Had a nice breakfast for two of us for under £20 with drinks you can't beat spoons for drinks price's

Always a nice night when I go here but my drink orders are missed alot when I order though the app.

I ordered the Tuesday steak deal of "classic sirloin" medium rare. What I got was a very thin steak medium and with a mass of gristle evenly distributed so much of it was inedible. When I mentioned this to the barman he indicated that I was one of several to make a similar complaint. Perhaps Tim Brexiter is now getting his meat from Australia to take advantage of the appalling trade deal. Avoid at all costs

Most awful service in Uk. Specially staff called KAI who worked on monday i.e 01/04/2024 at wetherspoon Luton galaxy. The most raciest and rudest staff of the weatherspoon. If manger of this wetherspoon reading this please take strict action against kai who works at bar. He doesn’t know anything but act like boss of this place.

Attended prior to a women’s football event at Kenilworth Road. Lowest prices I saw at a Wetherspoons during 5 days in and around London. Staff worked hard in the face of an unexpected spike in trade. Food acceptably average given the very low price. Lots of choice and “meal deals” including alcohol. The pub was kept clean and tidy. In the unlikely event that I was to travel to Kenilworth Road again I would go back.

a typical English pub, the smell of beer inside and dirty tables, which is probably a hallmark of such places. However, in Lutin it is probably the most characteristic meeting place. I haven't eaten anything there, but I like the off-local area or the area upstairs where you can drink coffee or wine. On the plus side, security is ensured by security guards on the premises

I have been frequenting this pub for many years and like most other places in luton it’s gone massively down hill from management all the way down to the servants. The customer service is dreadful mainly because they prefer to hire inexperienced and somewhat immature staff who are simply there to get a bit of work experience and a wage to get them through uni they have no passion for the job bar tending or customer service as a whole and it really shows. On a positive note the food generally speaking is pretty good although can be a bit hit and miss. All in all i believe that the people make the place and if the service is bad the establishment is bad. Cheaper booze is the only draw here.

Biggest Wetherspoons I've been in. Nice decor and friendly staff. Mega cheap ale. Worth stopping by for a look-in.

We went on St Patrick's day. It was extremely busy and although the queue was long to order, the food arrived in a timely manner. Good burgers!

The venue is nice, the food is ok, and the prices are affordable. However, regrettably, the bathrooms are dirty and unpleasantly odorous. They should be cleaned more thoroughly and frequently.

Paddy's day in Luton. Went here to get a pint of Guinness to celebrate. Had a 2 year old with us that was eating food. We went to sit outside to have a pint and then order some food but were told the child couldn't eat food on the bench outside. We left and won't be back again. We also told all the family who would not go in for their lunch after that. Stupid rule for babies!

The waiter was so friendly. The place is nice and clean.

Unfortunately spoons employs some very rude young people who have no idea how to speak to people and could well do with being trained in customer service ...

Nice place for family hangout however no one seems to be there to direct you once you step in and the staff will not even ask you what you need when you walk in for the first time as it's confusing to find a table which you have to do yourself and then walk up to the bar to other

Another large modern feeling spoons, this time just a short walk from Luton station. The pub has quite a bit of outdoor seating in the front but can also be accessed from inside the adjacent mall (step free?) and by a security door that people were using which did not appear to be alarmed at the back. This pub is big enough to have two bars so you should never have to wait too long to get served, even if you don't use the app. There is a small upstairs seating area opposite the bag as you enter which is surrounded by bookshelves. And the loos are on the ground level - woohoo!!! The staff were wonderful as always and the Guinness was superb.

We have ordered medium rare steak and got well done steak and it looked like disgusted schnitzel !!! Absolutely not recommend! This is the end of White House

It's wetherspoons, whats to say.. the alcohol and food is fairly priced, and it's relatively quick. The staff is friendly but I can't say the same about the patrons - but that's just Luton for you.

Absolutely VILE. Partner went into the Male toilets there was Shxx up the walls and doors on the floor looks like someone had squirted a sauce bottle full of Shxx everywhere. There was a cleaners trolley or something in middle and a male staff member in there saying he isn't cleaning fxxk all and walked out. The staff was absolutely shocking walking round chatting on phones outside smoking no customer care at all. Absolutely gone to the bottom of the pile. What a disgrace.

