Waited two hours for all our food to be cold and my pregnant girlfriends burger was raw

Food was cold and not that nice

order hasn't arrived rang up first said 10 minutes waited rang again now saying another 10 minutes then got told they haven't got the drink I ordered

The smallest hotdog in the WOOOOORRRLLD BABY WOOOOOO for £10 too! Bargain!! My mistake, I must have ordered that by accident!?? 🤣🤣🤣 Unless it shrunk on the way here as it was cold. Maybe I should of chucked a Viagra in before eating.

The Burger Box Luton has become my go-to for delicious burgers and friendly service. The food itself is fantastic - juicy patties, fresh toppings, and perfectly crispy fries. Every bite is a flavor explosion! But what truly sets them apart is their amazing customer service. The delivery drivers are always incredibly polite and courteous. I love burger box but the luton one is a joke, took 2 hours to arrive, one of the drinks was wrong and popped in the bag, so rude on the phone and no communication with where our food was

Very late. Over an hour. Ordered a burger and fries x2 for myself and son after a very busy day at work. Arrived stone cold. We stayed in a Travel Lodge and driver said he does not usually come here. So why not refuse my order in the first place? Disgraceful. Wasn't even offered a discount. Just Eat need to Very their vendors a lot more carefully.

So the food was ok. But arrived cold because the driver was so late.

This is the best burger I have had in years. Everything I expected and so much more. Every bite was delicious! I got the Texan burger and I had to call the restaurant to say thank you. Indeed worth every minute of the wait 🥰🥰🥰

The food would have been okay if we hadn’t had to wait 2 hours for it. We knew it was at least a 45 min wait when we ordered but after ringing (after an hour) to be told it was still in the shop and then not reaching us till another hour later… yeah I won’t order from them again I don’t think.

I wouldn't order again. Food very average. Lack of communication from take away. Delivery wasn't met after 2 ETA's. Chucked half the order away. Milkshake hardly had any flavour.

Since it was in front of the hotel, I ordered it without thinking, and wow, it was really delicious. If you are Korean, I recommend the Mexican, add 1 pound and go for the Smash Burger. It's halal so there's no bacon so I'm disappointed but it's good.

The halloumi burger was very tasty and there was a sizeable portion of chips. Definitely enjoyed. Only quibble is that the free item included in the offer didn't include a veggie option. Otherwise, will be ordering from here soon.

Honestly took so long for delivery. The extra £5 charge for can of coke and fries to make it a meal, wasn't worth it. The fries were cold and didnt taste nice. The chicken burger was ok, expensive for £8 for nothing that special. The fish fillet burger wasn't even eaten, went in the bin. I don't think il order again from this place. 😕

Was a little late BUT I ordered during rush hour and roadworks in area so I expected that. Food as normal I can't fault yummy

I would not recommend this takeaway I ordered a delivery on 14th Oct and am still waiting for my refund I actually gave them the benefit of the doubt and had a burger delivered tonight it was awful it was cold was supposed to have fried onions and u got onion rings burnt to a crisp I phoned the shop and the man was very rude to me and told me to contact just eat what a joke that is you cant get to speak to anyone avoid this restaurant at all cost you would ne wasting your money

It's the second time I've ordered from them, but also the last! The food always arrived cold, the chicken very spicy, and a lot of delay... more than an hour and 15 minutes! I don't recommend it if you want to eat here!

Delivered my child a hot chicken burger instead of the "kids" one, she was in pain for over an hour after biting into it. Not impressed!!!!!

Last night I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering from this burger place under the banner sobe burger from uber eats, 45 mins late, the burgers they were selling as sobe burgers were unbelievably small compared to any other sobe burger restaurant I've been to. Food was cold, when I called the establishment the were rude and un helpful and thought it was somewhat funny and said the manager would call me back but he didn't. Highly unsatisfied with the whole experience and had to get food elsewhere. Please avoid as this was a huge waste of money. Sobe burger st albans on the other hand are some of the best burgers I've ever had. Hemel not so much, sort yourselves out and I will be contacting the headnoffice Monday. Last Night we have go their it was very fantastic food and other menu i like it.

Ordered food at 8.45pm. Didn't arrive until after 10pm and was cold. Driver didn't apologise just left food. When I asked him why it was late he just said "Ring shop" and walked off. Food was cold. Never ordering from here again

I order from here regularly. The food was superb as always. The burgers are brilliant and super delicious, the chips exactly what I want, and the milkshake was excellent. The price is great too. Highly recommend to any burger lovers!

I ordered via UberEats and the food never arrived. I tried to call them but the number was out of service. I reported the non delivery to UberEats, who refunded me in full given I’d been waiting for over an hour. I don’t mind a delay but a phone call to confirm there was an issue would have made a huge difference to my overall experience. It was my first time trying Burger Box and it will be my last. Never again.

