Absolutely awful! Why I thought it would be a good idea stopping off here I have no idea. The menu pricing thinks it’s in an airport, food looks nothing like it’s supposed to and the service is non existent. The outside is rancid too and needs a good clean. AVOID this place like the plague and if you have to get fast food at the Leisure Park, just go to McDonalds..

No pickle in my burger and when questioned the girl at the front counter she replied...sorry we run out then their manager made my burger with pickle...poor and unprofessional service .probably one of the worst fast food restaurants that i have been

This has got to be the worst KFC in the entire chain. I went in a couple of weeks ago for a Zinger Rice box. When I got home this was their offering. (Compare that to the other photo of the same meal but from a KFC at a busy Motorway service station) It's not the first time I have been disappointed here. How the heck they get away with it, is beyond me.

Delivery took the better part of an hour so the fries were cold. The buns of our burgers were dry and the lettuce was wilted. The cookie I ordered wasn't delivered, and if I wanted it, I would have to go to the restaurant to collect it. For what we paid, £39 for three small meals, it was very disappointing dining experience.

The staff are welcoming and very helpful, especially Treasure, who served me this time.

OH DEAR - eye rolling, clicking fingers & poor maths Visited KFC Ely's drive through. Terrible experience - worst to date. 1 star is far too high. Firstly, met a server who was having a seemingly bad day as they were not very happy from the get go!! I had trouble hearing them and they did not respond very well when asked to repeat himself only once more. They were quite patronising (anymore eye rolling and their eyes would have rolled out of their heads) and when prompted for my QR code on my phone they started clicking their fingers at me! Secondly, I was almost swindled from a deal! The server informed me I could either pick a 9% discount or the offer for the 6 piece bucket - but not both. When asked which offer amounted to a greater discount, they said the cost savings were the same. The difference was actually substantial. Food quality is what you would expect from fast food chain - it was fine.

They deserve zero rating ,staff are rude and unprofessional. Don’t go there and waste your time and money .

Won't let me order unless I make an account. I don't want to register. I just want to order and be done. It should be optional.

Ordered through the app and served at the drive through by very friendly staff. Sadly, when we got home we realised that part of our order was missing. I phoned and the issue was resolved quickly and calmly. Our missing food was delivered, along with extras. Thank you!

I am giving it 1 star as I can't give any less. After giving my order at least 6 times half of my food wasn't there and it it was all cold. Overall an appalling time wouldn't go again

Where do I start..... I visited the drive through with my son today as a half term treat for him which he chose. After giving my order at the first window which took about 10 minutes I was then told to drive round to the last window. When we got there the lady wanted to check my order but had got it totally wrong. After telling her what we wanted again and confirming it with her twice I paid the bill and waited for the food. After getting our food we had to remind them that we had ordered meals so needed drinks as well which we finally got. When we got out off the drive through to start eating the food we discovered that half the food was missing, it was all cold, the boneless chicken was so crispy and dry it wasn't edible and our large drinks were actually in medium drink cups and only half full. Will I go back again NO. Would I recommend it to others NO. Am I happy with the star rating I have given them NO. Unfortunately you aren't able to give a 0 star review so they got the minimum rating I could get away with.

We ordered delivery, everything was stone cold by the time it got here (. Miles away) really really disgusting and disappointing 110% will not be ordering again, only had kfc from ely a few times since it's been open and been honestly disappointing every time.

Food and service have always been bad here in the past but I thought I'd give it another try. Only to pop in today and find out that hotwings have been discontinued. They were all I really went for. Staff were as rude and ignorant as ever when asked about it. Dirty restaurant that has also very clearly taken to using bots to write good reviews for itself. I won't be returning.

Service is slow, waited over 30 minutes for a order the other week. Food always makes us ill, passed the 1st few times off as coincidence but 7 times is a little extreme and everytime we are ill. This doesn't happen with any other KFC.

We went to Ely K>F.C. for a bargain bucket. The amount was short, they did amend it. But it was very greasy, not the usual that I have had before.

Time and time again we give chances. Went through drive thru months ago to be told no chicken. Today served a salad with no fork. Told me to wait while went to stock room. All food went cold. Sipped on our half filled drink as they out of right size cups. They had Uber driver bring me a spoon!!! Husband went to refund and manager named Akmel wasn’t going to refund the drinks we had sipped on. Drove out of our way in rain and cold to come here. This place is always beyond diabolical. No more chances. Rude and ignorant staff. Asked for franchise owners details and refused. One star is far too high.

Super polite, nothing was too much trouble for Akmal. Food was as it's supposed to be at KFC, and was finger licking good. We'll be back!
