I had cravings to eat icecream yesterday night and found this place and I had salted caramel by mistake and guys it was awesome. Highly recommend this icecream place in Bletchley.

Wish I could give 0 stars took 2 hours for a delivery & they gave poor excuses over the phone then just stopped picking up all together even uber eats couldn't reach them don't waste your time or money.

Falooda was not the classical type but this was even better. Their own ice cream was very nice too.

Music was way too loud, I had to repeat my order more than twice. I had waited 15 minutes and asked how long will it be, little did I know it wasn’t busy in the shop and they didn’t even start making my order yet and they were sitting at the back having a ‘laugh’.

Untrustworthy! Don't order from here. We placed an order for delivery, it was an hours wait which was fine we wasn't in a rush. An hour later I got a call to say the driver was lost. I gave detailed instructions and checked the postcode. 10 mins later I get another call saying the driver still couldn't find us. I asked where he was and he wasn't even in the right village, he was another 15 mins away. I asked to cancel my order as I'm not a fan of melted ice cream and the driver said to call the store so I did. The guy in the store was very rude to me,  he hung up on me twice. Eventually he agreed to refund me however I've checked my bank today and seen that this didn't happen, they've still taken my payment!!!! I'm not sure what else to do other than warn others not to make the same mistake. Terrible service....

Missing items the dip for churros of all things , cookie dough was a full blown cooked cookie and that defeats the object oh and the nutty surprise has no nuts and banana?! Quite disppointed

We order 3 Lahori Falooda and after receiving the deserts we were so disappointed. The noodles inside were hard and think. Instead of being soft.really disappointed. We ended up asking for refund and the workers were happy to do so.

Best dessert place I've ever had! and was very good price.

Food looks fantastic and well presented. But seems to lack flavour a little chemical. Seating and the inside Is a little tatty. And some alarm that seemed to be going off in the kitchen almost constantly.

Poor quality ordered Coconut and Strawberry Icecream is usually milt watery and when u complaint the person on the til start reasoning

Online telling me to enjoy food, hadn’t arrived phoned dessert island to be told had just left, for it to arrive and it’s not hot and in fact is the best, extremely unhappy

Avoid. Just avoid the place. In fact, delete your browser history so you don’t accidentally come across this junkyard again. The only thing worse than the ‘food’ is the people who run this place. Please, do yourself a kindness and don’t part ways with your money.

Apparently my receipt didn’t print off although I had notifications that it was delivered and for me leave a review. I had to phone twice as they needed to check with the driver if he had my order. Driver did apologise for late delivery.

Waiting 45 minutes after expected delivery time, Not even knowing if the food was coming as you had shut at 12 so I couldn’t call to find out.

The food was completely messed up - the delivery driver clearly did not manage the boxes of dessert properly and it’s gotten everywhere. I have got pictures too

Went in, no greeting was given. All staff were busy on their phones. Waited 15 minutes and no menus were brought out so one of my group went up to ask and the lady behind the counter said yeah there’s the menus come back up to order. The waffles were dry and the toppings minimal. Kadak chai was horrid, overly sweet and tasted old like it had just been reheated. Would not come back

The driver was fantastic however I ordered a vegan cookie dough and 3 cookies were delivered, which were hard. Very disappointing as these were ordered for a family member who can only eat vegan desserts due to allergies.

I made an order on Uber eats and it never arrived. I have had no contact from dessert island. I have called the restaurant 10+ plus times and not received an answer. Do not order from here. Terrible customer service. 30+ pounds down the drain. Uber eats are also not offering support.

Delivery was good. And the milkshakes with drinkable but nothing I couldn’t do myself (200ml of milk, 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream and chocolate bar of your choice - and all blended up). I get it guys… easy money. But the cookie I ordered was something abysmal. Literally powder - I work in the industry myself and own my own business, and I came to MK to visit. This is really poor quality, no value for money… never ordering again, and will be referring people elsewhere

Ordered 3 sundaes, a crepe and milk shake and received a freebie portion of churros. When I collected my order I was informed they could not do the sundaes as the freezer had broken - that is half the order! The mixed kinder crepe has no flavour and it's a hard rubbery texture and had 6 pieces of kinder. Very over priced for what was served. The churros are inedible. They are crunchy on the outside but seems to be a salty gooey dough inside. Such a disappointment as we have previously used desert Island and had no issues what so ever. Unfortunately after this visit we won't be returning.

The food was disappointing, The crepe had all the toppings off it was all over the box. The coffee wasn’t the nicest.

Unsure how late it was more the fact driver sat in his car sat in my cul de saying he couldn't find my address. Having then to go outside up the cul de sac collect my food. Utter laziness. DON'T CHARGE £6 FOR DELIVERY to collect from up the road. DISGRACEFUL

Me and my son went in for a ice cream and coke whilst waiting for my phone to be repaired next door. Was a good price for te 2 items and place was clean and tidy.

Rubbish. Oreo cake looked nothing like the photo. Didnt have half the stuff on it it said it should. Poor mans kaspas. Dreadfull

We ordered two sundaes, brownie and fudge, and they both were amazing, that too in such a hot weather. I am planning to move to Milton Keynes, so surely I'll be ordering or visiting here in the future.

The sundaes we had were terrible, they were supposed to be larges but they were half full. The cookies and brownies were cold and stale when it’s supposed to be warm. No cutlery or straw provided for the milkshake. Delivery took 90 minutes to come, so long! Only good thing was the delivery driver was polite and friendly.

Everything was good, however the waffles tasted sour, as though they had been made with ingredients that had gone off.

So I ordered 12 doughnuts with 3 different toppings which means 4 of each. However I recieved 9 plain doughnuts and 1 of each of the toppings the chocolate was all over the other doughnuts. I have ordered several times and this was absolutely disgraceful 😞 I will not be ordering again

My order was late, and I had to drive there myself to pick up my order.

Was feel too much oil or some fat.

There oil needed changing didn't taste good at all even my little girl didn't eat it which says a lot. Rating of 2! Wished I had looked before I ordered

The delivery time kept getting changed, it was meant to be here at 8 didn’t get here until half 10. I tried to cancel on one of the orders but it was going to charge me full price. The crepe turned up soggy and cold cause it had been left out for 2 hours. 2 drinks didn’t arrive and also and dessert didn’t arrive. I paid £40 for one crepe and 2 J20s. I want a refund please. Absolutely disgraceful service. I tried calling the restaurant over 15 times no answer

Went there the other day and ordered two things they got both of the two things wrong so I went back in and told them only for them to give us the wrong order again. It was still good but not what I paid for and you'd think after going in and saying they messed up the order that they would've gotten it right the second time. We were some of the only people in there so it wasn't as if it was busy in there and they had alot of orders either.

Avoid - food was oily and tasted awful. Pancake was oily and had no filling, just a drizzle of chocolate on top, really greasy and strange texture. Churros were like overcooked chips, very greasy and crisp - no sugar coating. Oil saturated the box, needed draining. Nutella was cited on the menu but tasted like cheap chocolate spread alternative with aftertaste. Cookie dough was OK, much less oily than the other dishes. The ice cream tasted nice. Arrived on time and delivery person was lovely. Shame about the food quality.
