Awful experience. Food 40 minutes late. Salad soggy and inedible. Charged for humus but not supplied. Charged for garlic sauces which wasn't ordered. Offer of 2nd mixed grill missing. No er. contact phone number. AVOID if you like good food. Will not use this place again.

Amazing people, amazing food, amazing Aesthetic

Bad food! Went there with a friend for the first time. Noticed the empty tables were not very clean. When ordering the food, the prep area next to the till area wasn't very clean either. I had the liver and mixed grill main. The liver was unseasoned. Most of the meats in the grill was cold. Obviously not made fresh to order but pre made and inadequately reheated. I did have diarrhoea in the morning!!

Salaam, lots of people say this place mixes there meat with pork. THIS IS 100% FALSE. There food is 100% halal and tastes the best in the whole of ENGLAND.

Best quality food in hightown and top effort and care goes into preparation. Customers treated with excellent customer service and no one has topped their food in Luton for me so far. Don’t waste ur time looking for somewhere to eat go to medi kitchen!!!!

Best Middle Eastern food in Luton by miles. Amazing food, quality service and very hygienic. The brothers who run this place are lovely and always throw in more food which is a pleasant surprise. Alhamdullilah. Will keep ordering and suggest you order too. Best dishes: Chicken shawarma with chips and rice. Baklava and their Turkish tea

We ordered a mix grill platter which was on offer of buy one get one free. It had said delivery would be around 50 minutes but after 2 phone calls it arrived 2 hours later! The food was cold and we were missing one platter. When we called to inform them that the food was cold and the platter was missing, the guy had said we would have got one free if we brought two. Which makes no sense since it’s buy one and get one free not buy two and get one free. When we told him the food was cold when it arrived he said thanks and hung up. Absolutely terrible customer service and a waste of money as the food wasn’t enough. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

The best kitchen in the town imo. If you looking for nice kebab and chicken dishes. First time I saw price and performance as a best. We were shocked when we saw the plate full of chips and chicken in the plate.. we so used to got robbed in fastfood sector so their business made us really happy… We couldn’t believe they even brought salads which are great as well. Friendly staff too. Lastly not to mention that the taste of the food that’s sth in quality level I can say as a person who understands and loves the quality in the chicken and kebabs

I recommend the mixed grill and shawarma wraps food was delicious and reasonable price. The chilli sauce is outstanding a special recipe only available at Medi Kitchen try it once you will not forget the taste.

I think they marinade the chicken in Fairy Liquid. Weird smell and very chewy.

Poor service made me wait over 2 hours for a delivery for only 2 sharwmas and i had to go down and get it in the end wont be coming back

Medi Kitchen is one of the best spots in Luton. Quality, well marinated and delicious mixed grill and an unreal chicken makhlouba. Flavour and taste at a reasonable price. What was particularly special about Medi Kitchen is the Uncle who runs it. His adhaab (Islamic manners). As first time visitors he offered us a free drink. But even before this, his warm demeanour made us feel so welcome. This is a man who runs his restaurant with Islamic values at its heart. Delicious food, made with love. May Allah swt bless him, Ameen.

I had the pleasure of having a meal from medi kitchen Luton.i was amazed how lovely and nice the food was for a woman from the Caribbean I never had Mediterranean food before I was surprised the food is tasty you get a lot for your money.the staff is friendly,warm,kind and helpful if your not sure what you like to eat they are happy to guide you towards the food choice's you like, the place is clean I’m so happy I tried this restaurant customer service is pure gem thank you medi kitchen

One of the best Middle Eastern cuisine restaurant/takeaway in Luton. The chicken shawarma was perfectly spiced. The chicken shish was again perfectly spiced. The lamb chops weren’t the best but had a nice size to them. I was pleasantly surprised with the lamb kofte as it wasn’t really chewy or soggy after it gold cold and the portion was for 2 but could easily feed 3/4. Chicken shawarma 9/10 Chicken kofta 8/10 Chicken wings 9/10 Lamb Shish 9/10 Lamb chops 6/10 Lamb kofta 7/10 Chips 8/10

They got caught out selling haram meat and lying to customers by promoting it as halal, if you google/youtube a video linked to this restaurant you will see evidence, they have been exposed and have tried to bury the news with fake reviews to try and hide this, should be ashamed!

