What a joke! Service was beyond terrible.

Wish I could give 0 stars took 2 hours for a delivery & they gave poor excuses over the phone then just stopped picking up all together even uber eats couldn't reach them don't waste your time or money.

Ordered through deliveroo, the waffle was dry felt hard, the ice cream had a fly and a hair in it 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Falooda was not the classical type but this was even better. Their own ice cream was very nice too.

The staff are so friendly always asking if I needed anything else the vibe was perfect. These cheesecakes are to die for they are so flavoursome will be coming back again brilliant service provided from the staff at dessert island

Music was way too loud, I had to repeat my order more than twice. I had waited 15 minutes and asked how long will it be, little did I know it wasn’t busy in the shop and they didn’t even start making my order yet and they were sitting at the back having a ‘laugh’.

Untrustworthy! Don't order from here. We placed an order for delivery, it was an hours wait which was fine we wasn't in a rush. An hour later I got a call to say the driver was lost. I gave detailed instructions and checked the postcode. 10 mins later I get another call saying the driver still couldn't find us. I asked where he was and he wasn't even in the right village, he was another 15 mins away. I asked to cancel my order as I'm not a fan of melted ice cream and the driver said to call the store so I did. The guy in the store was very rude to me,  he hung up on me twice. Eventually he agreed to refund me however I've checked my bank today and seen that this didn't happen, they've still taken my payment!!!! I'm not sure what else to do other than warn others not to make the same mistake. Terrible service....

We order 3 Lahori Falooda and after receiving the deserts we were so disappointed. The noodles inside were hard and think. Instead of being soft.really disappointed. We ended up asking for refund and the workers were happy to do so.

Food looks fantastic and well presented. But seems to lack flavour a little chemical. Seating and the inside Is a little tatty. And some alarm that seemed to be going off in the kitchen almost constantly.

Poor quality ordered Coconut and Strawberry Icecream is usually milt watery and when u complaint the person on the til start reasoning

Avoid. Just avoid the place. In fact, delete your browser history so you don’t accidentally come across this junkyard again. The only thing worse than the ‘food’ is the people who run this place. Please, do yourself a kindness and don’t part ways with your money.

Delivery never arrived through deliveroo but was never prepared by dessert island. Tried calling got put on hold and then never picked up.

Went in, no greeting was given. All staff were busy on their phones. Waited 15 minutes and no menus were brought out so one of my group went up to ask and the lady behind the counter said yeah there’s the menus come back up to order. The waffles were dry and the toppings minimal. Kadak chai was horrid, overly sweet and tasted old like it had just been reheated. Would not come back

I made an order on Uber eats and it never arrived. I have had no contact from dessert island. I have called the restaurant 10+ plus times and not received an answer. Do not order from here. Terrible customer service. 30+ pounds down the drain. Uber eats are also not offering support.

Thought it was late but turned up and was amazing very happy with late night snack

Me and my son went in for a ice cream and coke whilst waiting for my phone to be repaired next door. Was a good price for te 2 items and place was clean and tidy.

I’ve just had a delivery and the milkshake is a Kinda Bueno and tastes nothing like it it’s clumpy and tastes dry not happy with this at all! Would not recommend their milkshakes

Rubbish. Oreo cake looked nothing like the photo. Didnt have half the stuff on it it said it should. Poor mans kaspas. Dreadfull

We ordered two sundaes, brownie and fudge, and they both were amazing, that too in such a hot weather. I am planning to move to Milton Keynes, so surely I'll be ordering or visiting here in the future.

Went there the other day and ordered two things they got both of the two things wrong so I went back in and told them only for them to give us the wrong order again. It was still good but not what I paid for and you'd think after going in and saying they messed up the order that they would've gotten it right the second time. We were some of the only people in there so it wasn't as if it was busy in there and they had alot of orders either.

Awful restaurant. Took nearly two hours to receive our order. No apology from driver. Food was undercooked and had hair in it. Do not recommend to anyone.

Ordered a strawberry delight which according to the description should have been topped with strawberries and should have come with vanilla ice cream. There was no vanilla ice cream and barely any strawberry on it. I also ordered falooda which according to description should have noodels, basil seeds with ice cream and rose syrup. No noodles, no basil seeds just 2 scoops of ice-cream. The order also came super late but could have forgiven that if it was worth it. Really bad. Never ordering again since they lie in their description.

Ordered through Uber eats and only received part of our delivery. Called the store over 20 times and they did not answer once, therefore we made a trip to the store and complained. Could not provide a refund there and then so we’re made to wait 3-5 days for a response before any further action.

Does not deserve even one star but that’s the minimum rating you have to give on Google, ordered Falooda and was delivered with no basic ingredients, when called and said I am disappointed and will never order again, got a rude response saying - it does not bother me, no wonder why they haven’t got a overall good rating and was given poor food quality by inspector some time back, does not deserve to be in business

It's really gone downhill. The food used to be good as well as the service. That is no longer the case for the last several times that I have gone. I need to find an alternative.

