Very delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean and the staff is smiling

If you like to walk, then you will like the location. We had to do an overnight and stayed here. It’s a 15 minute walk from the Luton Airport. The path is lighted up and easy to do at any time of the day. However, if you are carrying lots of luggage, the walk can be terrible. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is 20 pounds and the hotel does not offer shuttle which is odd for an airport hotel. Staff at the hotel were welcoming and check-in was easy. The hotel is outdated with old rugs and lighting. The room is mini. Like when I walked in, I felt I was in a Barbie doll house but without the colors. Super small with two super small beds stuck together in a space that you can barely move. For an overnight I would do it again since the price was low but for an extended stay it would be a terrible idea. Also, if you are a light sleeper just be aware that you hear many airplanes ✈️

The hotel is about 10 mins walk away from airport. The rooms are like boxes with small uncomfortable beds and not very nice bedding.The towels were worn and had holes in. The bathroom was clean but shower was very dated and basic. We only stayed a few hours to get a little sleep after out journey but that was enough.

Room was clean but decor in the room and corridors is looking very tired. Breakfast was great but a very small plate provided! Reception and breakfast room were clean and tidy, very modern decor. The staff on check out were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is well located food was OK restaurant staff seemed a little distance although attentive and happy once you gained their attention . The room was very basic and not as good from memory as my previous visit. However the room done as was required Would possibly look at alternatives in the future

I arrived after a delayed flight in early hours of the morning, the reception staff were not very helpful of welcoming. The room was very small, opening the door I was barely able to enter the room with my case!. The room was in my opinion tired with a bath room that was functionable but the shower arrangements were very basic. This was a one night stay and given the choice of hotels in the area, this regretably would not be my first choice should I return

The organization was absolutely terrible. My experience started with a mistake during check-in, which resulted in other guests being assigned to my room. At 3 AM, they entered my room while I was already asleep, which was both shocking and unsettling. After spending the next day out, I returned to my room late at night, only to discover that all of my belongings were missing. Since it was already midnight, the cleaning staff had left, and the reception couldn’t help because they couldn’t find my items. I had a flight at 7 AM the next morning, and with the cleaning team not returning until 6:30 AM, there was no way to resolve the issue in time. As a result, I lost all of my belongings. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable!

10 to 15 minute walk to the terminal, quiet enough hotel that is fairly clean however, the toilet needed to be pushed 4 or 5 times to get ot to flush and if the person above needs to use the toilet you will basically hear it

Don't book! Hotel old, dirty and not fit for purpose. Spend more. Housekeeping came in the room while we were in bed, way before the check out time.

Hotel quite outdated, bed was too close to the door. There was not enough pressure in the shower and the tub is slippery

Firstly I have raised a complaint with you, which you still have not got back to me on. Secondly the hotel was more like a prison than hotel, it is completely overpriced and I have been massively ripped off. Secondly, do not book the stay with parking, they suggest online that it is for the entirety of your stay however it is just for 2 nights. I was forced to pay and additional £132 when I arrived - it would have been cheaper to just pay the fine. Do not book.

Convenient hotel 10 minutes walk from the airport. Like many hotels near the airport, there are a lot of people there and the rooms can be noisy.

Convenient hotel near Luton Airport, however needs upgrading. Also, it needs to improve anti-aircraft noise for the guest to have sound and uninterrupted sleep against the airport noise. Remote control of TV and the card lock is not functioning properly.

Perfect for a stopover in Luton. 5 min walk to airport, 10 min walk to Luton Parkway train station. 10 mins from central Luton by bus. Pleasant staff. Room ok.

We found 2 bedbugs in our room and left immediately. Took a while to get sorted, but it did in the end.

Nice and close to the airport. Rooms are not big but clean, bathroom has some space but my room only had a bath so it can be slippery. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food they serve is simple and oke.

Very easy to get to the airport at 3am. Bus right outside. The windows were magic though as barely heard any planes! Was as quiet as hearing them from your garden! Food was really good too and reasonably priced

Basic clean and comfortable hotel. We used it to catch an early morning flight as it's only a short walk to the terminal. No frills but does the job.

Great location for the airport, they don't include the parking charge so be ready to add that to your costs. The rooms are small but fine, soundproofing is very good so no being woken by road or plane sounds.

