Ridiculously slow delivery. Food arrived cold. Very disappointing.

It was just after opening so atmosphere couldn't really be judged. But the food was delicious. One item was missed off the pizza but they did make it up with 2 extra sauce pots, so all fair and like I said, the food was superb.

A great place to wait for your flight, coffee, sandwiches and porridge are all very delicious and the tables and chairs are very comfortable

This used to be one of my favourite places for consistently good food. Disappointed that I can’t get a fresh portion of chips for £1.75. These are stale and obviously just reheated, won’t be back.

They took 1 hour to make one small pizza

WE HAD BOTH OUR BIRTHDAY MEALS HERE ONE ON 31TH MARCH AND 11TH APRIL. IT WAS A VERY MEAL. EVERY THE DOG LOVED HERE CHICKEN. THE STAFF WAS GREAT

Very good food and great service

Never had Papa John pizza before and I can say with 100% certainty I will not be having it again! Tracking on the website said that the pizza was delivered, it wasn’t, I called them and was told quite abruptly that it would be a few minutes, it turned up almost 15 minutes later! The pizza itself was chewy and not much taste, the chicken sides were very salty. Overall not a pleasant experience. Charging the same as the bigger named pizza outlets without the same quality!

We came to Pizza Express Luton on our way back from Whipsnade Park. We were on a tight time schedule and Simon was absolutely brilliant. Our meal came amazingly quickly and the food was delicious. Outstanding service, highly recommended. Directions to the train station were spot on.Thank you Simon and the team.

Worst breanch the food is old and they not use gloves for food they are to dirty

Perfect service quick and reliable

We were a party of 8, two of whom had travelled from Northamptonshire. Unfortunately the service we received today was poor. The chef had not turned up so they were trying to prepare food with someone who was covering in the kitchen. We ordered our food at 12 o'clock and only two meals arrived promptly. These two had finished theirs before the rest of us received ours at 1.20. We were told that we had to vacate the table at 2.30 for the next sitting which ordinarily would have been fine. We would have liked desert but could not chance being finished by 2.30 with the slow pace of service. We settled for coffee which took another half an hour to arrive. I had to remind them that we were still waiting for my grandsons ice cream. At 2.15 we had just finished our coffee when we were being hurried from our table to make way for the 2.30 sitting. The whole experience was unpleasant and disappointing. The staff were doing their best and kept telling us so however, it was not our fault that they were short staffed and quite frankly disorganised.
