Family curry night for 4. Booked online via their website. Warm welcome, clean & tidy restaurant and pleasant staff. Attentive but not overbearing, orders taken, drinks, poppadums etc. Excellent menu, good range with a few different dishes on there. All food was very good, tasty, well presented (table needed to be a bit bigger!) and good portion size. All in all, a great first time for us but certainly not the last. Would highly recommend.

The dirtiest coffee shop I have ever been in . Filth everywhere , overflowing bins, stairs thick grime and spilt coffee. Whole shop disgusting avoid at all costs. Visited in morning .

Started using this takeaway after our local one shut, they allways deliver good quality chinese food very helpful staff. Use them all the time now

Oh yes please, I've been to Ely pizza express a few times over the year, tonight we was served by Colin , what a breath of fresh air from our usual experience . Polite , funny , made are whole table laugh so much , I will definitely be back with service like this.

Since hiring a delivery rider on a bike the delivery is crazy fast (about 20 mins)! The food is therefore piping hot when it arrives and very tasty ☺️

Food is good and easy to order off website that's where the pleasurable experience ends have used alis several times very rarely is it a smooth process often items missing always it is late my last order however breaks there record told it would be 1900 arrived at 1950 10 mins is excusable but how can you be 50 minutes late phoned 3 times just told sorry it's busy not good enough you have had my last order PIZZA TOWN here I come

Lovely burgers, Forgot to put a portion of chips in, but the free cake we received made up for it.

Very poor service - the first time I ordered, the driver didn't seem to care that he hadn't brought the drink. Ordered again a couple weeks later, hoping it was a one off, and yet the same driver turned up, was bellierant and rude when I questioned why I was given a can instead of a 1.5L bottle, and just walked off. Great food, unfortunately horrendous customer service and incredibly rude delivery driver. Never ordering from here again.

Came in at 3:30 pm on a Saturday. It was not busy, and there were three staff. The place was a mess with empty on all the tables; the dishwasher was not working, so paper cups only, although there were piles of clean mugs. The cakes were being packed away. The upstairs was "closed for cleaning". It looked to me that the staff had decided to do the bare minimum, and from the other reviews, I think I was right.

Ordered a meal for two, duck stater, forgot to pack the pancakes, chicken and mushroom main, chicken over cooked, rice was good. Lots of choices in Ely, I will not use again
