Ordered large chips and I must say they were the worst chips we had ever had. They were white, hard, and just about warm. You couldn't even put them between bread to disguise the look and taste. £7 in the bin for two large chips, never again.

Ordered in the store and was told 20 mins, so because live local decided to go back and home and come back. Went back after 20 mins and still waiting 40 mins later. Not impressed

Love this place! Best chicken shish I've had for a very long time. Comes nicely put together with rice on the side and the dips are really tasty. Looking forward to my next tske out treat night!

Bought kebab and chips for 2. The worst chips I have ever had, greasy, hard, cold and so brown they were weird. Called up and they said they had bought the wrong chips and hadn’t had chance to get any more- might have been nice if they told me before I left the shop. They said come back and we will refund the chips, don’t think I’ll bother somehow! The kebab was also cold. Definitely won’t be going back.

Absolutely awful service. Not only did the food take an hour and a half to arrive, when it did it was stone cold, and extremely minimal. The delivery girl was on the phone whilst over charging me by £15.00, but the rudeness of the staff didn’t stop there. When I had to stop eating my freezing, small mixed special, I spoke to a man over the phone about being over charged and how I wasn’t happy with the food we received. His response was that he was “very very busy” and that at some point we will have to phone them back about the issue. Unfortunately, we order from pasha’s quite often with it sometimes being hit and miss; however now we will DEFIANTLY not be ordering again and I would advice people to check there bill when paying.

We placed an order at Pasha saturday night at 5.45pm as we had our family visiting us. We were told our order would be delivered 45 mins to an hour, our meal was delivered to us at 8.05 pm. We tried phoning pasha several times to try and check exactly what time our meal was going to be delivered but the phone was constantly engaged. We asked for one of the salads to be just lettuce and tomato.(which we did not get ) When our order eventually arrived it was cold. The delivery man said one of there drivers had not turned up for work . They ask for your phone no so they could have phoned us and told us it was going to take 2 hours 20 mins or even asked if we wanted to collect it. If they cannot deliver when they say they will don't keep taking orders. Ourselves and our family were very dissapointed. Pasha totally let us down.

We ordered tonight and went to collect, was told on the phone by a rude member of staff it would be 30 mins, it was ready about 50 mins later which wouldn’t be too bad if we got the correct order. Got home to find the order incomplete, no calamari, no cheesy chips and no pitta bread that was ordered, sausage included with veg dish although we stated no meat. The food we did have was ok but wouldn’t rush back. Shame as we’ve had takeaway from here before and enjoyed it.

Nice and massive chips, tasty, not greasy. The chicken fillet burger was the best burger i've ever had and has nice batter coating it, a thick chicken breast instead of being ripped off with reshaped meat!

I've used Pasha Kebab many times, But last couple of times have been disappointing. On this particular occasion I ordered online and husband went to pick up. He waited quite a time while there for our order and aside from getting half the order wrong the food was cold. Such a shame as this was a place I highly recommended to many people.. sad to see it's gone down hill. This is the second time I've had a bad experience here and I'm don't now i wont return. To be fair I've been very generous in my wording of the food we had tonight. Very disappointed

Wow waited over an hour only to get home and find the order was completely wrong. Won't be using again

Kebab was very very good, delivered very hot. Later in the week we had a party and ordered good for nine people, delivered with two free bottles of pop, we all enjoyed I Very much but kept the pop to another day and drank wine instead!!

The food here is great and I used to get a takeaway for my workers every month or so but It just got so frustrating having to wait for your food to be cooked. We would place the order and pay online and be told 20 minutes, we would turn up after 30 minutes and then have to wait another 25/30 minutes for them to prepare it. It is not fast food and even when I explained this on the phone it made no difference so we simply do not use them anymore as it takes too long.

Kebabs are presented in a box with salad / kebab and pitta and sauce all separate and the portions are huge. Chill sauce is delicious along with the kebab meat which is never to dry or under cooked, The owner has a real passion for making sure all orders that go over the counter are correct, presented and exactly right. The prices are reasonable and with the new online ordering my order was all ready for when i turned up to collect. I cannot rate this take away highly enough

We had been hoping to find a more healthy takeaway experience, previously relying on fish & chips, chinese or indian, but since trying Pasha a few weeks ago, I think we have found what we have been looking for. Since that first time we have returned again and again, usually choosing the excellent chicken shish kebabs, which come with roasted vegetables, rice, pitta and salad. The Large is plenty big enough, I found the X-Large too much despite having a big appetite. The food is always delicious and filling, and nicely presented in a strong box, nice enough to eat out of. My kids have the massive gourmet burgers, which they love. The varied menu takes some time to consider, so its worth checking out on the website before your first visit. Because the food is always prepared to order, its fresh and tasty, but admittedly sometimes there is a long wait, so we use the online order facility. With this you receive emails updating you when its ready for collection. We have also treated ourselves to the mixed hot meze, which comes with a good selection of nicely seasoned favourites. The Baklava was also a nice way to finish off. We like the food so much, we have only tried a small fraction of the dishes available, despite sometimes going twice per week. Cost wise, its similar to other takeaways, at first you think its a lot for kebabs, but once you see what you get for the money, you can see where the value is, and its certainly been cheaper than Indian and even fish & chips isn't as cheap as it used to be. A nice break from fried food takeaways, I recommend you try it and you'll appreciate the feeling you get from freshly made, grilled food like we have.