Ordered through deliveroo. Food has gone down hill. The fruit has got thinner and thinner everytime I have ordered. If only they could tell me their secret and if its transferable to my body! I would like to keep getting thinner. The food looks nothing like the photos and it not what is describe. Will be rethinking where I order from next time. Very disappointed.

Interior is very dirty. Waffle base and itself are not tasty. Only visually appealing and thats it.

To say this place has gone downhill is probably the understatement of the century. Delivery took over an hour, crepe was thick, dry and stale. Supposed to be topped with nuts - nothing. Just a dry bit of manky bread with a small squirt of cheap honey (sorry, "maple syrup") for £7.50. No wonder it's always dead.

A nice little dessert shop with some lovely waffles and crepes. Ordered for a family of 4. Table service was quick and milkshakes were out of this world. Shop has been renovated and is much more enjoyable experience. Will defo come again.

Ordered online waited 1 hour 20 minutes gave them a call to get an update and was told it was still in store and would be a further 30 minutes! Maybe next time give the customer an update sooner. Sadly won’t be ordering from here again, last time we did the plastic pot was completely smashed.

Ordered via 3rd party, Waited longer than two hours for a delivery, when I called they hadn’t even started order, asked them to cancel, apparently they couldn’t! After explaining I want to cancel after 2 hours and not receiving anything besides they hadn’t started the order, they made it look like I had cancelled order No refund, cannot trust them online, just go an collect

extremely poor service the man looked annoyed that we came in said online it closes at 12.30 but he was adamant that they were closing early. it wasnt even 11. he had no manners when taking the order and he had a terrible haircut

Great chill out spot...wanted kadak chai and dessert but chai machine was not working. The strawberry ice cream here was something else out of this world. Great place.

Customer service is awful. I asked for a extra straw the man said no then proceeds to give me a cup. I was supposed to have 50p change but i got 10p their excuse was they didn’t have have enough coins

Went in placed my ordered finally got it after 30 mins waiting and then when I got it the waffle is so dry mine and my girlfriends Oreo milk shakes taste just like milk no Oreo and I got over charged

There was literally noone else in there we actually thought it might be shut!! We all ordered cookie dough desserts and I was actually really impressed they were delicious. Customer service wasn't the best but loads better all round than kaspas!!

Just waited over an hour and 35 minutes for the guy to knock on my door bell, get the message that it takes me a few minutes to get to the door due to being disabled, I get to the door for the worker to have walked off already! Absolute joke of a service not only over an hour wait but he didn't even listen to my message of my doorbell informing that I was coming

Undergoing renovations, otherwise looks cozy, too bad their coffee machine didn’t work and staff didn’t offer alternative unless I asked, hopefully next time will be better. Will give 4 stars still 👍

This place has gone downhill. Staff do not know what milk chocolate is. I said I do not want Nutella on the waffle but want milk chocolate as have a nut allergy. Waiter asked white sauce? I said no, milk chocolate. When the waffle came it just came with white chocolate. I said this isn't milk chocolate and she said it is. Then I had to explain no white is white chocolate, Milk chocolate is brown. Waiter was still confused and went to see another member of staff. The other staff member said this is Milk chocolate also. Just gave up in the end and had the waffle which was a 3 out of 10 at best and did not look appealing at all. They had Cadbury milk chocolate bars at the back so I guess these are for show only.

My boyfriend and I came here after a day at Bletchley Park. We decided that ice cream for dinner was just what we had in mind! We were pleasantly surprised that not only was the ice cream delicious but so was the service. The female owner was very smiley and extremely kind. We ordered a sundae and a shake which were both out of this world. I have to say it was the best milkshake I have had in years! I would have included pictures but we ate so fast that I forgot to take any. Highly recommend if you’re in town!

We went here with a major craving for ice cream! We ordered an Oreo Sundae and it was so good that we decided to order an Oreo Peanut Butter milkshake for the road. It was by far the best milkshake I’ve ever had!!! Additionally the staff was very nice and friendly. Will be back.

It's too bad, I received the crepes , not good, not stuffed, only half a banana pod and nothing else. It's the worst sweet I've ever eaten.

Ordered Falooda very disappointed was just cup of ice cream with rose syrup and tagliatelle pasta instead of vermicelli no nuts or anything falooda like. Waffles and cookie dough was good.

Good desserts but when ever you put extras on they very rarely get put on the waffles but you still get charged for them.

Avoid at all costs. Like many other reviews, we ordered via Just Eat. After 1.5 hours we rang and they said it’s with the driver and on the way. (Should have been 10mins) after a further 4 phones calls of false promises about our order being on the way our final phone call we were told our order must have got lost 2.5 hours later. A waste of everyone’s time.

I didn't get my dessert for my children even though I ordered at 7pm. Don't accept orders you cannot deliver on! 2 hours late! I went to bed.

