Katlama wasn’t fresh was very hard and had a odd smell

Wonderful experience.... friendly service.... food is amazing...

Used to be good - don’t get phakora found hard stones in them and chicken is off with bad smell probably used old chicken and has gone off

Messed up on order, when I rang, dude was arguing back saying I got it wrong when I’m looking straight at the food and can see they didn’t give me what I asked for. Instead of offering to correct it. I was told next time I’ll correct the order for you. I’m sorry but I don’t think there will be a next time.

Food is always fresh and tastes good, service is quick and reliable would definitely recommend especially the masala fish and chicken nuggets!

They have fallen off since 2018-19 times new management maybe they only take cash get with the times please and they over charge with stingy portion sizes. £3.50 for 4 pieces of pakora is crazy lol

I paid for two15’’ pizzas and they give me 13’’ pizzas don’t go to them they fraud will report it.

I could not find any other takeaway store at bad as this, the kebab roll uncooked no sauce or salad,Donna kebab raw and cold,chips tasted awfully oily and burger was just mediocre, do not ever buy from here start a petition to close it down

Ordered a Kebab Roll was uncooked, took forever, no Salad no Sauce. There's a reason why people have a sour opinion of Asian owned Takeaways and it's because of unsavory characters such as these guys. Avoid like the plague. Perhaps call immigration.

Nice quaint eatery in Luton. Delicious, aromatic food for everyone. There are noticeable flavor notes of Pakistan and India. I like this. And fair prices.

Chicken pieces I ordered were not good to eat. Chiken was not fresh, but cold, dry and tastless. I will never buy from Al Bilal any food.

Excellent value for money. The naan was so good. The quality of the meat was very good in my karahi, but the curry needs improvement. I would go again.

Very dry crunchy chips. And the chicken wasn't fresh and also dry and tasteless. Edit: Since i had good experience with them for many years in past i still thought of giving them more chances (why was i too generous?). The high price of the food is of no match to the low quality they offer. Very dry wings and dry crunchy chips. Anyone these days can just open a business and fool customers. All you need is money to buy a space, the cooking equipment. Oil and ready made frozen chips and chicken, which can be bought from some stores/shops/suppliers/or even other shops on bury park. And pay some fellow part/full timers their shift fee. Disappointed and will never buy from here again!

Ordered 3 piece chicken and chips which was £7 and said I’m 40p short which I replied it says £7 and the man said I’m charging 40p for the box, I should of said just give me the food without the box as I never seen a shop charge for the box, asked for 2 ketchup which he gave but took the chilli which i didn’t realise and had to go back for it, wont ever go back there again, they need to learn customer service and one star I’m giving because otherwise can’t write this review

I come from another town, I ordered 20 wings and 3 large chips. He took my money and gave me 12 WINGS. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE. We always come here for our food. So I’m putting this review as evidence as they said they will give us extra wings next time with discount.

Customer service zero food test zero we eat food there after few hours we had stomach The price is very high and even the charge us for plastic cups totally unacceptable.

Ordered food they messed up the order said they delivered the missing piece but didn't the food we got was cold the meat was pink amd one piece of the chicken looked like a cats foot and there was hair in it they was very unprofessional refused to sort it this place needs shutting down selling meat that isn't meat more like cats from what I saw so disgusting never felt so ill in my life reporting them hundred percent

Nasty food!! We ordered the meat kebab roll which was absolutely bland, no flavour what so ever, also ordered chicken and chips, the chicken was raw and pink inside, again tasteless. The vegetable pakoras was OK, but because they were really big, the inside was not fully cooked. This place is really dirty, how they have a 5* rating is beyond me. Waste of money!!

Spent £30 on rubbish food , hard plastic old smelly donner meat , the new people that have taken over need to think about what there doing .

Very bad customer service and not so tasty food. Worker/owner doesnt seem bothered about his business or customers. Chicken pakora hype is not there. Tasted so bland.

Chicken pakoras are actually elite. They have a unique and very strong flavour. Their chicken and chips are also very good.

Went to Al Bilal with my wife on 28/07/19. The owner and staff were brilliant and the food excellent, we will be going back more often when visiting Luton from Milton Keynes. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean place, food is OK, only one thing if they clean their naan holding baskets at end of the day and serve with in clean basket that would be nice. Thanks. I been that shop other day again and they still not cleaning those baskets to carry naan breads for customers, very sad 😔

Very bad food. Shop stank of s***. Had filthy water kept under the fried chicken to keep it warm. Toilet was dirty. Food was very unseasoned, cold and not freshly cooked. Saw a rat inside. Don't recommend this shop to anyone.

They are a bit slow with service probably staff shortage, food is not always great. Card payment problem. The resturant is not really comfortable to sit. Food is not mostly fresh. I once liked malasa fish there but improvement needed. Please pay attention to your delayed service that cause long wait for order placement and then order collection.

Had the Kebab and it was utter filth- blue bits of mould found on bread and rat run past me to behind counter would suggest avoiding highly!!!

Since the new management has taken over they have worked hard at transforming it, and have improved a lot in the cleanliness and the food quality as well as customer service, I’ve been there twice since the new ownership and they were excellent every time ,hope they keep it up and don’t get tired

Ordered lamb byriani take away. Instead got rice with peas mixed with a meat curry, not lamb. Customer service Leaves a lot to be desired as I found out when I mentioned it on next visit.

Best Chicken pakora on earth, Wow! Chicken pakora is the best I have tasted. Sheek lamb and chicken kebab is unique, people queue for the tastiest food especially chicken pakora/ I travel from London just for the chicken pakora, wow! Every mile of the journey was worth it!!

Staff are super friendly. They have one of the best lamb biriyanis in luton. Food is always good here and would highly recommend it. Yes definitely return again.

Good lamb/chicken curry - inexpensive But if you have a delicate stomach, this is not a place for you - will need to be near a toilet for the next two days

Worst food ever!!! Would never ever go here again! Been a few times now and every time the food is awful! The last time I had a chicken roll which was burned to the point it was black. It's all I could smell when I opened it! The naan was also burned! The tandoori chicken was so dry!