So, drove out to Luton as had been wanting to try this place for a while, staff are very friendly and the establishment was clean and tidy, as for the food just wow! Although I read the menu wrong on what I ordered which was my own fault the food I received was amazing! 10 out of 10 and will definitely go again

Really, really poor service - via uber eats - no communication from The Burger Box who do their own deliveries - took the money didn't bother sending the food - phone number advertised doesn't work - l would avoid if you want receive the food you have ordered - or you can be poor (lost your money) and hungry (didn't get get your dinner) - can't wait to see their response!

Just order 8 burgers all was raw guy on the phone refused refund unimpressed to say the least

My burger was very good. However the chips let it down if I knew they were going to be soggy and like it was reheated in a microwave I would have only got the burgers. I normally leave positive reviews but I have to let you know of the chips. Thanks.

Burger was nice just a little greasy

Awful. I had to wait over 2 and a half hours for my food, and it definitely wasn't worth the wait. The burgers were cold, the chips were soggy. I ordered meal deals and didn't even receive the drinks! And no sauces either. I ordered the cheeseburger, which was like eating a burger made of black pepper and tomato ketchup. There's not a single good thing I can say about this order. I definately don't recommend this place.

I'm giving this place 4 stars. Their smash burgers are nothing short of amazing. Really good burgers. And their loaded fries box with chicken are brilliant. Twice have ordered and on each time never disappointed. The only shortfall is their delivery driver, whos a wee bit slow. So if you order, better do a collection. And eat the burgers there n then. Boom... thank me later. :))) well done guys. Keep up the focus and quality standards. 👌

I got a classic hotdog and it was delicious. My food was prepared fresh and I didn't have to wait for too long. The food had good flavours and was served with plenty of sauce. We were also given additional sauce tubs - I particularly enjoyed the chilli mayo. I would recommend this place for a quick bite.

Ordered a classic hot dog which tasted really good. The dips were nice. Staff were also really welcoming and polite. I would definitely recommend The Burger Box.

Had a chicken burger which was soggy. Ordered 2 different flavoured milkshakes that tasted the exact same. They both tasted like vanilla, when we ordered chocolate and oreo. There was thread wrapped in the foil with the burger and one of the kitchen staff kept sneezing into his hands without washing them....

This place is the best for quality foods. The food was really mouthwatering and I enjoyed it. Highly recommended! Thanks.

It’s not someting you can get from anywhere. Their Burgers are Uniq and something that you won't find anywhere else in the UK expect The Burger box. Absolutely terrible service, they have the cheek to add another 12.5% on top of orders for service charge and an additional pound for delivery, best to order through just eat where you get a positive response and speedy service. Have been a regular customer but ordered now for the last time. Congratulations, you have just lost a customer.

This place isn't cheap ! The food was quality and I will be back. In my opinion you will not get a better burger in Luton .

Ordered at 18.15 for delivery. Was advised 19.30 eta. At 20.15 tried calling restaurant and hit engaged tone for 15 minutes. When I finally got through I was told that my order would still be quite some time yet. When I questioned what do you mean quite sometime? I was told probably about 45 or 1 hour or something. Guy in the phone couldn’t care less just said he was really busy and that I could collect or cancel my order. Will never be using again.

Decided on burgers for our Friday night take out dinner. Wanted to try somewhere new and picked The Burger Box. Being a vegetarian limited our choices but these guys made a yummy halloumi burger and the fries were perfect. Definitely ordering again. They were really helpful. Thumbs up from us!

Ordered a takeaway from this place, thought I'd try something new. My friend really enjoyed her meal... but these nachos?! No thanks! The milkshake tasted like they'd used gone off milk! All in all, would NEVER order from here again!

Brought a classic beef burger meal and it was delicious. The burger was perfect with the buns a little crispy. The beef patty was perfectly cooked and was generous in size too. The chips were the best. It was crispy and was perfectly salted. Brought a chocolate milkshake and I would never recommend that. The milkshake was watery and was not as rich as I would have expected it to be. The place is a bit pricey. The burger costs about £6 and the meal is an extra £3.50. We had a take away and realised that there were no dips provided in the bag which was a let down again. For the amount of money charged the service should have been exceptional. The milkshake was definitely not worth £4. Would only go back for those chips.

My son is a buger expert and he likes this place a lot. It is not cheap like a KFC etc, but paying little extra to get geat food is no brainer. Amazing taste, quality food. Even the packaging for takeaway is premium.

I visited a couple of days ago. The staff were very nice, Even though the takeaway was very busy they were taking social distancing measures very seriously. Food always top notch little gripe does get very busy so a bit of a wait but who cares when you get food like this

The food was amazing and delivery was on time. As a house with a vegetarian and meat eater, its hard to find places that suit both of us but we were both well fed and extremely happy with our meals, cannot wait to eat here again

First visit and safe to say won’t be the last! Best burgers in Luton.. and the peri chips are to die for. Amazing service too! Was provided with a strawberry mocktail on the house whilst waiting! Everything was perfect. Must try!
