Ney York deli birger.... 6.50 on just eat... Amazing!!

A very welcoming town centre pub that I've been using since the mid-1980's. Still routinely visit for a quiet lunchtime drink whenever I visit Luton. Friendly staff, good selection of beers, very reasonable prices.

Good experience as usual. Shame about the large price increase for Pizzas and still no option of Brown or Wholemeal Bread

The Crown used to be such a friendly fun place to go. But since the new so called manager took over its anything but friendly. Please can we get Ness and Josh back, or at least someone who cares about pubs and the people who use them.

This is one of the best roast dinners I’ve ever had. To be honest with you, I was full after the main course the food was lovely staff for brilliant what more can you want? I’ll be coming to visit you again

Very dry meat & veg, food tastes like it’s been in the freezer for a week. Awful delivery time & the driver was very very rude. I will never order from here again. £50 worth of money down the drain as food was practically inedible & the person on the phone was full of attitude & unable to help or resolve the issue. Very immature & talking very rudely to a customer who’s ordered multiple times. They did not ask for customer name confirmation or anything.

Food was as nice as it would be at any McDonald’s. The store in itself could be cleaner. It was a bit untidy

The worst ever branch ever that Pepe’s has arrogant staff and their work. I never recommend this branch. Please go to the Dunstable Road branch, who gave good, tasty food as well as service.

Went for a pre ordered Halloween Party dinner. The food was meant to be served at 5:30 and I got my dinner at 7. The staff is rude and horrible, at one point I was told by the staff that she only had 2 hands to carry food so I should wait. Please avoid this horrid place at all cost.

Very poor service, what we ordered we have not received the same and when we complaint about it. The employee said they will compensate large pizza in next time. And at next time when we asked the manager completely denied and said only small size u can get not a large one. We told them last time your employee only mentioned to us large time but manager clearly refused to give us the service. It's really pathetic customer service ,not happy.

Unfortunately came toasted which wasn’t requested as we planned on eating later while travelling. Unfortunately ended up in the bin as toasted ruined the taste of our order
