McDonald's in Luton

Food was as nice as it would be at any McDonald’s. The store in itself could be cleaner. It was a bit untidy

I normally like the McDonald meals. My husband and I, and our 2 grandchildren, sat down to choose our meal, but it was too cold. There was a draft coming from the complex side door, which made it unbearable to remain.

It was ok. Popped in for a coffee.

It's an older Macdonald's and it's showing its age, Food ok service was not the fastest but my mcmuffin came hot 👍👍

we have missing items (2 main items = burgers) so some are not eating however having waited over an hr for delivery they have given up. freezing cold! not luke warm - actually feels like it has been in a fridge!

drinks spilled half missing from cups.. food stone cold .. chips all over place in bag and 2 ice creams missing .. absolutely discusted .. waited beyond a joke of time for food

Regular McDonald's in a convenient location. Entrance from both the street and the shopping center. Multiple self-service screens.

Driver spilled all my drink when I asked him for it . He answered rude and left the place . I dint get my drink at all everything was poured in the bag . He asked me to drink it from the bag

Order was accurate right down to the different dips and food was hot!

not happy atall! ordered 2 large Phillips cheese meals with milkshakes and only one was put in and a coke! this is not what we order I'm fuming the money we spent on it me and my other half had to share a burger and fries this is not on

He asked for number never rang me! And now saying it's been delivered when it hadn't!!!

Pathetic.Today morning we have ordered the breakfast bacon and egg burger and drink. The buns were burned toast.When i approached the lady was in charge of the food pass.she said"its normal here".It seems the staffs doesnt care of the work they are doing.

I watched the driver on map go to the wrong address, then sit in my close for 10mins .. a random kid came buzzing telling me the delivery driver is looking for my door number & he will run back and tell him to come here.. my food was cold milkshake & ice cream melted . Very disappointed

I ordered from McDonald’s, my order came very quickly, unfortunately the hot chocolate that I ordered had spilled out and was almost completely empty when it came, I said I wasn’t happy about my chocolate and I received a refund for it without any fuss at all, great service.

Driver as always, polite and friendly and I can't fault. 30 minutes late from our first time stated and once the food arrived it showed, I can't even say it was warm.

Waiting times are ridiculous! Not once not twice not three times but every time I order here it’s over an hour to get my food and when I do get it it’s cold and I have to microwave it! Can’t get in contact with anyone at this location called about six times repeatedly and no answer I’ve worked in fast food before and I know it’s the people that work here that don’t want to answer it this is very upsetting and something needs to be done about this !

Worst customer service and rude behaviour by the girl named Thirumala i didn’t remember exact name she was like very rude when we sweetener for the cappuccino she had given one and I have asked for more straight away on my face she said no she won’t give. I asked her why she told I don’t have time for an argument like ways. I felt like is she paying herself for the sugar that’s she is denying to give sugar😐.

Very bad customer service. I ordered 6 nuggets and cappuccino, i asked for sweetener a girl named Thirumalai who was doing the customer service front counter. She said she won’t give me more than one sachet when I asked why then she’s like I don’t have time for argument. Very rude behaviour.

disgusting service...order never arrived and the reason I ordered for delivery was because I had a foot injury. I ended up having to walk all the way to McDonalds where the manager gave me my order (although he shouldn't have) I don't think I'll be using Juat Eat again after this...I've had to complain before and you get no compensation for the inconvenience which if ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!

the only thing was wrong you forgot the drinks coffee and tea when you doing the orders please make sure you check the order before they leave I know you are busy but customers pay for there orders

Today me and my friend went to have food around 7 pm an asian guy was serving my friend, she asked for extra sugar and he rudely denied it. Unbelievable a successful place like mcdonald’s save money from sugar packets 😤😤

Recooked chips, put them in a carton in your takeaway bag but then wait a further 5 minutes for your drink. Then food is stone cold. Place needs closing down or get new staff.
