The Biscot Mill in Luton

We met as a group of 10, on what was a super busy night, with 3 other large parties in at the same time. This meant it was extremely loud as there were also kids running around the restaurant being quite loud and it was difficult to chat, and quite cramped for space. But the staff were still polite and friendly and although the food took a little while to come out, it was plentiful, fresh, tasty and hot!

Great friendly pub and welcoming, the staff are kind and quick with drink order. Weekly visit for us and often have good deal on bottled drinks.

Great Service. Sophie was great in serving us. And Connor was a legend who brought fantastic food with a big smile in his face, despite perhaps that we were the last customers of the Friday night.

This is a great place to go with friends, Laurent was great. Great beer and great food. Would recommend to everyone. Come here for a sesh

Always a relaxing experience here at the Mill, particularly enjoy the music selection 🙂 and the friendly staff. There is a varied menu which is nice.

Always been the most welcoming and best Greene King food iv ever had. Luton has few Greene King pubs but there food, service and hospitality is outstanding. This is why myself and my family come here twice a week. We have a boys night out on Wednesday for curry night which includes my uncle step dad and disabled uncle and so well priced for the quality. We recently visited on Sunday for a crown of burgers and dipper burger. Again outstanding. Faith was amazing who served us.

I absolutely love this place. So warm and inviting. Staff are lovely and well dressed. Food is amazing. Always clean and tidy. Always good company. I will always continue to come here. Its my absolute favourite place to be. I will always recommend friends and families to visit 🙂

We came in on a whim, my husband and I for a bit of sunday dinner. Shouldnt have bothered. I have never had a problem with the food here but a more sub par sunday roast you couldnt have got. All veggies, overcooked, stirred together, green beans, carrots and peas. Mashed potato so solid you could break a window if you threw it. Rubbery roast potatoes. The bits of the beef that were edible were very nice, but there was a lot of sinew and gristle. Wont go agian for sunday dinner!

Fantastic food and service. Went last Friday for a catch up with friends, started in restaurant side and then decided to go bar side after eating as they had a DJ. Brilliant night had by all!

Fantastic place to go to with the family. Staff are friendly and polite. Tony (Chef) met needs that were requested and food came out quicker than expected.

Waiting staff Kyle made us some puddings, which you could tell he took his time making as they were very appealing and decorated he always does the little things that make me and my family want to come back.

Quite nice family friendly pub with good selection of drinks. Some foods though could be improved, i.e the full english breakfast is very poor.. but some others, are quite decent

Very slow service up at the bar to order food. We usually seat ourselves, otherwise it takes a long time. Only one serving behind the bar, and before you can order, they go off to the other side to serve there, meaning we have to wait a while to be served. The waiter who brings the food to us is helpful, efficient and friendly, he is an asset to your team. But, the overall service is quite poor. Children running about all over the place, no control from the parents and no staff to enforce this either. The service at the bar is VERY SLOW, and that’s NEVER changed at all. Also, there are no signs to tell you if you need to pay for the car park or not! Once inside, you register your car, and only then to be told that.”There’s no need to register”, but the sign outside says otherwise, this is VERY MISLEADING…. There NEEDS to be clearer signage to address this.

I remember going years ago before it completely changed. I have to say that now it has definitely improved, I do however wish they added an updated play area for the kids , as that was a nice touch that has now been removed and has been replaced with grass.The food is okay and the decor is nice (don’t get overpriced sweets in the machines or try the rigged claw machine unless your wallet can afford it )I’d recommend the chicken wrap the blue raspberry slushie for a hot day . Would recommend.👍🏼

I came here for some food and I got served by this lovely waitress Claire and the manager Stacey the service was 10/10 the food was 10/10 and the atmosphere was 10/10 I recommend coming here it’s a family friendly place they have so many deals and it’s cheap.

By far best family pub in luton. The food is great value for money and always good. drinks are cheap and they have good deals. they have a tv in the garden to watch the football and all the fights and a big space out the back for kids to run around. I always receive service with a smile and staff are amazing 👍🏾

Good pint slow service more concerned about food

Fantastic value for money - 2 large meals (which we couldn't finish) and 2 drinks for under £20! The service was good but we did have to wait over 30 minutes for our food, despite it not being very busy. The food was quite nice, especially considering how cheap it was. We visited on a Friday evening where there was a buy one get one free deal on all burgers.

My last visit was Sunday football final European Championships. Atmosphere was amazing.

We enjoy coming here as a family and the food is always decent. Today we had some excellent service by the team, but especially Faith, she’s new to the team but you really wouldn’t think it. Fantastic atmosphere in general, especially when there is a DJ on the weekend. Good food, I personally recommend their burgers. There are always events, charity activities and plenty of screens and TVs inside and out to watch football/sports. Nice large beer garden with a large car park. Highly recommend!

Staff seemed nice but toilets were absolutely filthy. Hard enough taking young children to the toilet but it was sickening. One cubicle had wee all over the seat and mould.

Yesterday I was with my son who has celiac disease, he ate dinner from the non-gluten menu and was vomiting all night

We were in Luton for a family visit having travelled from Wales. We had a fish & chip supper and it was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were not only helpful but super friendly. Big shout out goes to Kyle who checked in on us several times to check we were happy. Highly recommend.

Ordered steak literally couldn't even cut the steak so tough let alone eat it chips cold

Came for drinks with my friends I was served by Claire she was lovely, friendly,bubbly will definitely come back for drinks again, I recommend.

I went out for food with my family we had a lovely meal, I had a really good burger and my family loved there meal. the staff was amazing, the manager Stacey and there girl that was serving us I think her name was Claire. I recommend.

5.45pm on a Sunday. The restaurant is severally understaffed. The tables were sticky & then having to wait 1 hour for our meal. When it finally arrived the steak was virtually raw and inedible the mushrooms were dried up and well past their best. I took my meal back and as embarrassed as I was, I felt for the chap behind the bar. He gave me a refund and a free desert after agreeing with me that the steak was indeed under cooked. I was offered a complimentary desert which took another hour to arrive. I will never go back or recommend this place. The staff were very nice but very stressed.

Such a lovely pub! We really enjoyed our meal here, the food was lovely, the ginger man who served us was the absolute highlight of our day, a fellow Harry Potter fan! such a delightful person! We’ll be back for sure!

Fancied a roast with the Mrs and 3 children, upon arrival we ordered our drinks and sat down. We ordered our meals which took about 15 minutes to arrive a time we considered reasonable. The meat was cooked nicely the veg was OK, the roasts were frozen and cooked so we're the yourkshire puddings which was a shame. Kids meals were reasonable however upon returning home I have realised that I was charged for drinks and deserts which were meant to have been free with the children's meals. Cutlery seemed to be an issue I asked 3 members of staff for knifes which took 10 minutes to arrive whilst food was getting cold. Would I go back yes but would order the kids meals separately to ensure I'm not getting charged for food and drinks that I shouldn't be.
