-21, and the food and service is excellent. They are also quite generous and we often get extra popadoms or onion salad etc. This is definitely the best Indian takeaway in the area

This is the second or third time I have ordered from Pink Garlic and once again the food was fabulous. Just Eat delivery was excellent as well.

Disappointed on this occasion. I order from here, as they usually read the notes. They didn’t this time. And mushrooms are not vegetables so why so many in a vegetable dish! And so few actual vegetables!

Food arrived on time. Chicken puri was ok portion size was good, threw in some popaddoms but were stale and mint sauce watered down. Balti lamb was chewy, mix dhansak hardly any meat and again poor quality meat and overly spicy - like vindaloo heat. Aloo gobi was swimming in liquid and tasteless. Won't be returning

They got the delivery time wrong and we got it early. I find with this takeaway it’s a lucky draw, it’s either really nice and the best I have had or it’s quite watery and the chicken was very dry.

Honestly, I’m from Cardiff and have eaten Indian food all around the world including in India... this was such an amazing takeaway - really good quality food! Very impressed. Will be ordering each week I am down for work!

Would happily recommend. Meals were tasty, good value and delivery was far quicker than expected. My only criticism would be that the rice dishes aren't necessarily as big as other take-aways and may not be big enough to share for some.

Although an initial mix up with one dish, the replacement arrived very quickly with some extra dishes. Food was exceptionally tasty will order again.

Great taste, a shame they feel the need to reduce the kebab starter portion by 25% and try and hide the fact with onions. Mind you it’s in line with all Indian takeaways around here, pushing their prices up whilst reducing portions or watering down sauce. All said I will be ordering again.
