I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I came in and waited at the till to place my order and pay with cash, but no one acknowledged me or offered assistance for at least 15 minutes. When the manager finally appeared, instead of helping, he told me to use the kiosks. When I returned to pay, I was met with complete lack of courtesy—no “please,” no “thank you,” and the receipt was not even handed to me properly despite me holding my hand out. The attitude was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, especially coming from the manager himself. To make matters worse, the receipt was issued under a staff member’s name who wasn’t even present, which made it difficult to identify who actually served me. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. I chose not to escalate the situation in person, but I strongly urge you to address the customer service standards at this branch—especially with management. Customers deserve basic respect and professionalism.

Very Disappointed – KFC Hatters Way Retail Park, Luton I just ordered food from KFC at Hatters Way Retail Park, Luton, and I’m really disappointed. The drink tasted strange and was definitely not Pepsi Max as listed. All of the food was cold, even though I ordered just minutes earlier. The hot wings, mini fillet burger, flamin’ mini wrap, and gravy were all either cold or tasted off — nothing was fresh. It felt like the food had been sitting out for a long time. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a big brand like KFC. Very poor quality and management. I won’t be ordering from this branch again unless things seriously improve. Completely let down by the experience.

Had a busy day at work and was quite stressed! So glad I visited KFC to grab my dinner on my way back home, the food was amazing and the customer service 10/10. Thought I would drop a quick review as really had a great experience earlier today. Visited the store and placed my order, food received well within target time, it was piping hot and as fresh as can be. Management Team were on it and made a busy period look like BAU. Love it!

Had the worst Fried chicken from any source here. Sauces were not added, chicken was " rank" to the point I actually wrenching. Meat tasted old and the oil tasted like it had been reused. Tried to tell the staff but the manager refused to acknowledge my courteous complaint on the phone... so I brought the box in with the receipts of its disgusting taste so Luton KFC team could see what happens when they have total disdain for their customers an inability to maintain the brand and no understanding of customer service. Disgusted. 0 stars on all elements.

Today I ordered family piece bucket with extra 4 piece and I requested for no wings. I checked the bucket and there was wings inside and I told the worker to change my order as I didn't want wings. When I came home I saw 3 wings and my extra 4 piece chicken was missing. I called their number many times but they did not answer. Their service is very bad, there is no tissues and sauces provided. The customer service is very poor, there was a 20 year old girl and she was not happily serving to me.

Guy with the hat gave so much attitude shouldn’t be working here with that attitude and attention management needs to investigate guy with a beard and hat working evening on Tuesday

Was exited to have halal kfc until i went drive through, brother was in a rush or in a very bad mood we ignored it thought food will change that but chicken was so bad didn’t enjoy a single bit….:(

Went there for the drive through, got ignored by a member of staff and no one took my order. I drove through the drive through twice and waited a total of 15 minutes. I just finished the gym so I needed food. If you were closed you could come up to me and say we’re closed. But no, they ignore and waste your time. Don’t go to this place. Their food is below average anyway.

Very nice fried chicken and wings, crispy and juicy!

Dropped my food on the floor at drive thru and continued to serve it to me. Asked them to make me a new one and just put it in a different bag thinking I couldn’t tell the difference. Had to throw the food in the bin. These people don’t know what food contamination is I am absolutely furious. It is unacceptable for any restaurant to serve food that’s been on the floor.

Awful experience. I was charged for my food and waited for a while but didn’t see my number or food come out. I asked them and they said it hadn’t gone through, and to pay again and I won’t be charged. I spent another £20 and finally got the good. Hours later I saw I had been charged twice and went back, but they were closed and didn’t get any help. That was bad enough, I then received a letter in the post for my car being parked too long (although I’d only come in and out) hours apart. I asked this kfc team to contact the parking provider to explain the situation and request my ticket to be cancelled. They refused and said to do it myself which was rejected.. and I ended up with a £170 parking ticket on top of paying for the food twice. Their customer service sent some generic ‘sorry to hear this message’ like they probably will do to this, but will make no actual attempt to fix their mistakes. Worst KFC

One of best customer service you will receive. The food is fresh cooked and nothing is missing. The manager is well spoken and understood his customers.

Ordered from just eat, ordered 3 piece, fries a drink. Only 2 pieces of chicken arrived, Tried ringing direct with no answer, raised a complaint through just eat. For the price of it try getting it right, requested a refund as it was the only option, woukd have been happy with a third piece of chicken. I think this might be the second or third time I've had a problem with this paticular outlet but dont eat takeaways so often so not sure, will be the last though for sure.

I’m writing this review after trying this KFC more than 4 times. It’s nothing more than a disappointment. Their Chicken pieces are terrible. So oily and don’t even have crisp as in the advertisement. The staff would never give you spoon or fork on drive thru. And when you called them to complain, they said the person have to ask us to give the cutlery (we are not instructed by our manager) Fries would be too salty or sometimes they would forgot to add any salt or pepper in it. I always feel like wasting money here.

Got a "20" piece Hot Wing bucket. So dry and crunchy, seemed like it was cooked hours earlier and left sitting under a hot lamp all day. Size of the wings were only slightly bigger than a piece of popcorn chicken.

I brought the boneless feast 8peice box and di not receive my 2x rice box Beans And in the boneless box they gave me 5 boneless chicken and 3 chicken on the bone with the chicken is dry and the chips taste like they have been cooked hours prior and heated up I did NOT receive half my order nor was the food i gave correct or tasty this is not the first time ive had problems with my order being correct Is something going to be done about this?

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experiences with ordering the Gravy Megabox. I attempted to order it for the second time, as it is advertised on the sign near the checkout. However, it was not available in the self-service area. On my first visit, my order was fulfilled, but on my second visit, my request for the Gravy Mega Box was not honored. This inconsistency is disappointing, especially when the item is clearly advertised.

05/10/24 Night shift manager was soo disrespectful. I placed an order through the drive thru but the young lady told me if I wanted to add to it I need to pay inside. I went inside and the manger is telling me no I can’t pay here. After I paid he’s saying hurry up and get out. Absolutely rude they got my order incorrect in the end as well. No recipt was given even after I asked for it they said they don’t have it. Honestly wish I could give 0 stars worst KFC I’ve been to.

Wrap was missing from my wrap snack box order and another time i ordered the chicken piece option for the wrap snack box and they just gave me the same chicken fillet they put in the wrap instead of a chicken piece. Staff do not check the order!

Poor customer service by staff and managers. Needs training how to behave with customers. Once they gave me coke in glass having some chemical(Later replaced) Other time manager asked me for feedback and filled it herself without my consent. Third time manager again misbehaved for no reason.
