I tried here full menu All item’s test was amazing, but here’s wing was so so so good. I recommended wings here.

Ordered through deliveroo they accidentally misplaced our order which I can understand but the staff were that lazy they didn't bother to remake our order. Complete fools!!!

I was impressed at how seriously they took our allergies - gluten, dairy & tomatoes. Friendly atmosphere. Free Available parking. Spacious interior. Delicious food & serve Halal too; Whole chicken regular combination (medium spice) with 2 sides (chips & spicy rice) with another large chips & large sweet potato wedges. Please note that the sweet potato wedges portion is not enough for 2 people as advertised though.

Food was good, atmosphere and service was excellent, of note was kieth who met us at the door, was very friendly and despite how busy it seemed, managed to balance all his roles excellently and not neglect a single one.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2024 Been here numerous times since my last review. A pleasant meal once again. Staff adhered to request of cooking chicken with extra sauce. Food came out fresh and quick. Staff were great as always. PREVIOUSLY MAY 2023 Excellent meal once again, fresh chicken and food. Friendly service by Jasmine on the tills. One concern, there is a cold breeze blowing from the top of the restaurant which is an unpleasant experience. PREVIOUSLY Great to see a Nando’s in this side of town rather than having to travel to the town centre which is always busy and due to that the quality of food isn’t as good. However the food here was fantastic, came out quick, tasted fresh and cooked perfectly. Service was excellent. They also have a mezzanine floor and the premise itself is fairly big. Good Nando’s experience after a long time.

Quick service and fresh, well cooked food.

I’ve came to this place a few times now and I can say I’ve been grossed out each time, I don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance, from finding a blonde strand of hair in my rice to finding feathers on my chicken thighs, I can safely say I will not be returning. The staff were nice enough to deal with the problem swiftly by offering me a fresh meal but I was too put off to eat after that. The manager apologised and refunded me part of my order and stated that “sorry it’s not our fault, we don’t wash the chicken or prepare it, we just cook it”, that was enough for me to make my decision not to eat here anymore.

I ordered 2 family platters and ordered 5 regular sides of rice and as you can see it’s barely half. It’s not even filled to the top even though they have charged me for the whole thing. They really need to improve their customer care!!! If they’re charging me full they should give me full. The sides are the sizes of the box so they should give the correct portion.

First time at Nando’s, chicken was very good I’m a spicy food guy so the sauces were rlly good.

I would like to formally write this complaint about the service within this Nando’s restaurant. I am currently here with my three friends, Me and two of my friends got our food quickly however it tasted pretty funky. My friend ordered a meal with a side of broccoli and it was the last order to arrive. we had a young male approach our table and said the broccoli order was on its way and be a maximum of 2 minutes… 10/20 minutes later cold broccoli turned up at our table. To make matters worse, it’s the idea that Tom’s principles has been violated. My friend Tom states that the principle is - “The food is meant to arrive together, however it arrived seperately by 10-20 minutes”. The garlic bread was soggy and, I also believe that the food made my stomach curl, I felt a violent outrage coming from my bowls. The outrage had me sanctioned in the bathroom for several minutes. I will attach photos of the state my friends have been left in.

This restaurant has blown my mind, I think it is absolutely disgraceful that me and my two friends were able to finish our meals before my other friends starters had even turned up. Do you know what’s worse? His starters consisted of broccoli and garlic bread, what on earth were they doing with the broccoli? I think that is was completely unprofessional, they had also came and said 3 minutes max after we complained but still to this moment, it’s 10 minutes later and we still haven’t received the broccoli.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Anna!!! She sorted out our issues with food and gave outstanding services. Anna definitely deserves a medal for her customer service

Ordered whole chicken and waited half an hour. They weren't cooking for awhile don't know where they have to get the chicken and the guys just chilling.

A conveniently located drive thru restaurant for a favourite Peri Peri purveyor- this new experience makes the visit all the more memorable.

Feta cheese was clearly off, manager denied that it could be off, as everything is "fresh". Disappointed.

I've had tastier Nando's elsewhere. The food was a bit on the cold side, especially the fino pitta, I expected piping hot chicken. Overall, it was a middling dining experience. The service was alright; nothing particularly noteworthy in terms of customer service.

Terrible. Long wait for cold food. Worst of all, there was bits of charcoal in the chicken thighs (see photos) - this is a serious health hazard, cancer risk!!! I would advise to avoid this nandos joint unless you want to risk your health. Go to Galaxy centre instead.