This hotel has a really great location, it's right near the Luton airport, so if you have an early flight out, this is a great option. However, it is quite outdated and not super clean. The restaurant menu is not super healthy, but that's fine. Staff is very friendly. Overall, it's passable for one night.

room was comfortable but there was a constant loud humming noise all night, so i couldnt sleep. i checked in at midnight and had an early morning flight, so just needed somewhere to sleep close to airport. location is good, but as arrived at midnight i got in a taxi and cost £18! was only a 10 minute walk back to airport in the morning.

Unremarkable room. 20 minute walk to terminal - no hotel shuttle bus. Easy to find. On the whole, it is convenient for both early departure and late arrival.

Great hotel, comfortable beds. Very quiet. When the window is closed you don't hear anything. Waterproof with tea and coffee is in the room

Very close to the airport, short walk away. Nice staff at reception as well as the people I saw in the corridors. Room has everything you need, shampoo, iron, hair dryer. My only issue is that the TV was capped at volume 12 and couldn't go any higher.

Stayed for one night. Location is ideal. Walking distance to airport. Bed was uncomfortable and one pillow each. Requested another 2 via what's app but was informed that the hotel was fully booked so there weren't any. Food and drink great in restaurant Staff very friendly

Great location within easy walking distance of Luton airport. Room was comfy if a bit smaller than similarly priced hotels. Dark charcoal walls and decor in the entry and restaurant is a bit odd and makes the place feel a bit seedy, but it's reasonably good value and breakfast was okay.

When I arrived at the hotel I requested a quiet room as I am not a good sleeper and the girl at reception picked one at the end of a corridor which was perfect! All the members of staff I interacted with were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The only downside for me was the menu at the restaurant: I had intended on eating there but nothing really appealed so I ended up walking to the terminal to get some food.

Very busy hotel, upon arrival the reception was part of the bar so was noisy. Lots of tables overflowing with dirty glasses and plates. The man at reception was not the most welcoming. He was suspicious of us as our boss had booked our room and wasn't present at the time of check-in. We gave the full address, name, and booking reference but still had to show photo ID before he would check us in. Didn't ask if we had come in a car, so when we eventually got our room key and turned the corner towards the lifts, we saw a sign about registering the car details. I went back and was met with a long queue, which was really annoying. £26 parking fee for 2 nights! Can't fault the room. It was clean and tidy and had a comfortable bed. Went back down to reception a bit later to get some extra tea bags and milk. I asked for 8 small milk sachets and was told, 'I only have 4,' placed them on the counter, no ' so sorry I only have these.4 left'. It was like those I'd what I have, that's it attitude. Not the friendliest vibe from the hotel, busy noisy and not great. Disappointed.

Great option for an overnight layover. About 10-12 minutes away from the airport, the room was very quiet, with a comfy big bed, and everything was clean and tidy. Towels, shampoo, body wash, kettle, tea, coffee, TV - all you might need is there. The staff is very friendly and helpful :)

Absolute embarrassment. The public areas are filthy, the way the bar staff treated us and other customers was disgusting, not even looking at you when servings you, slamming the card machine down after ordering without telling you the cost. We are all well travelled, polite decent people, who do not deserve to be treated with such contempt. Disgraceful, filthy and without doubt the worst service I have ever experienced in a hotel.

If you need to stay close to the airport this place is perfect. Breakfast was a buffet with lots of food choice. The hotel has a little gym which was useful. Staff very friendly and beds were very comfortable.

Excellent location to stay at if you have an early flight from Luton. Walking distance from the airport (about 7mins or so). Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Was able to check in at 11pm with no issues what so ever. Surprisingly quiet at night despite being so close to the airport. One thing to keep in mind, it's a cashless hotel so everything has to be paid for by card.

Perfectly decent for the money especially. Room’s are small and basic, but service is good and hotel is clean and at 10mins walk to the terminal it’s very convenient.

Very disappointing stay. Unrenovated hotel, no recognition of the status (no drink voucher given at check-in), very insufficient sockets in the room, and very poorly placed (only one socket available without having to unplug the telephone from the room). Very very basic room. Correct cleanliness, nothing more. Extremely bad WiFi. For the price and for an Ibis, it is very disappointing.

Very kind and approachable staff, they were helpful. The location is great for the airport or coach drop off/pick up. The room was clean and well equipped with what we needed.