Ordered 4 desserts on just eat after 90 minutes no delivery so rang shop was told it’s on its way rang again 20 minutes later to be told it has left shop and will be 5 minutes rang after a further 10 minutes to be told they will contact the driver and call us back we called them after another 10 minutes to be told there was a mix up so would we like a refund in total we waited over 2 hours and never received our desserts

It was an alright experience, for a quick dessert. The staff are soo friendly and helpful it balances out the atmosphere

Food was suppose to arrive at 21:10 it is now 00:45 and still nothing been told my food is on the way then the driver had a flat tyre. For someone that spends a fair bit of money here I find there customer service disgusting. Now not picking up the phone I certainly won’t be spending anymore money here!

Now my favourite local dessert shop. Ordered from here so many times, especially the waffles and milkshakes! Always on point, quick service and friendly faces! Will be here again :)

Terrible customer service when you order via an app-based service! My order arrived 2 hours late and the staff were unapologetic and clueless. Each time I called to ask where the order was, staff said it was “only 10 minutes away” and “the driver has just left” (which is odd as it takes less than 10 minutes to drive to my house from here). On the final call, a female staff member admitted Dessert Island hadn’t even sent out the order, let alone had a driver already on the way. The manager then offered to add a free cake slice to my order (which still hadn’t gone out) as an apology, but this never arrived. When I called back asking why they had lied multiple times about the status of my order, the manager denied any wrongdoing and put the errors as being down to a busy evening. Would definitely advise others to avoid this place, as friends and families have reported similar issues!

Great choice of ice creams, waffles and crepes etc,but yet to get a Yorkshire pudding flavoured ice cream

Ordered a crepe. Was given a waffle which was then taken back and replaced with the crepe which then had strawberry ice cream placed on it scraped off and chocolate ice cream put on top. Did not tell me the mistake but saw it with my own eyes and can also see the melted strawberry ice cream on it. Crepe was also more like a fat pancake and not thin at all, so the taste was terrible. A shame as their milkshakes are amazing.

honestly outrageous! ordered food on deliveroo and still hadnt arrived within over an hour. i rang they accused me of putting the wrong postcode i know where i live he then ended the phone. i rang back he had the cheek to say “do you want a refund” well of course i do if my crepes aren’t going to arrive. awful service won’t be returning

Waited over an hour for 2 crepes, phoned the restaurant for the guy to hang up on us after asking where our order was! We phoned back for him to say the driver didn’t bother coming and he ate the crepes! Tried to get a refund and he hung up yet again, absolutely shocking!! Hope he enjoyed our crepes!!!

Order never arrived. They claimed they couldn't get in to deliver it. Said they couldn't ring because they can't see the phone numbers on Uber, so they shouldn't be delivering on Uber if they have no way of contacting you. They wouldn't redeliver the food and we are having to go through the process of a refund. Shocking service they said they tried to deliver half an hour before we rang them, so they weren't even going to let us know they didn't deliver.

I found a piece of plastic in my falooda…luckily I did not swallow it cause it might’ve caused serious health problems… I will never order anything from that restaurant again

Ordered at 730 for an 815 collection, I arrived on time and still had to wait for 10 minutes even though it was empty. The place was dirty with a really filthy floor and the booths being used as storage. The waffles were dry, the kinder on top was stale and overall wasn't anything special. I wouldn't recommend.

Ordered via Uber Eats and took over an hour and a half. Food arrived cold. Poor communication. On the upside, though, the cookie dough was SO good. If I were in Bletchley I'd pop in and order again but sadly wouldn't recommend for delivery.

The service has always been good and friendly, if there has been any issues they have always made up for it. Always tastes good and is good quality for there prices. Love all there milkshakes

I ordered via deliveroo and it turned up cold, with items missing. I called the restaurant they said they would try and redeliver the missing item. Over an hour later nothing, tried to call back and it was always engaged. The food as I said was cold and not nice - not worth the cash!! Wouldnt waste your time!

Went in to get ice cream for my daughter the man who served me didn’t use gloves or a tissue when holding the cone, when asked if he was going to use a glove or tissue his response was I washed my hands and sanitised them but I didn’t see him do any of that. I won’t be returning.

I've never actually been in here but Google asked me to review it, repeatedly. I've passed by the back often at night, the loud music, litter and rats put me off. First negative review I've ever done.

I did not receive my order and I experienced very poor service. I made an order with the restaurant which was placed at 8:30 pm I didn’t receive it at all. I called the restaurant 6 times and they kept telling me to wait 10 minutes and then to call back if nobody had turned up which I did and I kept getting excuses despite the order being over 2 hours late with no apology either. Other than one girl the staff were very unhelpful including the manager SJ. I think Steve Bruce would do a better job managing that restaurant to be honest. I strongly advise you not make an order from this establishment as you will get nothing in return. They have lost a customer and I’m sure many others were left disappointed by their service.

Food was very oily and was literally dripping with oil, my family now has food poisoning will definitely not order again.
