Got a "20" piece Hot Wing bucket. So dry and crunchy, seemed like it was cooked hours earlier and left sitting under a hot lamp all day. Size of the wings were only slightly bigger than a piece of popcorn chicken.

I brought the boneless feast 8peice box and di not receive my 2x rice box Beans And in the boneless box they gave me 5 boneless chicken and 3 chicken on the bone with the chicken is dry and the chips taste like they have been cooked hours prior and heated up I did NOT receive half my order nor was the food i gave correct or tasty this is not the first time ive had problems with my order being correct Is something going to be done about this?

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experiences with ordering the Gravy Megabox. I attempted to order it for the second time, as it is advertised on the sign near the checkout. However, it was not available in the self-service area. On my first visit, my order was fulfilled, but on my second visit, my request for the Gravy Mega Box was not honored. This inconsistency is disappointing, especially when the item is clearly advertised.

05/10/24 Night shift manager was soo disrespectful. I placed an order through the drive thru but the young lady told me if I wanted to add to it I need to pay inside. I went inside and the manger is telling me no I can’t pay here. After I paid he’s saying hurry up and get out. Absolutely rude they got my order incorrect in the end as well. No recipt was given even after I asked for it they said they don’t have it. Honestly wish I could give 0 stars worst KFC I’ve been to.

Wrap was missing from my wrap snack box order and another time i ordered the chicken piece option for the wrap snack box and they just gave me the same chicken fillet they put in the wrap instead of a chicken piece. Staff do not check the order!

Poor customer service by staff and managers. Needs training how to behave with customers. Once they gave me coke in glass having some chemical(Later replaced) Other time manager asked me for feedback and filled it herself without my consent. Third time manager again misbehaved for no reason.

Got a Delivery of a boneless family bucket & fries/gravy & 4 pieces of chicken.. 4 peices of chicken came completely drenched in oil (it went through the whole bag & delivery bag!! (We put the chicken on tissue) The chips were very damp/soggy/lack of salt.. Gravy was cold/watery and lack of salt Anyway after spending £47 I plated 4 plates for my 4 kids with 2 pieces boneless mini fillit (boneless family meal) and chips My 4 kids said they did not like the chips or gravy(I agree!) (They ate 3 pieces of mini filet chicken in some bread(from home) I did not give them the 4 pieces of chicken as the tissue I sat them on was even drenched with oil! So I ended up chucking 4pieces of chicken & ALL chips& gravy away. 1+hour later 3/4 of my kids now have diorea I rang them up to tell them and they told me to hold and spoke there language and put a man on the phone who said “thanks for letting me know they had doors, we will take into consideration and I’ll pass it on to the manager” 😡😡

Ordered in Erie through food was ok, missing items you order a 12 piece and all you get is 8. Staff don’t know what they are doing you order at one window then at the collection window they don’t know what you have ordered and ask you before they go and get it and still get it wrong not the first time

A female called Rebecca served me. I ordered a meal with ice cream. As she passed me my ice cream with a fork, I said to her, "How am I supposed to eat with a fork?" She looked at me and said it's not a big deal and there is nothing i can do. I said to her that if you don't have spoons anymore, you should tell the customer at the time of order. At this point, Rebecca closed her window whilst i was in the middle of the conversation. I immediately as to speak to the manager, and as I explained what had happened, he grined at me and said yes I will deal with his. But overall, I felt very let down by the disrespect given by the staff and the manager, as he should have offered me a goodwill voucher or something.

Every time order is wrong or missing. Every single time . Employees there have pay no attention . You should change your workers or teach them how to work properly.