Very basic, rooms very dated. Carpets have a weird powder round the edges. Bed is very hard, staff unable to provide additional pillows. Only has plug sockets on one side of the bed. Staff friendly and wine was nice.

Good place for one night before flight. Close to the airport. No complaints.

Booked through the parking and hotel deal available. Said that it would be a double plus kids beds. Turns out when you turn up with 2 small kids they don’t have that facility and just shrug shoulders when you ask. Avoid. Ravel on reception couldn’t care less

Strange check in experience as reception seems to double up as a cafe.. Rooms have a feel of Yugoslavian youth hostel…. A particularly depressing place to spend the night! Had to sell my kidney for 2 cans of water and a snickers - £7.25 whilst standing at the bar to purchase them I was completely ignored by member of staff until I had to ask her if I could pay…. UNBELIEVABLE Not exactly the Grovesnor…

Stayed after a late night flight arrival. The room was small, and unfortunately, the bed or pillows weren't comfortable. Friendly welcome from the person on reception and about a 10 minute walk from the terminal, which is ideal.

It is what you expect for an Ibis that price. The location is great if you gotta catch a flight. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The Restaurant has a lot of options to choose from and is better than expected for an aiport hotel.

I just needed a place to crash for the night and catch an early plane. It's 10 minutes walk to the airport and this is very useful. Staff was very nice, everyone friendly and helpful. The room (specially bathroom) had a "dated" feel, although it was nice and clean. The restaurant menu is quite limited (mainly burger, fish&chips, pizza stuff). Overall, for a night after a late in flight, or to catch an early one, the hotel is great and offers good money value.

This is the closest hotel to the airport. There is a bus from the hotel to the airport. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. In fact, it is not far. It is only because the road is uphill and you have to carry luggage. If you don’t want to walk uphill, You can take the bus outside the hotel (it takes about 2-3 minutes) and when you get there, you have to walk a short distance but not uphill. Then there is a direct bus from the hotel to the city or from the city to the hotel. You can get on and off at the Holiday Inn station. The Holiday Inn is right next to ibis. The room is quite large and comes with a hot water kettle, tea bags and coffee. The toilet is large and the overall facilities are comfortable and tidy. There are service staff available 24 hours a day.

Good value for money, quite close to Luton airport, 15 mins by walk.

Good hotel to stay for an early flight from Luton Airport, 10min walk to terminal

Hotel is well located to Luton airport just 15 minutes walking. But if you want to go to London expect 1-1.5h long ride by bus or train. Breakfast is good, although if you stay more than 4-5 days you will be miss more variety of food. Room is basic and clean.

I have stayed at the Ibis twice now. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport; although the walk from the hotel to the airport is awful - along a busy road, under a tunnel which is dark and unpleasant, and the road around the hotel itself is full of parked cars/taxis, making it hard to cross. The hotel is basic, and offers very little in the way of comfort or facilities. The bar area is ok for a quick drink; but the tables are not cleaned as the area doubles as the reception, it isn't restful. the room was small and the bath had a nasty looking brown stain in it...so I didn't feel happy to use it. All in all, this was just a place to stay before an early morning flight; but it's expensive for what it is, and the standard is poor.

I didn't actually get to stay at Ibis however the customer service was fantastic. TUI made a massive mistake and left two of our party of the flight although we had paid months ago. The flight was cancelled so we had to fly from a different airport last minute. Rodrigo who is stationed on site at Ibis Luton helped with my booking and made everything very simple.

Vis was a fantastic host. Friendly and kind. He made my stay worthwhile.

Great place to stay before a flight. Reasonable rates.

We had a one night stay in Ibiz Hotel Luton Airport .It was a easy check in - we got our room number and keys after 5 min on reception . Room was clean , we leaved early in the morning - check out was quick as well .

Hubby and I shared a bowl of nachos (for one), bbq chicken wings and a portion of chips - too much for us overall but very well cooked and presented AND nothing was too much trouble for our lovely waiter guy - especially as it was New Year's Eve

Absolutely APPALLING!!!! WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO STAY IN!!!!!! Freezing cold room, stained towels, dirty carpets, no phone and therefore no wakeup call (this is supposed to be an airport hotel!!!) Dining room also freezing. This is the first time I have seen people needing to wear coats and scarves WHILE EATING in order to stay warm enough!!

