Chicken and Pizza Junction in Luton

Food is delicious as always and quick delivery to the other side of town.

The deliver was quick and on time but the only problem was that the pizza was not cut

Absolutely crap service, ordered food over the phone was told 45 mins for delivery, called them an hour later and was told it will be there in 5-10mins, another 15mins later no food so called again and was told it will leave the shop on 2-3mins!!! Dont order from here if you want food this year! Complete bunch of idiots running this place!!!

Very disappointed with the taste of the food. My husband first time trying the donner and he was very disappointed.

I’ll be honest, didn’t try the food, but service was wonderful I got takeway from chai and chappati as there was no space whilst walking to the car asked the uncle in the shop if we could eat in his shop and he said yes! So we ate there one of my mates ordered a pizza but I don’t know if it was any good. They are open late hours though!

Food is lush as we have been getting food from here for ages now and nice clean atmosphere is nice too .

Didn't get what I ordered,my bill was 11:50 but they charged me 15:00 Ordered kabab with salad in it no salad in it , also ordered diet Coke and got diet Pepsi instead I would not use them again and advise anyone to do the same .

Disgusting food and even worse service. Ordered from this place and it took two hours for it to arrive. The food was cold and tasted disgusting. Some items were also missing from the order. Save your money and order from somewhere else. Also, the attitude of the staff stinks, just like the food. Mo apologies or empathy for their lack of customer service. If they carry on like this, it won't be long before they're forced to shut!

I had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Pizza Junction in Luton. Despite placing my delivery order two hours in advance, the pizza never made it to my doorstep. I was left waiting and frustrated, only to receive no explanation or apology for the delay. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by Pizza Junction was truly disappointing. It's safe to say that I will never be giving them my business again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment at all costs.

Absolutely atrocious takeaway. NO MANNERS, APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAD I KNOWN WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE I WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN WALKED INTO THIS PLACE. My regular pizza shop was closed, I decided to try this one, what a big mistake. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR FOOD TO BE 3 HOURS LATE! WHEN YOU QUESTION THEM THEY TELL YOU 'WE DON'T CARE, YOU CAN CANCEL THE ORDER'

Not bad pizza, other food is ok too

It was a truly horrendous experience. Chips came soggy and hardly cooked, fried chicken tasted like it was cooked then dry aged and was cold and doner tasted really greasy.

Worst food ever had it last night and still have a stomach ache. Got a 15inch chicken pizza, 12 wings and a can of coke. Upset stomach don’t go here, also hygiene level is poor.

This is first time I Ordered 15’ pizza, taste was ok as if only tomatoes and cheese is there, I order chicken tandoori but it was nothing like that.

Terrible service. Food came over 2 hours after ordering despite being told it’d be 40 minutes. Called them up and customer service was not helpful.

Dirty place, the burger was filled with ketchup, floppy bun and unfresh lettuce, no mayo. The burger was so oily that it didn’t even stay together as you picked it up.

Ordered a pizza clearly said no onions, but still got onions on it. Person taking the order needs to atleast act like he is listening. I repeated the order twice, he acknowledged and still got it wrong.

Unhygienic and unhealthy place to eat ! We Ordered for a vegetarian pizza and they gave us Meat pizza ( We are pure vegetarians) , I walked all the way to this store in cold winter 🥶 since my daughter is very hungry. My daughter started eating this meat pizza and started vomiting 🤮 , I took the pizza back to the store and explained what has happened , The person in the front end was very rude , No excuse neither sorry ! And In addition he says ‘ Don’t come to the store to buy Pizza , Such an annoying thing and Unprofessional behavior ! No respect for the customer !

Order takes so long. Should came half an hour ago. Slow business. Why does it take long to order on delivery? My family is waiting and is hungry. If you can't do a job don't do it. On the uber eats app it said it be done by 21:20-21:40. Doesn't seem like it's happening. I won't buy from this shop again.

Pathetic customer service ordered food for delivery at 6.40pm was told delivery will be by 7.50pm at the latest called at 8pm was told driver on the way should be there in 5 minutes at 8.30 still no order so went in store my order was still sitting in the shop pathetic people at the shop didn’t even know the order was still there and said mistake happen yes mistakes happen once not all the time as this was not the first time my order was late. Rude staff no respect for customers they should be aware their business only runs because of customers otherwise it won’t. Refused the order and won’t be ordering from here again. My message to the owner if you can’t run a business property shut it down and sit at home because clearly you don’t know how too. You don’t even deserve 1 star no stars for this takeaway.

I got the 2 piece chicken and chips with donner meat and a drink for £6! Whereas just donner and meat and chips is £5.50, so you're getting extra 2 pieces of chicken and a drink for only 50p extra. Absolute bargain! They take card as well which is a plus 👌

I like the chicken tikka pizza but it's not hot even though I ask to make it extra hot.

Honestly speaking? One of the best takeaways I town. They have been around for a long time and the food quality especially is alot better than a normal takeaway which I guess comes with experience. The pizza is nice - I wouldn't say the best but the fillet burgers , chicken and donner is sublime

HMC compliant. The pizzas are very tasty. BEST if you have them fresh from the oven in their no frills eat in tables. The pizza are still nice for home delivery but not the same. Delivery can be slow at times but generally OK.

Staff can be lacking at times but the food is TT Best pizzas around Spicy donor calm too It's a decent spot in the evening as during the day you will struggle to get parking

You can't go wrong with a classic chicken and chips from these guys! The sauces are on point and since moving I had to come back as no-one does chic chips like these guys where I've moved. And guess what, tastes just as amazing as I remember 👌 Great service from the young lady, he's grown 🤣 gave me fresh chicken too good 🔥🔥🔥

Pizza Junction make the best pizza and burgers i've ever had. Their pizzas are soft , spicy and have right amount of toppings to base ratio :)

I'm a cabbie. Arrived in Luton hungry and past 1am. Found this place to be the closest to the airport. Wow, kebab had such taste balanced in spices not oily nor dry. Chicken was not too bad a bit over fried. Being so late at an pandemic night what a superb meal I've had in ages one of the best including fast food places in and out of London. Definitely will be going there again after a job. 5* food 5* review.

Poor customer service I ordered a small portion of doner I had to wait a long time then I ask him for my food and he makes it in two minutes cutting the chilli with his dirty hands applies it with the sauce. I won't recommend them because overall hygiene is poor people will get sick also service and food standards.

Used to be one of the best takeaways in luton but standards have sinked like the Titanic. The Pizzas are good ...but thats about it . Chilly sauce and mayos is just all water. Chips soggy. Chicken is dry . Probably wont go again .

The Worst place to eat in bury park by far. Used to be so good but standards have dropped. The hygiene is so poor. When I ordered my food, it had a long strip of hair in it. Never ordering or going to this shop again.

I still didn’t get it even after waiting an hour , I asked him to please not to put my burger in the polystyrene box as it Melts on to the burger leaves a weird taste. they still put it in the box and in the bag when Went back to him to show him how it had melted on to my burger and said it was ruined, the yute said the burger is alright and not messed up and was arguing . I left the food and the shop. I’m not going back there. UTTER SHAMBOLIC