It's deeply disappointing to witness the blatant disrespect displayed by the managers at KFC Chaul End towards their staff. My niece showed me some of the disgusting things these managers write to their employees in there group chat and I was truly appalled therefore I took a photo of these messages in case I decide to take this to HR. Instead of fostering a supportive and positive work environment, the manager's behaviour seems to undermine the very people who are essential to the restaurant's operations. The lack of respect, empathy, and appreciation for the hard work of the team is not only demoralizing but also unacceptable in any workplace. Such treatment creates a toxic atmosphere, affecting morale and the overall quality of service, and reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. Regardless of my niece wanting to stay to make money as the job market is very poor I am still encouraging her to leave as the lack of disrespect is not worth the money. They also have a lot of favouritism in this establishment and they do not try to hide it. Absolutely disgusting work place deserves to be shut down.

When we ordered our food we asked for a zinger box meal.Instead we received a zinger meal. We went back and were forced to pay £1.50 extra. When we collected the rest of our food the cashier was incredibly rude and would not provide her name for the complaint.

For fast food, it's not a bad place. The coating on the chicken and the chips have definitely improved recently. Service is usually fast. Tables are sometimes a bit sticky.

Its a normal fried chiken like other shops not the kfc orginal recipe is using when i asked they told it only using for wings . Very bad experience its not kfc chiken.

As KFC is my all time favourite fast food outlet, I have ordered from many of their establishments throughout the UK over the years. None have ever made 5/5 but this Luton based restaurant hit all the right notes. Clean, tidy, immaculate and attentive staff, service with a smile and lightning fast. I ordered 3 pieces chicken, large fries, coleslaw and a Diet Pepsi. It was absolutely delicious and not a sign of any grease or oil which is unlike most KFC outlets. Well done KFC Luton and thank you.

This place have halal food and there you can dine in and also sit out. Most likely it is like other kfcs but this one is halal. We were going London from Manchester and this one was the best option we used to eat something during the travel.

I used to go kfc fortnightly at hatters way as its halal but really disappoint today drive through . The lady served me around 10.40 is rude and waste my food as i have asked her to hold my drinks first and then food bag as i was in the car and cant reach properly and keep arguing me that i am away from the window she could come little bit closer ro my car . The manager came and did not say anything not even apologise . This is rubbish and very bad service and i am going to do formal complaint that lady to KFC . And on top of that very rude face also . Manager should take some initiative but he did not . Very very bad and nasty experience .

I came to kfc hatters way at 19:30 with my three kids I was been served by the manager. I was not been asked eat in or takeaway. But when I was trying to grab the seats the Manager said me to pik my food from the counter. When I say my order was packed as a takeaway I said I am eating in. Then suddenly he said some thing and the girls were laughing near the counter facing me who works there n it feels like he said me something and making fun of me. And went in the kitchen knowing that I was putting the food in my tray to eat in None of them helped me to put it in the tray and and there were no glasses for the drinks and no sauce to eat our food. Felt like leaving my food over there and come home just becsue I was wit my kids so didn’t made any issue. So embracing that he called him a manager and that is perfect when he is like that then wat can I expect from the staff working there and called them a team member. Shame that we all r humans and if I do the same thing to them i promise they don’t like it.

Name should be changed to KFS kentucky fried sparrow. Value is poor, they serve you tiny pieces of chicken and think it's OK. Shocking value for money. Avoid

The tiny little Asian guy (he’s legit like 5ft) who may be a manager (I should hope he’s accomplished this by now, he’s been working here for years) takes his job wayyy too seriously. Anyone would have thought it’s his father’s personal company. He makes everything difficult for no reason at all. He also has no people skills and sounds borderline manic when taking orders, it’s like he can’t wait for you to finish your sentence before abruptly asking “anything else?!” He’s had this bad attitude for years now but he needs to tone it down a notch and remember he genuinely doesn’t get paid enough

The food is as it should be. But the service is poor and slow. I visit this branch regularly as it's the most convenient, but generally, you wait a fair amount of time to be served. Usually, the young female staff are serving, and they try and ignore the fact that you're standing there at the counter.

Won't answer the phone, and considering they have delivery drivers now this is an important thing since I was unable to find out what happened to an order that I was told was delivered but wasn't. Shocking.