Not a great place to eat but better than the nearby airport alternatives! I had the fish and Chips - which was huge - but seemed to have been microwaved.

Other than a cold breakfast [extra] the cafe seems to be food out of a machine. It is not somewhere you would go for a meal.

Ci sono due Ibis a Luton. Questo è il più piccolo ed economico. Anche il più vicino all'aeroporto, circa 10 minuti a piedi. Le indicazioni per arrivarci, però, non sono chiarissime. Struttura carina, reception H24, personale accogliente. C'è un bar e si può cenare in sala al ristorante. Prezzi adeguati, qualità media. La camera è in linea con l'offerta Ibis, cioè appena accettabile come spazio. Ottimo per soggiorni brevissimi da una, max due notti e per accedere ai voli mattutini. Collegamenti alla ferrovia, principalmente via taxi.

Can not stress enough how friendly the staff were at this hotel on check in rooms very tidy and beds very comfortable,I then ventured to the bar for a couple of drinks and food in the bar were the barman and chef were so polite so credit gas to go to adison jnr, and the chef Ryan' Plymouth

A small bedroom, but it's budget, really comfortable and everything you need for an overnight stay, o my there to sleep. 10 out of 10. Thank you

Stayed here and decided to try the food, food was ok, atmosphere was ok, service was good. Bit on the expensive side.

I was staying next door in the holiday inn express but their menu was very poor for a low carb diet. So I crossed the road to Fogg’s and was pleasantly surprised. Firstly the service was great and the prices were cheap for an airport hotel, options were limited but at least they had options. The meatballs were very tasty and although not a salad fan the Caesar ( minus the croutons) was tasty too. If you are in the holiday inn or express this is a great option for a cheap meal with excellent service.

Due cameriere che spero per loro fossero al primo giorno di lavoro, altrimenti posso solo dire che sono negate, perdono le comande, dopo 20 minuti ho dovuto richiedere le bevande intanto che attendevo il piatto principale, filetti di spigola speziati su un letto di riso e piselli con asparagi, una accozzaglia insipida, il pesce è asciutto sicuramente riscaldato al forno, a voler essere generoso un piatto insignificante. Questo unito al pessimo servizio mi ha indotto a pagare ed andarmente il prima possibile.

Colazione buona e con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ho apprezzato la presenza di moltissimi piatti caldi, e uova cucinate in più modi. Atmosfera rilassata e informale, nessuna coda, ampia scelta di posti. Insomma, ancora una volta, Ibis non delude. Decisamente soddisfatta.

Fish and chips trop copieux. Pour un petit café dans l' hotel, une carte international. Un peu cher mais le soir après avoir marcher dans Londres on a faim.

The menus were displayed on a table near the entrance to the bar area and we were told to take a seat and a menu would be brought to us. In the meantime other people picked up menus as they entered. Eventually I had to ask for a menu. We found a good choice of the smaller dishes we wanted and ordered a BLT and cheese and ham toastie. The BLT was a huge portion of bacon and would easiy have satisfied 2 people, My toastie was a more acceptable size. Both dishes came with crisps which were of a good quality. There were also larger meals like fish and chips etc on the menu. Whisle not "fine dining" we found the meals aceptable and reasonable in price.

Great idea to bring the soup and the cheesy nachos at the same time, so I will be able to choose, would I prefer a cold soup or hard cheese over the nachos. :-(

Came here because the Ibis budget didn't have a restaurant. Good food at reasonable prices for an airport hotel. Handy as they were taking orders at just before 10pm for late arrivals.

Not great. Tasteless burger. Minuscule shoulder of lamb. Horrible chips cooked in foil tasting oil. Staff were friendly and efficient.

I was a solo traveler this time. Staff was very welcoming and very nice.

We arrived late, but it was ok as the kitchen is open till 23.00. We ordered the day special, pasta with chicken and tomatoes. The only thing that had a taste were tomatoes. But the staff were excellent. As the food were not so good, they offered complementary snacks or drinks. So finally the all good

3 more visits here over December 2017 and January 2018. More new staff in the restaurant this time. Had to explain how the half-board voucher worked, but no problem. Very good, smiling new staff. New staff on the bar didn't know Chardonnay was a white wine and had to again explain the Ibis biz Card. Apart from that, good food in the restaurant and looking forward to the new menu for a better vegetarian selection. Thanks all.
