Best Kebab in Luton

Eaten there for years on a weekly basis & only 1 meal incorrect of which sorted out immediately.

Had a special kebab this eve. Was charged £16.50. For chicken shish lamb donner and kofte. Was absolutely disgusting. Full off grease. Cold. And full of water. Kofte tasted like salt. Was horrible. Use to be a good shop. I would highly recommend people to steer clear. I threw it in the bin. Just ordered domino's. Terrible service and truly gone down hill......I would not even rate one star

I'm not sure about 'Best' kebab, but then I suppose that ' An ok really kebab that's slightly above the local average, but is by no means troubling the top of the league kebab', probably wouldn't have fitted on the shopfront.

Tasteless and under cooked (Lukewarm) Definitely not be back here .

Dodgy owner, and so was the food! Not only was the chicken undercooked; so were the chips. He said he'd give me a special deal (half chicken with chips; for £7). Not really much of a special deal since the normal price is £7.50. I'm surprised the store passed inspections as his electrical wiring is everywhere, with plug sockets not wired in properly. The owner's attitude stinks and sometimes it is difficult to understand what he's mumbling about. Will not be ordering from here again. Disgusting food. There wasn't much meat on the half chicken that I ordered anyway.

"Best" is no longer appropriate. I've been going there occasionally for 30 years but never again. I ordered the usual doner meat and chips and it was bloody rank. Tasteless meat and the chips were drowned in water. The chilli sauce was a rancid dollop. I couldn't take it back as I opened it on the train home. Oh, and I tried to pay by card as advertised but the bloke insisted on cash. When I got home I realised why - he had stitched me up with a coin in my change that was of Mauritius currency!

I came here to meet Morbius and Saul Goodman and to eat some Kababs. Sadly not an independent country :( #FreeBestKabab

Best Kebab as it is in Luton in my time when was a student

I bought a large doner kebab after a night out. They asked if I wanted any sauce on it, I asked if they had mint sauce, they said they did. When they squeezed the bottle a load of water came out and they then closed it up and put it into a bag for me. On arriving home, I found that the meat was cold, the pitta was soaked in the water. I had to reheat the meat in the microwave and put the pitta under the grill to dry it out before I could eat it. In fact there was another guy there that ordered doner meat with chips, he came back into the shop a few minutes after leaving saying they had only given him chips, the guy behind the counter said something that I did not understand and then put the meat onto his chips and gave it back to him. Really bad experience. I WILL definitely not be going back.

Small doner kebab £7.00 seemed quite expensive ( no chips btw) ? But I didnt mind if it’s tasty. In my opinion nothing special asked for double chilli sauce & owner not impressed but was still bland . They didn’t offer me a pickled chilli it must be for their “special” customers .? I wouldn’t go there again years ago this was the place to go clearly after their refurb nothing has changed!

Dropped in for a cheeky kebab and burger this evening. Absolutely beautiful, the owner has done up the shop, replaced the gas fire with coal (you can taste the difference) and was a pleaseure to chat with while our food cooked. The food itself was lovely, not remotely greasy and the chops were perfectly crispy. I was impressed and would definitely recommend them.

best kebab is great. I learned about it in a youtube video and had to try it. they offered the most splendid kebabs in all of europe, better than turkey. highly recommended

Ok so were do I start this was by far the most Nastiest donner kebab I have ever eaten asked for cucumber 🥒 they didn’t have any nasty cheap ketchup bread was like cardboard and the chips were half cooked I had paid for the food before hand other wise this would have been a police case

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience I usually order of just eat app every now and then with best kebab and food is not too bad but I never actually deal directly with the restaurant tonight my order was incorrect and my young daughters kids meal wasn't with the order which extremely upset her as we were waiting a long time for delivery when I rang the restaurant to ask about missing items in my order I was faced with a very rude and unacceptable man shouting down the phone at me calling me a liar and refusing to send my missing items out or reimburse me my money back. I feel extremely upset from the reaction and will no longer use this takeaway also the food was stone cold and salad was not fresh I would not recommended this place anymore it goes further down hill as time goes by 1 star rating.

Tried this place twice got a burger and chips and second time got the full platter. Both time meat was over cooked overpriced off cuts of meat chips were old waste of money tbh very poor quality. Il stick to usual places

Very disappointed. Chicken instead of lamb in my shish kebab, no cucumber, no garlic mayo and no diet Coke.

Being vegan not the best place to be for me, but friends thoroughly enjoyed their kebabs. I did have nice chips and salad.

Unorganised and bad service! Waited over 1 hour 40 minutes for my food. Once food got to my house, surprise surprise It was cold!!! Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Best Kebab!!!! More like WORST KEBAB!
