Papa Johns Pizza in Luton

Absolutely great pizza and very fast delivery. I would recommend "The Works" with a stuffed crust for maximum cheese experience.

I’ve ordered few times now they always leave the sauces out never ordering from them again. And told them on the phone Dnt forget an they still have

Ordered 2 pizza’s and they were stone cold. Called them and they said to come back with the pizza’s so they can see why it’s cold which doesn’t make sense. They couldn’t guarantee me fresh pizzas yet they wanted me to drive down so they can inspect my pizza insinuating that I’m lying. What happened to the customer is right? Will not be ordering from this place again. He also had the audacity to say because we picked it up and drove home, that’s why it’s cold…. Why have a collection service if the pizza is gonna get “stone cold” then? Make it make sense. He also has poor listening skills and communication skills, continuously talking over me and not letting me speak.

The vegan pizza was okayish (5/10)

It’s overpriced for what it is , as a vegan I ordered vegan options they were edible I guess but the cauliflower wings weren’t, they tasted like vomit. I wouldn’t recommend.

My pizza and cauliflour was cold as the driver got lost and the base of my pizza was burnt

You can never go wrong with Papa John's as it is my go to place to fulfil my pizza cravings. So in love with the BBQ chicken classic and papadias is also a hit

Pizza was great but for parking i parked my car at the back of papa j pizza for 20 min while I ordered my pizza it was about 6pm on Sunday evening I entered the car park car park was empty about a week later I got a letter and got parking fine for 100 pounds I would never use papa j now its a robbery for parking for 20 min on a Sunday evening

They do make some good pizzas 🍕

Very friendly staff and delicious pizzas.

I went in the shop & placed the order & when I took out the cash to pay, the idiots only accept credit/ debit cards - no cash. There were no signs saying "we do not accept cash ". The guy behind the counter did not even apologise - this company needs to train their staff in customer service & some manners. The guy had manners of a juvenile chimp & looked like one too. I wasted my time & petrol going to this place - "Papa Chimps".

Nice pizza, good service but just wasn't a patch on Harpenden's Papa John's, sorry.

Very nice customer service order via the website for XXL pizza collection for only £9.99. Took about 10-15 mins and was nicely cooked. My kids really enjoyed it and so did I. I would definitely be coming back & would recommend to others too. Thanks to the pizza maker 👍👍👍

The pizza had a few toppings. And the garlic bread was burnt. Complained. Not happy. Never ordering again.

Ordered a pizza was not delivered neither was refunded. Was a while ago tried to get a refund through head office. Last resort I left this review as £20 out of pocket. I don't like leaving reviews like this but not happy.

I have been a loyal fan of Pizza Hut for many years and decided to give Papa John's Pizza on Marsh Road Leagrave a try. The take away restaurant has a five star food hygiene rating which was very reassuring. I ordered my pizza and delivery took around thirty minutes. The pizzas were very hot, had so much toppings and cheese on there. I have to say it was the best take out pizza I have ever had, absolutely delicious. I have since ordered many times from here and the service from Thesin and Vivek is just fantastic. Friendly and competent staff which Pizza Hut Delivery across the road lack! I can highly recommend Papa John's Pizza on Marsh Road Leagrave, much much better than Pizza Hut. I have been converted. Thank you.

Hi! I have bought my pizza (veggie XL) tonight in Marsh Road and I collected it at 10PM. Normally I order it from you at this branch and this time the Pizza went dry and hard to chew, plus the cheese weren't so cheesy as usual. Therefore I think you have prepared my Pizza very early and this is why I am not highly satisfied.

My favourite pizza brand and location. 5 star hygiene rating. The pizzas always taste great from here and are perfectly cooked. I wouldn't order pizza from anywhere else!

Consistently Excellent. Vivek & team and also the deliver drivers. What a TEAM. Love your pizzas. Were are converted. Too long been eating the Hut. Never ventured away from them until I realised that I was being loyal and pizzas always varied. ie hit or miss and often wrong order. Tried PJs and we are making up for lost time. Nothing ventured - nothing gained as they say. Well done Papa Johns Marsh Road. Great, Fresh, Hot Pizzas with Excellent Service. ps. Amazing service!! Used them last week for my birthday party!! Great deal and hot fresh pizza.. manager was really helpful too, made it exactly how we wanted.

My kids loves domino’s but I told we try Papajohn. They loved the cookies and sides. We order extra large bbq based meat feast. Sitting area was comfortable in this papa john. Quick service. Great discount, friendly staff. Well done guys , cheers 👍

There is no seating💺area, and no parking nearby. But the pizza 🍕 is good price and the taste is even better.☺️

Generally the pizzas taste good but the worst garlic dip ever and I hate the fact that they don't keep the desserts fixed the cinnamon knots used to be great but they messed it up by making it into cinnipie what the hell?? And the one only decent pizza they had for vegetarians medetranian pizza they took off menu? NO no! The company is messed

I used to regularly order from papa johns but after my experience last week I will avoid them in the future and, in particular, this store. I ordered XXL pizzas and received large pizzas by mistake. They took the pizzas away promising to send me the pizzas I ordered but after waiting for over an hour I had to call and ask where my pizza was. They refused to cancel my order, refund me or send me the right pizzas. The manager is never there and the people on the phone fobbed me off saying they couldn't help me without the manager. I've had to resort to contacting the head office in pursuit of my refund for the pizzas that weren't delivered to me. I'm still waiting for a refund and the store continue to tell me they can't help me. I will be sure to avoid this store in the future and would advise anyone else to do the same. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Small pizza take away only restaurant, the service is good and fairly quick for freshly made pizzas. The food is gorgeous! Competitively priced as well.

Absolutely hated it....I've gone there so many times before but today I was very angry as I found hair in the kids pizza....so frustrated didn't seem it wasnt worth the effort calling and complaining so I took a photo and will show it when I have a chance to pop in but not to order....of course...