Ordered from the app today (28/02). Service was horrible from manager. Ordered an 10 piece chicken bucket, received a 6 piece bucket. Called and the “managed” picked up, told her the situation and she offered me a code for 4 chicken when I come in next. When I told her I paid for delivery and want the food today, she refused to do anything about it. Poor service! Manager needs to be fired tbh.

Absolute shambles this branch is the worst KFC I’ve been to If you have 2 people in your car they won’t let you order 2 separate orders and they say I have got to go around to the back of the queue of the drive through so the other person in the car can place a order even if you order online you still can’t give 2 collection numbers together They take one and even if there’s no other car behind you in the drive through they still want you to go around The pathetic shift manager refuses to give his name to me and told the other staff not to give his name to me so I couldn’t make a complaint Talk about a power trip

Got really worst experience today. I ordered family bucket chicken for my guests. It took more than one hour to deliver the food . Food was like leftover. It came with different items . Even some of them were missing . Food was not even hot. I gave my guests the worst treat on New year's eve ! Can’t believe how could anyone do this to their customers..

The environment at this KFC was so bubbly and inviting! The food was hot and freshly cooked, the service was just impeccable and I really enjoyed my experience here!

Really amazing food and service

This is one of the few KFC I can say I enjoy eating at. The staff are lovely and food always tastes fresh unlike some other branches I've been too. Despite it being luton it was quiet when I went which is good I guess.

Food is always not that fresh/warm as it should be what you expect when you are dining in.

A nice restaurant, but the food was not at the level of Turkish food that we are accustomed to. I went with my family for lunch. They served us meat with dough ( lamujen) as if it was old, frozen, and heated. It was very bad and the bill was high. We did not enjoy it at all. Perhaps this restaurant is only for shisha and nothing more.

Located within Hatters Retail Park, this KFC is halal (Visit date Sept 2023). There are quite a few self order screens, the service is quite fast but wait can increase during busy times. There is a drive through and free parking outside too. The food is good and staff are happy to help. There is seating inside and outside, and a bathroom available for customers. Only downside is, most times the self service checkouts, don't print your receipt or its out of paper. Becomes a hassle when the counter staff ask for it. Take a picture if you can of your order/receipt number, from the screen.

It's a cosy place to hangout with family and friends. The best part is it's halal👍🏻

I am very disappointed with this KFC I went there yesterday through drive tru ordered my food only to find out that I was charged VAT of £2.99 when I checked my recipet they've already put the prices off the food and ontop of that there charging VAT and when I asked till woman why am I bring charged VAT she had no idea what VAT means she said I don't know then I spoke to the manager and he also said I don't know 😡😡😡

I ordered Cappuccino but it I was told machine not working so she can’t give me one , then 15 min later she make me one it was tasted like milk no coffee in it ,then the manager made it again same problem, i asked the manager to taste it himself,I was very disappointed they give me Pepsi instead but I wanted a Cappuccino, not happy

Ordered my food and got a lipton ice tea which was pretty much water but i got it with no ice… This has happened a few times to me personally the food is pretty good however the assembly of the burgers can be bad sometimes and the burger pretty much falls apart

Pedimos a través del quiosco digital lo que queríamos comer "dentro del local". Nos pusieron en una bolsa "para llevar". Abrimos la bolsa en mesa dentro del local. En la que nos faltaban las ensaladas, que por arbitriedad habían sido sustituidas por unas mazorcas cocidas. Fui al mostrador y me dijeron: no nos quedan ensaladas, así que comed mazorcas en su sitio. Al levantar la voz, aparece el "encargadillo", que ofrece la devolución del dinero, o mazorca. Insistí por mis ensaladas, que muy chulo él, me las sacó de un congelador. Les falta humildad y organización.

Rather disappointed with the food quality. The meat in the burger was very oily, the chicken wrap had more batter than meat. The filling in the burrgers/wrap tasted horrible. Staff managed to get the orders but seemed miserable and had no communication skills - if you shouted the order numbers louder then people would hear you :| )