Tried to use my blue light card as its advertised NHS staff receive 20% off in the restaurant. The lady at the till refused to let me use it saying the manager had changed the rules? And that I had to have a staff id with a picture of me on it despite me having my BLC on me. She then questioned me saying “you work for the NHS”? Shocking

We have been eating here since opening and found it to be extremely good. The atmosphere, parking facilities, the service and of course the food. A lot better than the town centre one! However, tonight was the worst meal I have had here! We ordered the full platter with nacho peas, spicy rice and chips. The chicken did not taste good as usual. It seemed undercooked, very soft and watery! I know this is not possible as it is already cooked before put on grill or however they cook it. It’s normally a lot more well done. But it just didn’t taste nice. We were hungry and ate most of our food. The peas, I had to ask if it could be replaced as it smelt off! Normally they are green peas but tonight they seemed to be some other colour but that was not the point. The point was it had an old smell to it. I know freshly cooked, yesterday’s and past week’s food! I am a restaurateur and run successful restaurants. Maybe it was left out of the fridge for a long time. They did replace it without a fuss but it just had the same smell so I passed on that. I am not asking for my money back or anything free but would like to give a constructive and honest feedback. As a fast food chain I am guessing it would go on deaf ears unlike independent restaurants. I will come back and try again.

Even after reading the bad reviews we still decided to pay a visit. Unfortunately we should have taken heed. The customer service sucked. It was like being monitored by the FBI. Some lady called Tasha was walking up and down looking at everyone’s plates (I have made a video which I will not post). As we were eating she asked my husband abruptly if he had finished his meal. It was more of a demand rather than a question. She already had her hands on the friggin plate! So my husband just let her take it. We would have appreciated a bit more time as the place was not full but our plates were. We were sharing our food. There were plenty of empty tables so I don’t understand what the urgency was. Rude, unfriendly, discourteous staff. The Peri Peri across the road is tiny but awesome. Only 2 tables but they don’t snatch your plate off you. Retrain your staff or employ new ones. As you can see from the photos it wasn’t exactly buzzing in there. Shameful.

Overall positive experience. Food was good as usual and the staff was nice. Just one request, fix the downstairs toilet as all people that require accessibility have to go upstairs.

Went for a quick dinner on our way home from Luton Airport. Was very busy like other Nando's. The positive is there's plenty of parking outside. Nando's food is Nando's food, so nothing to say much. The service was to the satisfactory level.

Stopped off on our way to Luton airport for lunch. Nice clean table and restaurant, a long time since I've been in a nandos but was impressed....only marked down as service was a little slow but we were the first in.

Very bad service and absolutely rude manager! Never seen anyone as unprofessional as him. Food arrived after 30mins with half cooked chicken and half cooked/cold garlic bread, cold sweet potato fries and spicy rice. The manager didn’t listen and gave us back the same garlic bread back. He replied back saying “it’s busy”, doesn’t mean you can give anything. Will never be back, please avoid. Teach your manager some manners and how to deal with customers and apologise instead of giving attitude. Customers brings the business.

I think we waste money because your duty manager very cheap and bad behaviour and not good service too and food cold too n also chicken not good grill even we send back and again same situation too it's Asian manager with cheap mentality and will be bad for your business I come from Italy with family but bad impression too never back again n will inform all friends too for not go Luton Nandos never

Deliveroo guy went to the wrong place - did not deliver as per address. This branch refused to do anything about it and our order was over £100 for a work conference. Poor customer service and lack of empathy. Do not recommend this place at all!

The main thing that made my visit great today was Qayyum. His customer service has fantastic and he was so patient during my big order. This guy deserves a promotion!

Waited for 10 wings 40 minutes and after that i received some wings boiled not grilled done in a few minutes

Chicken was not cooked on both my wife’s and myself. We asked to cook a bit more. They took the plates and brought back after a while. Still wasn’t cooked well and both of us didn’t enjoy the meal and couldn’t finish the meal. I also felt the male waiter who served us wasn’t interested of the job he does. Left the restaurant disappointed.

Loved it! 3rs time eating there within 6 months and I think luton has defo upped its game! Its wasnt packed or noisy. It didnt give me old vibe, it gave me trendy, urban contemporary atmostphere with mixed diversed customers. Even the staffs were lovely, they were playing uk hip hops songs which to me was good rather than that nandos jazzy salsa type of song 😂

Manager I believe his name was Moras, was very rude, and didn't seem to want to stop and serve any customers. Workers were very helpful and overworked at the time due to busy service. Manager needs to help his team out rather than ran up and down like a headless chicken. No wonder he's bald.

Lovely food made and served by lovely people, Abbas, Malik and Maisha were absolutely amazing and were very respectful and took great care in doing their job.

I've been to nandos enough times to know what a sunset burger looks like. Imagine the end piece of a loaf of bread but it's been cut so finely, you have to ask, where's the rest of the bread. So you get it sent back. It comes back and then you look at it and realise, I should have stayed at home. Then you speak to the staff (Qayyum) and he was lovely. He could see the burger was embarrassing from the first instance and on the return. I asked for a refund and he politely took the food away and apologises. What I found disrespectful was the kind lad was trying to resolve the issue and manager kept snapping his fingers to bring Qayyum away. Is he visually impaired to not see Qayyum to servicing a customer. The manager on shift (Moorad) came back with the plate and he had the biggest chip on his shoulder. I've worked in service industries and I don't appreciate the hostile tone and aggression to ask me repetitively what was wrong with the burger as if I offended his ancestors. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to bring me the refund as you can see he had a face on the whole time at the till to process my refund. Embarrassing.