I thought I must write review i’ve hadn’t been in for couple of months last time I went in it was terrible. I complained had my meal replaced and in the end refunded. Thought I’d try again must have a new chef or a new Manager 10 out of 10 me come out within seven minutes was lovely hot . I had a skinny chicken with salad really moist and the salad was lovely the tomatoes really tasty. My husband had a 10 ounce gammon and again he was good. I’m a first person to go complain if I’m not happy but equally if I’m happy with the service I put pen to paper also went up and told the staff .

Cant beat a weatherspoons and this is a good one. Food decemt and quick n easy

Loses 1 star on service as all the staff are slow except three of them that always seem on duty during day who are superb. Others check entire extremely large pub for empty glasses maybe every 45 mins at most. So get used to putting glasses on spare tables or shelves yourself which solves the problem. Otherwise great place to meet friends and most customers are friendly. A little bit dearer on Worthingtons, Carlsburg and Bud Light than other Wetherspoons. However cheapest pint in the area save the Wetherspoons in Dunstable which is 5*s service-wise.

I was in Luton on a layover and not many places had food around 8pm for some reason, but I was pleasantly surprised with our meals here. The atmosphere was really nice as well. It was a more mature crowd which I enjoyed and the staff was lovely.

Useful stopping place in the town centre. A modern building with a good layout. Food and drink at the usual Wetherspoons value. Gets very busy at times.

Took a while to get drinks when ordered via the app and security kinda rude when it came to closing time.

Attended the Remembrance weekend and always meet up with my friends for a meal and a cuppa beforehand.

Good atmosphere before going to watch Luton Town play. This is one of the meet up places for many home fans.

Gloria staff member was so helpful n smiled every time she served me n other customers. Brilliant. Ryhis manager was also great in help with directions to local area. Beer fab.

Had lemon flavoured peri wings with a spice dip, just blow my mind. Best wings ever had, definitely worth it. Everything's nice and good. Alaways busy environment but fantastic.

Very good place If you are looking for cheap and tasty food. Service is on point never had a problem with it, staff is very friendly.

Well staffed, not even busy and one bowl of chips taking over 30 mins to deliver. This is just ridiculous, and when I asked the server if she could check up on my order she just nodded with her head and shut off. Never came back, never seen my order. Very sad.

An interesting Wetherspoons - I visit once a month when I travel for work. It livens up as it gets later (but not always in a good way) - last time I was there someone was swearing and fighting with a fruit machine as he had lost his money.

Back in my beautiful home town for a flying visit while Mrs C was in St A visiting chums, so after a mooch around the gorgeousness of Luton, lunch beckoned at Spoons, so being a creature of habit it was the usual halloumi wrap and chips washed down with a couple of Stag bitters, food was ok, first beer was good second was a bit flat, as was the service

Good place for home and away supporters to share stories before a game. Friendly place and great atmosphere.

Its a nice place to chill and have a drink with friends. I had a dessert and non alcholic beer and it was nice. I would return.

You get what it says on the tin here, it’s a spoons, food is quick and a good amount to choose from, drinks and food are a decent price. It was quiet tonight, and atmosphere was ok. I had the Texas burger and Mrs katsu curry both were alright, we also had the min chocolate brownie which is more than enough and great value.

Nice food, small English breakfast £5, lots of room, good atmosphere, cheap and cheerful, just what you need in the cost of living crisis.

Usual expectations from a Wetherspoons only the location lets it down badly. Wife doesnt want to go there again.

We drop in now and again for a meal, good pub menu and the food is good. A great value meal and drink package with alcohol or soft drink. I would recommend this for lunch, brunch or breakfast.

Used to work in luton for 3 years so brought my son to visit my friends, we visited the White House and it was a good experience for that time of day, the food was ok and exactly what it says on the menu, I would of given 3/5 but the girl serving us was very pleasant on such a miserable day weather wise

Cheap drinks, cheap food and you haven't got to go up 100 stairs for the toilet either, friendly and helpful staff . Only thing missing is music

Real value for the money. Traditional fried breakfast coffee +refills as many as you like £6.40. Had paid more £12 pounds for very similar in the Mall Luton.

Lovely local pub..Good conversation with fellow patrons and amazing staff. The men’s toilet can be a bit messy if unattended for a while. Nice place generally.

Luton innit..... Star Wars Bar doesn't even come close! Great for people watching though, toilets stank.