Amazing food! Very healthy portions. Great place to sit with family and to feed them for more than a reasonable price. I 100% recommend Medi Kitchen for being tasty, delicious and family friendly. Alhumdullilah.

I ordered half chicken with rice today. I was mind blown with the amazing taste and flavour was perfect. It’s very affordable as well which was good with all the over pricing going on.I would highly recommend this shop you must try it.The sitting area was clean and had a lot of space. The staffs were kind and helpful. Overall I was very happy with the food and customer service.

No only did they scam us by offering their food as buy one get one free on Deliveroo and not giving us the free items. Food was poor. I love tabbouleh, however just parsley and bulgar is not tabbouleh. If you don’t have the ingredients don’t take my money.

This was a walk-by meal when in High Town. Ate in. The chicken shish and hummus wrap were divine. Super value with an extra dish and sides for £18. Great value, friendly and busy with locals. I thanked the owner who asked if I would mind leaving a review so here I am. I'll eat here when in Luton again.

Great chicken shawarma takeout. The baba ganoush is so juicy and tangy. Beautiful quality and great portions. The seasoning is spot on. The service is fast as well. Will be ordering again soon

Ordered collection takeaway last night. Woke up with horrendous food poisoning and discovered mould/fungus growing on the leftovers this morning. Which is very alarming as the food was bought “fresh” late last night. Very disappointing. Will not be eating from here again as they clearly sell left over food from the previous day 👎🏽

The people defending this place for selling haram food is worrying their urge to eat haram is abysmal probably been drinking haram milk as children, huge respect to the brother who exposed these guys, that salah saved a lot of people from unknowingly consuming haram Kirkland lamb shanks, ITS NOT A LIE, the guy got caught selling haram meat, the brother asked him do you think McDonald's is halal? and the owner said yes, took him 2 weeks to come back and say it was for my Jewish clients, you idiot it said COSHH not Kosher. 105 “Only they forge the lie who do not believe in Allah's communications

The people here are very lovely and accommodating and the meat they serve in this restaurant is 100 % halal. The filthy animals that are throwing these accusations around are just jealous Asians who can't stand the fact that people were preferring succulent food from Lebanese people over the constipating slop that they pull from the bottom of their fridges. And I know because I am ashamed that these Asians are my people. I know their attitude well. As for atmosphere and service, respect them and you'll be respected in return. Simple is simple as. Won't ever stop ordering from this place.

We have food from Medi Kitchen all the time . It really is the tastiest and freshest food locally and we are never disappointed. The staff are so friendly and professional and nothing is ever too much trouble. We absolutely love this place!

Wow! Simply the best takeaway I've visited in forever. I opted for a simple half pounder and chips meal and really struggled to eat it all as it was so filling. I will be definitely be back for more.... Fabulous food and the staff are so friendly. 🍔😁👍

As a white male I've never felt discriminated before since I've been here, I don't know if they're just sick or white drunk people going over there but I wasn't. The boss proceeded to take my order with total attitude but when my friend ordered after (he didn't know we was together at this point and my friend is Muslim) his attitude changed. Inside the restaurant it was only my and my friend and a white family who had already ordered. 2 Muslims come in a order the same things and get it within seconds, my friend who ordered the same got in before me although I ordered first and both me and the white family were waiting for long for are food. Also noticing the difference in seasoning on plate compared to my friends was real should have taken a photo but its safe to say I won't be eating in this place anymore are being blatantly discriminated. Also once me and friend left together and they noticed we are friends they tried being nice nah mate

If you go on Facebook and write medi kitchen you will see a driver of theirs posted the meat they sell in packets from Kirkland which do not do halal no halal branding . They buy their lamb shanks from Costco and advertise it as halal.

The comments are untrue. The food here is halal. The brother dose functions for Jewish community and stocks kosher meat for them. All his meat come from a halal butcher in Luton. The person that spread these fouls accusations should fear Allah.