I had nothing but good things to say about this place, until a few nights ago when we ordered a chicken kebab from Pasha. My partner ate it and then spent the next 24 hours being violently ill. i think some of the chicken was undercooked. I was just glad i ordered a burger, which was alright

Firstly, the food at this place is great. The website however is useless. Twice I've had my order cancelled. First time I waited over an hour before calling, only to be told that they no longer sell one of the items I had ordered so my order was cancelled, no telephone call to let me know. They were very apologetic on the phone and were at the door within 25 minutes and tried to refuse payment by way of apology. The second occasion was this evening, ordered online only to receive a text message half hour later to say that it had been cancelled. Called and was told that it is a problem with their website system operated by Foodit. Unfortunately I do not have cash on me so am left Kebabless. I don't like to leave bad reviews but it's the second time I've been stitched up by a poor website. No complaints about the food however, when it turns up it's a 5 stars all day long!

Fabulous fresh food. great vegetarian selection, good selection of sides. I can't say anything bad about this place or the staff. We love it.

Have been in multiple times due to the amazing taste of the kebabs. I usually have a doner kebab and the meat is tender and delicious, not very greasy either. It comes with a very nice portion of salad and the chilli dip finishes the meal off. Very reasonably priced and has lots of choices on the menu. I have been looking for a decent kebab shop for ages and I have to say that this is by far my favourite!

Called in at pasha kebab @ golden cross parade of shops last night, not knowing what to expect as never been therefore before, We ordered 2 large doner kebabs, garlic / cheese pizza bread, and a portion of chips, We can honestly say the food was of restaurant quality and cannot praise the passion the owners have for preparing food they are selling to the best standard possible, The kebab meat had a nice char grilled flavour, salad was fresh and served separate to the kebab with chilli and another herb flavoured sauce again both served in separate pots, Allowing you to assemble the kebab to your liking once you get home, The chips were thick and of a good quality which is unusual for a kebab which shop which normally serve the thin cheap French fries, The garlic pizza bread was made fresh in front of us, and was cooked to perfection without any burn marks to the base ( hate it when this happens) Overall I was very very impressed with the food / service and the price.

First visit to Pasha on recommendations from friends and was not disappointed. Ordering online is straightforward and you get confirmation and time food will be ready for collection (currently no delivery available but hope to in near future). Staff were very friendly and chatty. Place is very clean and welcoming. Food was prepared fresh and to a very high standard. We chose a selection of kebabs that were delicious and plentiful. Will definitely be returning to try the Burgers and Pizzas that are on offer. Highly recommended.

Living near this takeaway I've passed numerous times but stuck with another trusty kebab house in Rochford. Last week we thought we'd try here and so pleased we did. Ordered via phone pizzas and burgers, evening weekday order took about 20 minutes for collection. Ordering easy and straight forward, food lovely and hot and very tasty. Especially impressed with the 1/2lb burger. Salad fresh and crispy and chips are chunky, very welcome change to French fries. Will definitely be returning again. Would have given 5* had they had a king burger with kebab meat on the menu.

We recently moved to rochford and wanted to try the local takeaway. The staff are very friendly and informative about their menu! Everything is cooked fresh and the taste reflects this. we will definitely go back and highly recommend this takeaway to locals and any visitors to this area!

Tried this takeaway as its new. On first visit it was really busy and was advised it would be 40 mins.Food was ready after 10 mins really pleased , until we got home to find half the meat was missing from our house special.Phoned them up and was promised a credit.Food we got was excellent and we went back a week later to redeem the creditOn a Saturday it is best to phone and order or use their iPhone app. It is collection only at the moment.

I have never been to a kebab shop like this before. Gorgeous food . Very friendly staff. All the food was fresh and they showed you the food make sure your happy.Chunky chips. Next time you have a kebab go to pasha.When I got home even my wife said wow this is so lovely .I'm from Hockley and I will defo make this my local kebab shop.

Me and my fella popped in on a whim last week as we fancied some lunchtime food and had heard good things. We were welcomed into the shop like old friends and placed our order which was a Chicken shish and doner meat combo.The chef explained it might be 15 mins or so as they made everything fresh to order which was fine. As we watched the chef work, you could see he took pride in the food and made sure everything was cooked to perfection.It was by far the BEST kebab i've ever had and it was like i'd actually had my first taste of turkish food, making the other outlets seem like the tesco value of kebabs.We will definately be returning and the guys who own it are really lovely too.

We ordered through their website after driving home past it several times. We decided to try it, went to collect, was very busy but they got our order spot on! We got a Cypriot lamb kofta, chicken shish and vines leaves! All of it was amazing! Kebabs came with delicious rice, salads and dips. The food was comparable to a Turkish restaurant we had recently tried. I am so glad this is located so close to our house. Looking forward to trying something else from the menu next time!

After hearing such great things about this place and being a huge kebab fan, i thought i'd give it a try. Well all i can say is it was eye opening, it was like a new dawn in kebab experiences, there is what went before, and now there is pasha! I had the chefs special, which involves a little bit of every meat. it was all hand made they dont just buy a slab of meat on a spit like the others. the meat was tender, flavoursome and cooked to prefection.the guys in there couldnt have been nicer, because we waited 15 mins for the mountain of meat to be cooked for us, they threw in a bottle of drink, and some sort of turkish Salsa stuff which was beautiful. they really seemed to care about their product and it came across in the taste.
