I arrived on my limited lunch break to find the door jammed and was forced to use the Drive-Thru to which I was not able to use my app to earn rewards plus the prices in the Drive-Thru menu board prices are out of date and cost me more than I expected, plus mobile ordering is not available here either Upon receiving my food found the chips massively over salted, the chilli cheese bites were stale and flavourless although the burger was "ok"

2 single gin and tonics £15. Pub is full of trades people effing and blinding. Very expensive for a pretty poor pub. Barmaid didn't even know what scotch is!!!!

October is good and you cook very well, good job

Such a disgusting and disrespectful stuff and owner. Didn’t serve me just because I parked my car next to his shop, which by the way is a public car park. Ram the shop owner was very rude, swerving and raised voice to me, service is so bad, no manners at all. Will definitely not be going back there ever. People there are so rude, makes me sick.

Awesome pub with great beer and even better food

Disappointed ! Pretty poor effort. Ordered our food and drinks and went to sit outside on the large riverside garden area. We were given a bleeper, which would go off when our food was ready. It didn’t ! A member of staff came looking for us, which was good, but i explained the bleeper hadn’t gone off, she was completely disinterested and almost made me think she didn’t actually believe me, or we had caused inconvenience when it wasn’t our fault, surely, I’m sorry about that wouldn’t have been too much. I imagine the food was reheated, so my wife had two very overcooked eggs and the roast meat I had was tasteless and tough. The thing that irked us most was the attitude of a senior member of staff. Sadly won’t be returning.

Always a Friendly place to visit

Six of us just had lunch here and it was superb! We sat in a little side room by the garden door which was cozy and perfect for the hard of hearing amongst us! The service was warm and friendly, the waitress was knowledgeable and careful with the gluten free order for one of us. The food was outstanding! Sunday roast is so often a disappointment but not this time. The beef was perfectly cooked, the vegetables too. The roast potatoes were crisp and the Yorkshire pudding spot on. Starters were excellent and the puds all homemade …. My lemon posset was absolutely delicious! Well done The White Pheasant…we will be back!

Something of a modern style traditional pub. Not bad at all. Some very decent real ales which makes the place particularly attractive. You can get some decent stuffing food but it is not bistro style. It was quiet because I visited during the afternoon.

Booked for a meal for mothers day online, didn’t know there was a music quiz on. Very very loud! Our waitress , Tasha was amazing, as soon as we said it’s too loud, we couldn’t talk, she found us a quieter table that she’d just cleared. That lady is a credit to your establishment. So warm, friendly and genuinely caring about the customers.

Diabolical coffee - luke warm, weak and tasteless. Surly service too. Won't be going there for a coffee again and certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone else, either!

Not good really as my children balls had clingfilm cooked inside the batter, not good really but everything else was ok

Expensive and tasteless kid’s meal. £5.50 for half a sandwich with half a slice of ham, faux crisps and healthy water. Most of it went in the bin because my children didn’t like any of it. My ham and cheese bap was mostly bread and also flavourless. Will bring a picnic next time.

Amazing quality of food, have ordered from here many times and will continue to do so Friendly staff, delicious food with a variety of options. Definitely the best chinese takeaway ive had the pleasure to eat from.
