Papa John's in Luton

Never had Papa John pizza before and I can say with 100% certainty I will not be having it again! Tracking on the website said that the pizza was delivered, it wasn’t, I called them and was told quite abruptly that it would be a few minutes, it turned up almost 15 minutes later! The pizza itself was chewy and not much taste, the chicken sides were very salty. Overall not a pleasant experience. Charging the same as the bigger named pizza outlets without the same quality!

Literally cannot believe a Papa John’s as bad as this place exists. Phoned numerous times just to be told that the driver had been, finally found out that they had been calling the wrong number, even added the phone number to delivery instructions but still some how managed to get it wrong.

This is absolute a lovely pizza place to be if you would like the most freshly made pizzas with fastest delivery from a lovely chap whom was polite at the door when delivering. Thanks a lot for a hot, fresh, correct size pizza. They deliver with a smile and on-time. Totally recommend them for family or friend or Home alone.

Never in my life will I go here again. The food was disgusting and pizza was t even sliced. It was like they couldn't be bothered. To top it the delivery driver was rude. I'd recommend muncheese in sundown park or dominos

Con un montón de tiendas de pizza en Luton, este es uno de los mejores. Es sólo para llevar, pero la comida es muy buena. El servicio de atención al cliente de ordenar a recoger es muy buena. Todos ellos son muy amables. No me pedir una pizza desde cualquier otro lado. También conseguimos una BOGOF cuando llamé y pregunté.

The order was later than stated. When it arrived it was the wrong food. Called them up, they wanted to exchange the wrong food for right food, 1 hour later, I'm still waiting. Not impressed. Took the money, and gave me cheaper priced items! Never again.

I'm not one to ever complain but you took over an hour and a half the pizza, wedges and cinnapie were all literally stone cold so I rang the store to be told they have no record of my order even tho I have the order right in front of my eves and £32's worth of stone cold food string in front of me! Worst service ever!

Ive just ordered a 6 chicken pieces. I was thinking about 6 Big wings and legs but actuqlly they were small pieces and not even wings. Pizza is good.

An hour and a half after ordering a small order I rang the takeaway to see what's going on they said it will be with me in 5/10 mins. In the end my food never turnt up!!!!

I enjoyed my meal. And service was excellent.

Pedí dos pizzas grandes de Papa John's durante el fin de semana, no esperábamos demasiado. Sin embargo, mis expectativas eran equivocado. Me dijeron que la orden llevaría a unos 30-45 minutos en llegar, pero que en realidad llegamos en 15 - 20 minutos, lo cual era bastante impresionante! La calidad de la pizza también era genial. El único inconveniente era el precio, que era bastante alta.

La PEOR experiencia de mi vida. !!!!!Puse mi 1 st Johns Papa he pedido desde el sábado ido y que fue el PEOR servicio de atención al cliente que he visto. El peor servicio y la peor experiencia del cliente y dado que era para mi cumpleaños ... mis amigos que comparten esta experiencia estaría de acuerdo.Tras llamar para averiguar qué ofrece estaban disponibles la primera persona que hablamos fue grosero y brusco. Todo lo que pedimos estaba lo que las ofertas actuales. respondieron ' ¿qué quieres! está claro que no es la respuesta a la pregunta o incluso educado.Tras ignorar la primera impresión que nos dirigimos a realizar un pedido y un pago. Las ventas persona me informó de que el pago no fue procesado ya que había un problema con máquina de tarjeta. Dijo que llamar y hacer el pago. Un periodo de tiempo pasado n no me habían llamado, me llamó para recordarles el pago y garantizar que esta era no retrasar el pedido. La persona del teléfono tomó mi pago y aseguró a la vez no se vio afectada. El período de tiempo que aseguró superó, así que nos dieron otra llamada. Se disculparon y sugirió que incluyen una bañera gratuito de helados que he apreciado. Me preguntaron qué sabor, y pedí masa de galletas y destacó no quería el maní. En llevar a mi orden finalmente se olvidaron los helados, que se tradujo en otra llamada y un examen más riguroso por tener que esperar otra hora para esto y el viaje de nueve tramos de escaleras repetidas veces. Esto de una persona que ya tenía un tobillo hinchado. En comprenden para hacer los 9 tramos de escaleras viaje de regreso otra vez para recibir la compensación supuesta. El conductor nos amenazó con dejar el helado en la planta fuera al frente de un edificio con 4 cuadras y unos 180 apartamentos dentro de él.No podía creer la desfachatez.la colección de los helados y volver a mi apartamento. Me abrió la bolsa para encontrar el ALLERGN starring en mí en la cara ... cacahuete sabor!Me negué a llamar o hacer cualquier más alboroto y dejar que sea.¿Por qué esta queja que decir. Porque al día siguiente descubrí el pago de mi pedido bastante grande habían tomado DOS VECES!Habiendo llamado y visitamos la tienda el gerente me aseguró que iba a llamar y solucionar me dispensaron y lejos de la tienda. Él no llamar ese día!Mientras yo estaba en funcionara o hacer que al día siguiente aproximadamente a mitad de la tarde, me recibe una llamada me decía que «el sistema muestra 1 pago", por lo que él pide recibirlo a mostrarle mi banco Política donde ha sido tomada. Que por cierto es la razón por la que fuimos a la tienda el primer día. Un acuerdo fue hecho para satisfacer a las 5 de la tarde. 5 pm iban y venían ... i llamado 6 veces más de una hora. No show, sin llamar, ningún mensaje, ni una llamada de teléfono devueltos. Y sin embargo mi dinero no ha vuelto todavía.El atrevimiento absoluta de esta empresa y un servicio pobre e incluso manierismo es horrible. Me niego a USAR nunca este servicio o esta EMPRESA EVERR NUEVO!!!!Y para todos aquellos que allí ... ser conscientes!!! Este es el respeto real es el robo, la publicidad engañosa y sin embargo pésimo servicio al cliente!

