Got a takeaway lamb chops was really nicee but with the spicy rice I’d suggest losing half of the fennel seeds as they are a very over powering herb and my box was 50/50 fennel and 50 rice the same and that’s all I could taste , nothing else .

I initially didn’t have the best experience as an item was missing from my order which was quite upsetting as this was my first time ordering here. However we are all human & mistakes happen! The owner was extremely understanding and kind and truly went out of his way to rectify the issue immediately. Just because of this I will make sure to come back & the fact the food tastes amazing makes it even better. 10/10 highly recommend 🌸

I recently ordered a spicy bean burger for £6.49 on its own, with an option to upgrade to a meal (including chips and a drink) for an additional £2.50. At the till, I inquired about the difference between a veggie burger meal, priced the same at £6.49, as the spicy bean burger. The staff member assured me the spicy bean burger was better and confirmed it came with a slice of cheese. When I received my order, the burger had no beans and was just a plain veggie burger without cheese. I asked if there had been a mistake, and she explained the bean burger comes with lettuce, onions, and jalapeños, and that cheese was an extra charge—contradicting her earlier claim. Realising the error, she went to correct it, but only after stating I should pay for the cheese. We also ordered a 4-donut box, which usually allows us to pick four different flavours. However, today, we were told we could only choose two. This was especially problematic as one person in our group has a nut allergy, and we needed nut-free options. Although we ordered two Galaxy donuts, we were later informed they contained Nutella—a fact we had never been told before, despite ordering this box in the past. The lack of concern for allergies was alarming, and the overall service was disappointing. I was shocked to hear that on busy days, they claim they can not accommodate customer needs. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I have been coming here regularly for over 3 years since it was the only place that offered good Chicken Parmesan locally, however during my last visit week ago I noticed the white Bechamel sauce under the cheese had now been replaced by a strange tangy sauce which was orange in colour....it ruin the overall taste and texture.... no idea why anyone would think this was a good change.... traditionally Chicken Parmesan is served with bechamel sauce. I am certain the majority of your customers prefer this to be changed back ASAP as you had a good thing going!

Honestly, this place is amazing. The food is fresh and flavourful. The staff are unbelievably friendly. The restaurant itself is clean. I had their platter with the lamb chops and its value for money. I don’t understand how people can have a single negative thing to say about this place. 100% recommend.

We are not local but have been visiting since last year as we had a several great dining experiences, but the consistency in quality and service in recent trips has nosedived. On most recent trip, I ordered a Parmo. It came with no topped with a thick layer of cheddar cheese but no white sauce which made it difficult to enjoy as it became dry and overcheesy. It was very disappointing when compared to the Parmo I had at the beginning of the year which was really well prepared. The trip a month prior we ordered a platter. Most of the chicken was cooked well except for one leg which was clearly pink in the drumstick. The two members of staff said "it is impossible to have raw chicken because we pre cook it in the oven first". No cooking process is foolproof and you can still have raw chicken especially on boned pieces. This is disappointing customer service which could have been better handled by the staff with an apology and offer to rectify. The floor needed a good scrub and mop, and benches were covered in grease. The chilli sauce is very watery and brown so not appetising to look at or use. The rice is dull brown, and dry as other customers have mentioned and shown in their photos. Salad quality is actually one of the highlights as its not just stale cucumber and thick white onion like a lot of Asian restaurants serve, but fresh and well cut and presented, with red onion, sweetcorn, olives, and tomatoes. The chicken marinated is clearly yoghurt based for some reason, so curdles with the spices and is not suitable for people with dairy allergies. We will be visiting one of the many other quality establishments in the area for the foreseeable future, and give this place some time to improve their standards.

My husband called and ask where our food was, they said that it had been given to the Uber eats driver, we called the driver and he said that he didn’t receive it yet and was still waiting, Uber eats changed their deliver twice because they were taking so long, 1hour 55minutes was how long it took by which time my guests had left, the fried chicken was fine but the breast burger was stale and cold, it looked like it had been sitting waiting for over an hour, I normally don’t write reviews but I’m truly disappointed by this restaurant and hope others done receive the same service. Not only did they lie to their customer but also refused to answer the phone when we called back. Would have given 0 stars if I could’ve.

Serve timing is very bad ,, After waiting for 30 minutes they said need another 5 minutes. But after 5 minutes later they told need another 5 minutes. Finally food comes 45 minutes later.

