Domino's Pizza in East Cambridgeshire

Since hiring a delivery rider on a bike the delivery is crazy fast (about 20 mins)! The food is therefore piping hot when it arrives and very tasty ☺️

Found meat on my vegetarian pizza - must have all sorts of cross contamination going on. Won't order pizza here again.

When I was broken down on a layby in the dark, AA with dragging their heels. The only takeaway that would deliver to me in my time of great need was dominos Soham, going through extra effort to help.

I ordered a pizza 2nd time in Soham both times the pizzas was good but after few hours later you will have a I diarrhoea for sure I won’t recommend this place to buy any food specially if you’re giving to to children’s then good luck for staying up all night next to the toilet .

This place is rubbish , Since Andrei left no one is answering at the phone and when someone is is answering they are rude, stick your prices somewhere

Slow, usually cold, lack of toppings compared to other dominos and now they want to charge delivery on top of their inflated pizza prices. No thanks. Lost my custom permanently (and we ordered a fair amount).

Came cold, incredibly late and we ordered 2 pizza's with equal toppings, yet one comes with double the amount of toppings compared to the other

Order said it was delivered, phoned and said it would be another 15 minutes. 2 missing items after it arrived which they said would be another 10 minutes - this never arrived. The food that did actually arrive was lovely though.-

Really poor. Dominos has gone down hill massively, better off getting a couple of frozen pizzas from Asda.

Very neat and pleasant place, with good and fast service and very tasty pizzas.

Piping hot and just as ordered. The delivery driver was friendly and super quick. Great all round 👍

Over priced. Missing pasta bread bowls. Seems stuck in the 90's. Needs to go to the markets around and get fresh ingredients. Other then that I enjoyed.

Always great pizzas. Save money by taking one of the deals as works out cheaper. Delivery is usually quick which is a bonus and food is fresh and straight from the oven.

If you have ordered Dominos pizza in the past you will know what you're getting. That in itself is no bad thing - the place is very clean and the folks at the end of the phone are helpful and polite. Normally I will collect but on the occasion, I have requested a delivery it has always been fast and accurate to the time requested. Food-wise there is no discernable difference between Soham Dominos and the rest of the franchise - personally I quite like their pizzas and so will order from them. The idea of a fast-food franchise is for it to be the same whether you're in Soham, Milan, or Los Angeles and it does just that - nothing more and nothing less. I quite like it that way.

Decent pizza, abit of a wait but well worth it. Staff were very friendly

Ok pizza, but can’t even fully cook wedges properly, still raw, and very small portion for price! Overall disappointing

Waited an 80mins for two pizzas, which arrived cold. When I called them, they eventually answered. Whoever did answer was blunt and rude.

not bad overall pizza but they use too much sauce on base and not enough cheese or toppings! but would still rather dominoes than i would pizza hut!

Rude incompetent staff, didn't even manage to make an order

Sparce toppings, late delivery times, forget parts of the order and say they will be back in 20 minutes and I have to call them nearly 40 minutes later to remind them. They lost a long time customer. Will be filing a formal complaint as the service is getting worse and worse.

Very disappointing, very greasy, very badly prepared with tainted taste, wish we could order from Newmarket like we used to

Amazing, delicious food. High prices but good deals to go with it. Small building but nice design and clean. Well done on changing it from a bakery to a Best-Selling Dominoes Pizza. I hope your business carries on amazing.

Foods cold and very late, got some cookies and when I opened the box they looked a bit off, oh wait it’s garlic bread.

Wish we could still order from the Ely one 🤦🏻‍♀️ -long waits -no attention to detail on the order -missed items -poor customer service -cold food -which looked nothing like it usually does (no cheese, have they run out)