The pizza was horrible because there was too much bbq sauce and I didn't enjoy the flavour. Didn't want to use your offer to have another pizza in case I didn't enjoy that one either.

Delicious food, quick delivery and great customer service. One of the pizzas delivered was the wrong size so I phoned and they gave me a free pizza for another day, and honoured this. Very friendly people, highly recommend

Was a long time customer for dominoes but got treated poorly, via poorly priced deals and customer service. I've discovered Papa Johns make far better pizzas thus no reason to go back.

The food when we got our correct order (which we didn't the first time) was very good. However the delivery man came back a third time to talk to one of my friends which we didn't think was acceptable behaviour and got us a little worried.

Ninguna otra cadena de pizza viene cerca. Es un producto excelente calidad y el servicio es de primera. Los precios están en línea con la calidad de la pizza sin embargo siempre hacen ofertas especiales para los clientes incluyendo una compra uno conseguir una oferta gratuita cada martes.

This is the second time I have ordered from this store and I must say I will not be doing so again. The store staff are so rude on the phone. I placed my order and stated on it that I was travelling home from work and would like delivery in a hrs time. Half hr in to my travel home I get a phone call from a rude store staff moaning about my requests. When I get home I received my pizza was lovely and warm and then opened it to find all the toppings on one side of the pizza, I phoned the store to complain to again be confronted by a rude staff member who laughed and hung up on me. This store is a bad image for Papa johns as well as just eat. I will never be using this branch again.

Ordered it for 18.30 delivery but they brought it and hour early. Apart from that it was ok.

This is the only place that will do a pizza and do it right the dough is not heavy the thin crust is good as are the toppings they are better than most of the other outlets

Absolute disgraceful service from this particular branch of Papa Johns which I have never encountered in the many years I have used Papa Johns I placed my order at 5.30pm and after countless calls to the branch I was told the order was in transit. The manager expected us to take delivery of the order some 1hour and 45 minutes late when the driver finally turned up and what was more shocking was to see the driver with two young children in the so called delivery car. This is an absolute farcical and downright dangerous way to operate and one I am quite amazed is allowed or condoned by such a large organisation such as Papa Johns or indeed Just Eat. For the record I would like it noted that I will be reporting this incident to the Luton Borough Trading Standards along with the Health and Safety Executive as carrying small passengers is a total breach of HSE regulations. Although Just Eat has no direct control over the operations of outlets that the host on their website, responsibility for these type of breaches in customer service can not be disregarded. As a shareholder in Just Eat I have the company interests at heart and having outlets like the Marsh Road Papa Johns under the Just Eat banner will have a serious adverse affect on the Just Eat brand going forward. I expect, without delay, a full response from Papa Johns and Just Eat and hopefully not just a reply informing me Papa Johns have sacked the drive as this would be totally unacceptable given the fact that the buck should ultimately lie with the management of the outlet.

I put in the comments box how I wanted my pizza never came has I wanted it. I will never use them again. When I called the restaurant they wasn't very helpful so I had to call justeat to sort the problem.

Received my pizza from papa johns in marsh road luton, and it was my first time from there, i would never go back, i like stone baked pizza but omg it was roasted within an inch of its life, and oily and drowned in bbq sauce which tasted like vinegar, avoid in future, back to domino and pizza hut next time.

Food is fantastic but they really need to cut delivery times down you start contemplating cooking the food yourself....

My first experience of Papa Johns and I can honestly say that I am very impressed. Food was fantastic and the service was on point. The driver was very professional and polite. Definitely using this branch again. Keep up the good work.

The service and food are fabulous there. It's fast service and the workers are very polite. I'd definitely buy there again. Only slight downfall is that the food is extremely oily compared to other places like Domino's for example.

Ordered Vanilla Coke, received Pepsi. Ordered Honey and Mustard dip, received Sweet Chilli. No attempt to contact me to let me know the items were not available and ask what I would like to be substituted. Chicken Poppers were nice, Pizza was average. Delivered quickly enough, but even though the the driver wanted me to sigh the receipt he did not bring a pen, so I had to go and look for one. Too expensive for not a particular good experience... unlikely to order from here again.

I can't get enough of papa johns pizza and the garlic sauce is to die for. We also love the garlic cheesesticks. My family and i love it so much even though it is on the pricey side. It sure is a treat. I recommend their pizza to everyone. I wish there was a restaurant where you could enjoy a buffet of all the different flavours.

Although we have several Pizza houses to chose from, we stick to Papa Johns as they provide a very good service, and have the Pizza bases my wife and I prefer. She has the Thin and crispy, whilst like an original base. always hot, well covered, and very tasty. On line ordering very easy too.

Had the lunch time offer.It was fantastic as always! Portions were generous for lunch. Price was amazing for what we got. Arrived first in restaurant,lucky as we were leaving business lunches were arriving, and it was getting busy!

Best Pizza around by a mile. Phone orders are delivered incredibly quickly and the food is always hot. how do they manage that? Highly recommended. Also some good offers always available.

We have been using this restaurant Since it first opened about 8 years ago and in all that time they have managed to keep the quality and value perfectly matchedI would never dream of using anywhere else for take away pizza and I am REALLY fussy!!
