The young saleswoman with yellow hair and a tattoo on her right hand didn't want to serve me 033 .. and served another person 035 before me. Bad treatment. Bad experience with people like that.

Gave me the worst drink ever - only half of the cup when I ordered a large meal

They don't let customers to use restrooms after 9 pm. What a pathetic place!

I don’t write reviews often, but what happened to me at this McDonald’s deserves to be preserved in digital stone as a warning to others. First off, I have a list of allergies so long it needs its own zip code. Gluten? Deadly. Dairy? Destructive. Nuts? Nuclear. But I still thought, maybe—just maybe—this corporate leviathan could offer one safe option for a human being with a slightly complicated body. Nope. The menu was a flashing Vegas billboard of doom, impossible to read, with zero allergen labelling, no handheld menus, and no willingness from the staff to help. When I asked what was safe, the cashier blinked at me like I’d just asked for a live octopus in a top hat. But I was starving. Desperate. So I took a risk on the one item they vaguely assured me was “probably fine.” Spoiler: it was not fine. Ten minutes later, my insides turned into a warzone. I was sweating, shaking, and clenching with the power of a thousand suns. I asked—begged—to use their bathroom. They said it was “for paying customers only.” I held up my cursed meal like Simba in The Lion King. “I AM a paying customer!” But they just shrugged. So there I was, sprinting out into the cold, cruel world in a frantic search for a toilet that didn’t exist. I found an alley. It was dark. It was foul. It was my only option. I did what had to be done. Then, as if this humiliating bodily betrayal wasn’t enough—I got robbed. Yes. In the middle of my lowest, most vulnerable moment, someone mugged me. Took my wallet, my dignity, and the last shred of faith I had in humanity. Luckily, not much was inside. So thank you, McDonald’s. Thank you for serving me food that tried to kill me, denying me basic human decency, and indirectly sending me into the alley of shame where I was relieved and relieved of my belongings. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. A pit of despair disguised as a restaurant. Avoid at all costs—especially if you enjoy keeping your bowels and your wallet intact.

food is inedible. stone cold. horrible. very upset. yesterday they cancelled an order an hour after ordering. today the order isn't edible. its half term. mcdonalds is upsetting my son. absolutely terrible.

FOOD CAME COLD BECAUSE DRIVER TOOK 2 orders from two different stores

Half the meals missing. Ordered for Mother’s Day as a treat for my mum and her part of the meal did not turn up.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered £85 worth of food for staff , food came cold, NO DRINKS!!!! We ordered the Minecraft meal deal X5 and no Toys cane with it!!! Trying to ring the store X6 and not one answer. AVOID AVOID AVOID

My medium Coca Cola was missing

The driver left our food and drinks on the floor and jumped on it, squashed all the food and burst the drinks open

Drink spilled everywhere and no McDonalds Minecraft toy. Pathetic.

They were a bit misleading with the Minecraft meal as they didn’t come with the toys so it’s misleading

It's McDonalds, so the food is precisely as you would expect. The place is clean, and although it has a dated feel, it's well maintained. Table service good, and friendly. Plenty of space on the upper level.

Delivery guys was not patient. He banged on the door and was not proffessional. My juice was spilled and food was cold

Like any other McDonald's but I do find the staff are very attentive each time I go. Helpful, understanding. Food takes a tad long to wait for but admittedly it's got a constant inflow of people given its location.

courier said he had been outside for 10 minutes but he hadn't as my husband was outside waiting for our food the food was cold and the drinks was spilled all this after waiting a hour

Freezing cold food and over an hour late, always make sure you check in the bag before giving your code, that way you can refuse the food and claim a full refund.

I was missing the orange juice from my meal.

Didn’t receive the latte and the EVM wrap was replaced with a mighty McMuffin which we didn’t order.

when I place an order I expect to get what I pay for. I didn't get fries with any of my meals I ordered which is not acceptable and I want a full refund

but you order the food but there no drink in it like i order tea and milkshake and ask the driver is there drink he said yes but there no drinks

The vegetarian food contains animal fat and is not vegetarian/vegan and the food is very unhealthy and that's why it makes you fart so much I don't recommend this place maybe as a one off once in a while but not very often

I ordered Mc nuggets but taste wasn’t good enough. Compare to Hemel Hempstead it’s less expensive though.

Ordered at 6:30pm told delivery would be between 7:10-7:20pm, time kept changing. Finally turned up at 7:50pm on a Mopehead and everything was cold. Awful

one of the bags arrived open, the hot chocolate was missing, the salsa dip was missing, mozarella dippers and fries were cold, i received a coke zero instead of a full fat coke and finally there was no shelf life sticker on the raspberry pie which is a good safety concern

I wrote a note to the restaurant and they haven’t respect anything from it.

Although there was nothing wrong with the food. Every time I order the toasted muffin with Jam they forget the jam. It’s literally just putting a sachet of jam in a bag. I don’t know how they keep forgetting it. Not just this McDonald’s either, but every time I order it. Please just read the orders 😞

Driver Spilt my drinks everywhere, food was decent

slow service, i was stood there for 30 mins waiting for my food because there was only 2 staff behind the counter forgotten items( such as spoon for porridge and i had to go back in to get the spoon, and they forgot jam in porridge), worst porridge i ever tasted, will not be coming back again

Delivery guy rang me at 18.18 and informed me he had my delivery but his phone was about to die. He then asked for the delivery code. I informed him once he delivers to my door he can have code. Food was delivered at 18.59.. order was placed at 17.42

I wasn’t happy with my food as they sent the wrong items, I ordered a berry muffin and a sugar doughnut and they sent me a chocolate brownie and a chocolate chip cookie, it is so easy to report something wrong with your meal unlike other delivery companies, I just put wrong items sent and they gave me a refund for those items straight away with no fuss at all, I would highly recommend this company over others I have used, I don’t order often but when I do I will definitely use this company.
