Pepe's in Luton

The worst ever branch ever that Pepe’s has arrogant staff and their work. I never recommend this branch. Please go to the Dunstable Road branch, who gave good, tasty food as well as service.

Worst ever experience. Pathetic service.. The taste and quantity of food was bad. The piri piri sauce is runny like water with no taste. I ordered a combo but the quantity was so poor, chicken was super dry with tasteless sauce. Waste of money and waste of time.. not going there again neither recommending to anyone.

Worst ever pepes. Food was dreadful. It took them 2 hours to get it delivered, never had that before. Disgusting. Don’t order from here ever.

I ordered a wing meal and they give me the wrong Order and when I came home and checked the wrong order and I live far away and can’t come to exchange bad experiences food is for my kids and they didn’t eat at all

food was okay but tables were dirty and there was a cockroach on table

My 7 year old daughter had a plain strips kids meal and she cudnt eat it as it was very spicy not happy

Ordered a rice box hot flavour gave me plain and claim to be hot the stuff was extremely rude when asked for a refund specifically manprett ruined my whole mood and the whole day

Has been ordering at this place online and the food is good. But I decided to dine in one day only to realise they got the worst staffs especially at tills. The lady in the till had no smile while I was ordering my food and later she gave me something different from what I ordered and when I complained about the issue she started to argue with me.Just looking at reviews about the restaurant it's evident that I am not the only person who has experienced this. Hope the management gives a training to the staff.

I have been sent the wrong order, different food and a different name on the front of the bag.

I think you need to replace the all staff members who are in the TILL section . Next, this happened to me 2nd time I usually ordered peri fries with that I will get one DIP as well (In other stores) but when I asked them for DIP the staff were very rude and saying NO.

Over an hour for delivery, asked for chicken breast got half a thigh not even a whole piece of chicken, smallest portion of chips I’ve ever seen, like I asked for child’s portion. Cold dry chips… this place is complete joke will never order here again

Many years ago this branch of peers Peri Peri used to be the most brilliant one in Luton but now Food is completely changed. It’s totally substandard food. The food feels soy and water from inside and it does not look like a grilled food mark and I will never come here again.

Just order late evening snack loaded fries with chicken lovely flavor a must have if hungry 😋 definitely

I ordered a burger meal and a fried chicken meal (pieces). It was ridiculous what was delivered, we received only one bag of fries. I paid over £10 for the burger meal alone. I will not order from here again, a complete rip off!

Was delivered to wrong address tried to explain my address but was not ready to listen very poor service

I normally buy my food from there and have no issues but when I went there today around 16:40 not only have I got weird looks from the staff but my order had missing items. I brought a meal which included wings, fries and a drink. When I collected my order I didn’t look at it as I had to go back to work. When I arrived at work I have realised I haven’t got a drink with my order. Not really happy with the service I have received as the staff kept starring at me looked like they were laughing at me. Not sure if I will be returning.

Literally the worst Pepe's I've ever had. Chicken in the chicken and rice was pure gristle. Even the chips didn't taste right. Almost the entire thing went in the bin, a total waste of 10 pounds. If Luton wasn't literally the worst place on earth I'd be going back and demanding a refund.

Unbelievably bad service. Marked order as delivered in the app, I called back 3 times to chase only to be told different stories. First they said it was marked as delivered by accident, then they said to wait until 7.27pm because the driver had 2 deliveries in the area.. then they finally said oh he’s not our driver, call Just Eat because he’s employed by them! I’ll never order from you again.

Expected delivery time changed 3 times. The food was lukewarm when it arrived. We love the food from here but recently delivery times have been awful leading to cold food.

Food is banging but not the service, make sure you always double check what you got because it was the wrong order and they overcharged me!
