Papa Johns Pizza in Luton

Very poor service, what we ordered we have not received the same and when we complaint about it. The employee said they will compensate large pizza in next time. And at next time when we asked the manager completely denied and said only small size u can get not a large one. We told them last time your employee only mentioned to us large time but manager clearly refused to give us the service. It's really pathetic customer service ,not happy.

Love Papa Johns! Their pizzas are unique and delicious! Once you have Papa Johns pizza, you never choose any other options. The customer service was excellent. Cheese and tomato, all the meat, the works are all must try here.

Been ordering from this papa John's for a long time. This one particular occasion was not good at all. The delivery was late and when arrived it was cold. On the vegan pizza there was white onions instead of purple. I called and he was so rude saying that I am bringing up unnecessary things talking about the different onions on my pizza and that I was trying to complain. He said he would send another vegan pizza out but lost my appetite waiting for that to come. So disappointed and found them incredibly rude in the way I was spoken too but the tone that was used too. Feel sad as this was my go to place, won't be ordering there again

Worst fast-food experience of my life. Online ordering is still down as the date of this comment (10/7/2023) and upon unsuccesfully trying to redeem the student voucher, customer service promised I would get another one and I didnt. Awful and incompetent staff. I don't usually review stuff so you could imagine how bad this dreadful estabilshment is. Will contact the PapaJohn's customer service team directly.

Placed an order, it was a student promotion. Order went through fine and was due to collect at 15:15, o ent there and they told me that they didn’t make the pizza and to call papa johns if any problem. Quite rude. Won’t order from here again.

Cancelled my order. Worst experience.

Room temperature. Stuffed crust hard cheese. 1.5 hours delivery, app show delivered after 15 mins but not delivered. Go to Papa John's Chapel St for your room temperature pizza and rude customer service if that's your thing. Lucky to get one star, if a lower option was available it would have been selected. Never again.

They used the wrong sauce on one of the pizzas, when we called they’d rather claim it was cross contamination instead of the wrong sauce, so they won’t refund us, even-though it clearly was the wrong sauce, I don’t think anyone mistakes the taste of ranch sauce with tomato… Then we realised the other pizza was missing the pepperoni and sausages that were in the name of the pizza, and they only put in the ingredients we added on. Lastly, they forgot our drink. Biggest waste of money and time, and very frustrating experience on the phone, while this rude person kept repeating the same thing over and over, refusing to let us talk

Tried to place the order via the phone. The person seems to work the first day. No proper information, can’t help with anything you ask. The call was around 10 min from which there were no conclusion and I have been sent to a website. Very disappointed!

To papa jones management on march road: Ordered pizzas from you today for my son as always. He loves your pizzas. You took the order but the pizza didn't arrive. No one was answering the phones either. This is not the first time I have to claim my order from you. What is going on with you Husband went after 1.5 hours of waiting and you are closed. My son cried because he didn't get his pizza even though he waited so long. To the managers of papa jones pizzeria on march road: I got a delivery confirmation after my post. But ladies and gentlemen, I have cameras installed on the house and I can prove that no one delivered my order.

Ordered a pizza only 200 metres from the shop... app saying pizza was delivered 15 minutes later still waiting for it... guys in the shop are clueless

I would really like to give them more then one star but it is just impossible.I order 2 large pizzas.The Works and Meat Feast.If you collect the meat from both of them you will probably get less then 100gr.Just Dough and a bit of tomato puree.I used to love Papa John but this was huge disappointment!

Asked for small all meats pizza took forever and was overcharged when I got home it was basically a tomato paste pizza no meat or anything just base sauce also manager mopping around me and smoking disgusting

I just made an order of Papadia pizza . It was so delicious and awesome with the Ranch sauce. I made an another order of same pizza for my Partner as well. He liked it a lot. Thanks Papajohns

Try the cinnamon rolls which are very tasty !!! Super fast delivery, very polite man, I talked on the phone. The driver deserves a pay rise because its cheerful attitude has a positive impact that really delights customers and has an impact on the restaurant’s 5-star rating.

Following a failed Deliveroo attempt, the staff (Asif) waited beyond the closing time for a Deliveroo driver. As this wasn’t working Asif kindly arrange for his own driver to deliver our pizza. So thank you very much for helping us in this situation.

Delivered the wrong pizza, after ringing to complain they collected the wrong one and swapped it with a cold pizza that had been to someone else's house... Very unhygienic, especially now with covid.

Very Good Pizza Place. I had some issue with delivery and unable to fix online.I called them and spoke to Vivek ( Manager) & he sorted my issue straight away. From then I have been order twice a week because of service and tasty pizza.

I bought pizza and chocolate scrolls from chapel Street, all tasted very good. Loved the pizza as well as the scrolls, will definitely order from here again. Staff are amazingly helpful. Manager was great and gave me lots of option's.

One star because I never ever get the quality seal. Also the drivers hand it to you instead of dropping it at the door step as it should be done for contactless delivery.

Ordered online, an hour and half later called the restaurant. They said they didn't have the order, I explained that I had paid already and could give them the order number, and was basically told "tough". Don't order from this store, liars and cheats.

They took payment twice over the phone sed it didn't work tried take a 3rd payment....

Would give zero star but no option. The garlic mayo is BUTTER with a whiff of garlic. Absolutely vile. The pepper passion was lacking flavour and spice of any kind. The garlic bread slices were like rubber. I will never ever order from these again. My kids love pizza, not this place's. £30 for the most horrible disgusting pizza and sides EVER. Go to a local place instead. Cheaper and tastier!

So me, my husband and daughter went to get a pizza tonight. The pizza made me feel sick but what was worse was seeing one of the staff members dropped a stick of cheese on the floor, then pick it up and put it on the side. I thought he was going to throw it away but instead he put with the everything else

Poor customer service. Ludicrous waiting times while ordering inspire. A broken door that has been broken since 2015 and their HQ made aware of and it's now august 2016 and the door still broken lol I only came in cos of a traffic jam on the way home.

Cheers Papa Money . All I wanted was a pizza. However no. Got to spend more money than you want because minimum payment is £10.99. Just say like it is you don't sell food you skim money, just like every multinational company these days. So got a lovey pizza from a small independent take away who didn't charge me delivery.