Very bad experience. Pathetic food quality. Me and my family went for dinner on a Saturday night and we were served with undercooked chicken. We all were ill with diarrhea & vomiting for the next 3 days, i couldn't sleep that entire night. Service was also poor as they did not deliver the complete order. the staffs in Nandos especially in the kitchen are having fun , chit chatting & cracking jokes , with less attention on the food quality. I still regret spending money for something that makes you ill and eventually take 2/3 days from your busy schedule. so i decided not to visit Nandos in future and do not recommend this to anyone. Finally , "YOU & YOUR FAMILIES HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT than anything else . SO STAY AWAY FROM NANDOS".

Been to this Nandos twice now and on BOTH occasions the chicken has been undercooked and doused in sauce to cover it up! First time I ordered 1/4 chicken (leg) and second time the thighs. I am expecting and mentioned it to one of the workers and she laughed it off saying it’s cooked! Won’t be coming back here, could cause serious harm to health/pregnant ladies.

A visit to the fairly new Nandos on Hatters Retail Park produced a lovely meal. The food was cooked well, flavoursome and plentiful.

Food is good but not the service

My father's day was ruined we had the worse experience ever and unfortunately we won't be coming back .we found a maggot in our rice and after I told the staff they try to change the story and did not inform the manager . When I told the the manager my self she wasn't aware of anything until I showed her the proof..she was polite and we got our refund. The staff need more training on how to deal with complaints and not ignore the customers.

The food was rubbish, looks good but horrible

I recently visited the Nando's branch in Luton, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I stepped in, it became apparent that this particular location did not live up to the reputation I had come to expect from Nando's. First and foremost, the food quality was severely lacking. The dishes I ordered were disappointing in every aspect. The chicken was overcooked and dry, lacking the succulent tenderness that Nando's is known for. The sides were bland and lacked flavor, as if they had been prepared with minimal effort or care. It was truly disheartening to receive such poor-quality food, especially when I had previously enjoyed meals at other Nando's branches. To make matters worse, the customer service at Luton Nando's was nothing short of abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested in their work, standing around laughing and engaging in idle conversations amongst themselves. It was as if they were oblivious to the fact that customers were waiting to be served or needed assistance. The lack of attention and professionalism displayed by the staff was truly disappointing. Additionally, the prices at this branch were exorbitant compared to the quality of food and service provided. I understand that Nando's is generally not the cheapest option, but the prices at Luton Nando's were simply unjustifiable. It felt like a blatant attempt to take advantage of unsuspecting customers who were expecting a certain level of quality that was clearly not being delivered. Overall, my experience at Luton Nando's was disheartening and left me with a negative impression of the brand. The poor food quality, coupled with the terrible customer service from staff who seemed more interested in their own amusement than attending to customers, made it a regrettable visit. Combine that with the overpriced menu items, and it was a disappointing combination that I do not wish to repeat. I would strongly advise potential diners to consider alternative Nando's branches that uphold the standards and experience that the brand is known for.

Very convenient location and nice food.

I went for dine in with my family, I believe staff has no value for customers, never use word ( please ) for them it's not on dictionary. The peri peri chicken was raw, water was leaking out from the chicken. (that chicken was grilled) chicken🐔 stings, I will never go up there, also I have not seen that much chicken feather on the cooked chicken, unbelievable.

After a long drive and lots of traffic on the motorway decided to stop at Nandos in Luton. After a long, I received good service and food at the Nandos branch. Big thanks to the Luton Nandos for a good evening.

Great, family-friendly location, atmosphere is always nice, food is amazing and served quickly. Service is always great, staff are friendly and accommodating. My fav dish is half chicken peri flamer with peri chips, garlic bread & halloumi cheese side to add to the garlic bread. Kids meals are a good price at around £7. Can’t go wrong with Nandos!

Incompetent staff who clearly don’t care about their customers. Invisible management who don’t step up to speak to customers. No suitable waiting area whilst you’re waiting for a table so they insist you stand outside regardless of how bad the weather is. Worst Nandos I have ever been to. Avoid it like the plague.

I visited this restaurant on the 17/03 and I’d say it’s the best Nando’s Ive ever had. Food was quick to come, chicken was fresh and not dry. The staff were lovely and the service was amazing. Kudos to all the staff working that night. Keep up the hard work it doesn’t go unnoticed

Never again. Everyone was staring at us. Not willing to mention why but wasn't a comfortable experience. Felt like we shouldn't have been there and felt like we stepped out of place. Cannot fault the food.
