I never received my order even though it has been marked as delivered

my order was fine but I didn't receive me can of pop that was with the meal deal I order, nothing eles wrong with food, the food was nice and on time, if not earlier, but if I order a can of pop I expect to get it

I ordered a Half chicken Extra Hot & Well done cooking but they gave me normal one.the taste was horrible, it wasn’t welldone and they didn’t even give me any Sauses. I will never try again 🤮 its just waste of money

Chips were cold and hard as rock. We chose Barr and Tango drinks, they gave us magoe Rubicon and Pepsi. I asked for 2 peri mayo, they only gave one. I ask for legs/thigh only. They didn't bother reading my request. Over an hour late!

delivery driver told us he was waiting in restaurant an hour and 10 minutes for our food. totally unacceptable. restaurant clearly lied about delivery time food average and cold at best

Amazing flavoursome food 😋, excellent customer service and all the staff members are absolutely welcoming, friendly and wonderful. Definitely recommend it.

My sister ordered from Pepe's and we waited for almost an hour and they cancelled our order after making us wait for that long with no explanation. This was during Iftar time and we were hungry. When we rang them to follow up, they did not pick up.

I had the chick'n' rice which I really enjoyed, the chicken was full of flavours, I really enjoy the fries with the piri piri salt, I always get them when I go there, the staff was very quick and friendly. It does get a bit cold when the door is open, but cant really do much about that

The wrap was falling apart. I ordered 2 meals and was given the chips combined in 1 bag. I am extremely disappointment. The customer service was horrendous with the restaurant not picking up. The waiting time constantly changed. The delivery took an hour when it’s only supposed to take 30 minutes. Abysmal.

The Luton chapel Street branch.I’ve eaten at many restaurants, but this was by far the worst service I’ve encountered. Staff were inattentive and unfriendly.

Food arrived extremely late at 7:10 and it was cold as it took so long to arrive.

The Luton chapel Street, The staff here seriously need customer service training. They were unhelpful, impatient, and had no idea how to handle basic requests.

Terrible Customer service.. Waited ages to be served, and when I finally got someone’s attention, they were extremely rude. No basic courtesy at all. Very disappointing.

If you are a pasta lova, this place is a must-try! The pasta was perfectly cooked, rich, and flavorful, while the chicken wings were crispy outside, juicy inside, and packed with delicious seasoning. Absolutely Disgusting – Avoid at All Costs! I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. I ate here with a friend, and within minutes of finishing our meals, we were both rushing to the toilet with the worst stomach cramps and instant diarrhoea. It was absolutely vile. The food quality was clearly awful—something was definitely off. Whether it was undercooked, expired, or handled poorly, I don’t know, but it made both of us seriously ill. We have already reported this place to the Food Standards Agency because no restaurant should be serving food that causes this level of sickness. Do yourself a favour and stay far away. I wouldn’t risk another bite from this place if you paid me. Avoid, avoid, AVOID!

Ordered two burger meals with no mayo. Supplied but when opened had mayo. Had to complain and to be fair manager provided replacement meals and apologised. Food was good and the only reason given a three was because of the initial mistake....which could have been costly due to health requirements. But they admitted mistake and I think will learn from it. Would recommend but just check your meal if you have requested something slightly different due to medical needs.

Don't sit in store it is freezing cold in the winter. The food is great but everything i come into store there's a delay so I tried to order via the app, later on I called to see if I could come early to pick it up and they said "it's ready now you can come now" just for me to come in and they hadn't started yet. Horrid service.

Came here with my husband and my infant and ordered food , my husband requested for water to be microwaved which was bluntly refused, come on update you policy it is for the kid. That’s sad

I came here on the 22 December with my wife and an infant of 1 year I ordered for an amount of 16.57, I just had one request to microwave my kids bottle of water for 10 seconds. And the response was not allowed. Maybe you might sometimes look and approve some requests that are for infants

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Pepe’s Peri Peri, Luton when ordering through Uber Eats. After waiting 1.5 hours for my food, I decided to call the restaurant to check on the delay. It took several tries to get through, and when I finally connected, the call was frequently disconnecting while I was trying to explain the issue. I had to keep redialing, only to face more frustration when the line stopped connecting altogether for a while. When I eventually managed to speak to someone, I was told my order had been delivered to the wrong address because the rider had swapped it with another. When I asked what could be done, the response was shocking,they said they couldn’t do anything about it and simply hung up. I had to call back again to insist on a solution. After wasting more of my time explaining the issue, they finally gave me the Uber Eats customer service number. While I understand that the mixup is all the rider’s mistake, the restaurant showed no accountability or willingness to help resolve the matter. In the end, I never received my order, nor was I offered a refund or replacement. This lack of responsibility and poor communication was deeply disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend Pepe’s Peri Peri Luton based on this experience, as they showed no interest in resolving the issue or valuing their customers’ time.

I've been here a few times now and the food is always so good, one of the best pepes I've been to. The service is incredible and super friendly staff, I'd highly recommend

The chicken was not fully cooked, so I put it in the air fryer to ensure it was cooked properly. It only needed another 20 to 30 minutes, and everyone would be happy.

Very bad experience. I placed an order, it never arrived, but on the app it was showing delivered. I am home, no one knocked on my door or rang the bell. The person asked to deliver this order needs to be queried. This is very bad.

It was a appalling service, they driver would not respond to message and was very rude on the phone not delivering directly to me making me go to him whilst he sat in the car. The store was not answering the phone and when they did kept placing me on hold and very poor communication skills

Worst ever experience. Pathetic service.. The taste and quantity of food was bad. The piri piri sauce is runny like water with no taste. I ordered a combo but the quantity was so poor, chicken was super dry with tasteless sauce. Waste of money and waste of time.. not going there again neither recommending to anyone.

The driver faffed around wanting a pin, I repeated myself with the last 4 of my phone number but it didn’t sink in, he grabbed a neighbour and still didn’t get it, 10mins later, I got my food, cold, and with whole salt pot on the chips. 👎🏻

1) Chicken & Rice Box: Extremely dry. Chicken was flavourless, bland and very dry. 2) Peri Chicken: Some flavour but below expected standard. Overall very disappointing. Very unlikely to order from here again.

At 12am the driver is ringing on my doorbell when there is children are sleeping in the house. They should know not to ring on anyone door bell after 9/10pm.