I recently visited this shop with my family of 10, and despite spending a significant amount of money, we had a deeply disappointing experience. My baby needed a nappy change, but there were no baby facilities available, even though the shop provides kids' meals and high chairs. This lack of essential amenities is unacceptable for a family-friendly place. I had no choice but to change the nappy on a seat outside the toilet, which is far from ideal. I ensured the table was clear and away from food and customers , as I wasn't trying to cause a problem; however, there was simply nowhere else to do this. A staff member, who seemed to be the owner or manager, then approached me and was incredibly rude. He told me I couldn't change the nappy there and even claimed that I made the whole restaurant smell, which was absurd as my baby hadn't done a poo. His tone was dismissive and disrespectful, making an already stressful situation worse. Also the kitchen is 1 meter away from the toilet ,if someone was to do a poo ,I'm sure the smell would spreader more than my son wee nappy !! So absolutely disgusting! Then he even had the cheey to say to me how pakistani are like this and the same ! At least English restaurant provide a facility for all needs ,babies aswel as disabled people ! The shop’s inability to accommodate basic needs for families with young children, combined with the rude behavior of what appeared to be the owner or manager, made our visit extremely unpleasant. We will not be returning, and I strongly advise other families to avoid this place until they improve their facilities and customer service. NEVER AGAIN !I RATHER DIE OF STARVATION!

I ordered chicken rice box meal and after 10 minutes they brought me chicken salad, then I went to the counter and told them that I ordered chicken rice and chicken salad, then they apologized and told me that I can eat chicken salad if I want it or throw it in the bin. Then she says they give me another chicken rice and I can wait. After another 10 minutes of waiting I was brought only dry rice I asked why this dry rice then the rude lady said chicken with salad was served from there to eat chicken with rice. Really didn't expect this with this shop. I often order online. Not in their food but today I did not expect this service of Eat Inn as a customer

Food is super delicious. In luton will only order from here! Hygienic very clean well cooked tasty. Price is very good! Delivery time arrived a couple of minutes before estimate which is perfect and the driver was very polite and friendly. When I called the takeaway after ordering to ask for cutlery the staff was very polite and friendly too. I received the cutlery too they remembered! Do recommend this place

They have too much bad behavior

I have had multiple encounters with the staff in this store. And each time it has been questionable. We ordered food and they told us there is no yoghurt in the food, when in fact there was. My colleague has a severe yoghurt allergy and luckily she did not consume any of it. Otherwise they would of had a serious lawsuit on their hands. The workers have no compassion or care for the service they provide. Needs urgent attention I tell you.

Waited over 30 minutes for my food with my family. When the food finally got served the chicken and the bun was absolutely cold 🥶. When I took it straight to the counter the staff said she made it fresh, which is really hard to believe because I was sitting in to eat so how cold can the food get??? When I confronted the staff they were in denial but then said we will make it fresh. I would not recommend this chicken shop as it is over price such as four tiny pieces of chilli cheese bites for £3. Over price not even hot as you would expect eating in!! Unfriendly staff, and very slow service.

I’m disappointed with the amount of chips given in the box. The burger is taking up more than half the space in the box. The sauce tub is 1/4 full which is a cost cutting method and it’s disgraceful. I’m only ordering from here during Ramadan while my usual place AK’s Piri Piri is closed.

Wasn't impressed with service waited 45 mins for my food as a dine in customer. Got a load of apologies but nothing extra in my meal. I went in to have a meal first time coming here, staff at till need to have customer service skills. I have recently moved to Luton and have noticed asians have a chip on there shoulder with other asians for no apparent reason. I was just there to have a nice meal pay and leave, can you train your staff to be polite or hire ones who actually want to work there. I went in to treat myself and came out not even finishing my meal because my hunger died waiting 45 mins and a very poor customer service.

came in and lady was rude - asked about allergy and she said “dunno” (i have a severe allergy) as she couldn’t be bothered to go and ask the chef.. after asking the chef she came back and said i could eat so i ordered a chicken burger. after 30 mins of waiting, my food finally arrived and was cold however after waiting so long i shrugged it off and began eating. i then started CHOKING on my food and realised there was a whole HAIR sticking out of my burger which was a completely different color than mine. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I WOULDNT EVEN LET A SCHIZOPHRENIC PATIENT EAT HERE

Went in today with my family and sat in the restaurant section. I ordered the hot mini platter I got a drink with it too... I needed water and went to the counter to ask for some tap water Only to be told by 2 different female staff one In a hijab that there policy they don't give tap water ! I don't mind paying £1 for a bottle of water but had I gone in to macdonalds and asked for water I would of got it. How hard can it be to give some water to someone already sitting down and eating there meal ! Its a big shame we as Muslims put emphasis on money rather than humanity ...maybe that's why whats happening in Gaza is directly related to how one Muslim mistreats another! May Allah swt give these people hidayat.
