Gourmet Junction in Luton

This used to be one of my favourite places for consistently good food. Disappointed that I can’t get a fresh portion of chips for £1.75. These are stale and obviously just reheated, won’t be back.

Food is really good and staff are helpful aswell

I bought a chicken breast in a wrap. Apart from the chicken being bland , it included sharp piece of bone and the grizzle from the breast bone. Had to throw it away

Ordered a kabab wrap! Donner meat was pre-made and just warmed up and for 4.50 the wrap was just full of salad there was two strands of donner meat inside very disappointed with the price I could get a wrap with more in next time! Avoid this place as not value for money. I called the restaurant and lucky they sorted this out pretty quickly.

Popped in for something to eat before heading to London and the food was very good 😃 Will definitely be eating here again . Great value for money 👍🏼

Food was excellent, we used the buy one get one free voucher, the burger's were amazing, proper gourmet. The Naga wings exactly how I imagined it. Milkshake was solid aswell Overall very well good. Will definitely be returning!

This place is under new management and it appears the food is a lot better. I had lamb chops from here which was a solid 9/10 and I have also had one of the gourmet burgers another day which was a solid 9/10 (filling and big): check pictures. A slice of cheddar cheese would have elevated it another level for me. It had a really nice spice to it, not over powering and very flavourful. Chips were decent no wow factor, but had a nice exterior crust and fluffy texture inside. Good prices I can’t complain. Warm welcoming and friendly.

The food is not worth it's price, £6.50 for a small portion of chips with frozen/pre-made donner in a mildly spicy sauce. You can get more in other chicken and chip shops/kebabs for this price. The meat had no taste, you could only taste the spices in the sauce. The card machine didn't work so I had to leave and go to an ATM on the station to withdraw money... One of the workers did apologies for it but it doesn't change the fact that I had to wait longer for my food than I was willing to. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are desperate or need to feed your dog...

Peri peri tasted old , gave us food poisoning. AVOID!

Went in this place this ending and brought a bottle of water to give to a homeless guy. And I have to say fair play to the owner and staff as they gave me a box of chicken and chips for free to give to the homeless guy as well………it’s very rare that you see this type of act of kindness for someone that’s having live on the streets of Luton due to there uncontrollable circumstances……… I would like to thank this place for this lovely act of kindness and everyone please use this place as they are clearly good genuine people.

The fries were well cooked and nice as they have a unique taste here and the salad was fresh which added an extra touch to the meal. The chilli sauce is the best in town as it had a sweet and chilli taste. The mayo sauce was one of my favourites from here.
