Great witherspoon pub in Berkhampstead.

My good friend and I go here every few weeks and the food is consistently good. Always very pleasant helpful staff. We choose the banquet as such good value. The ambience is very nice and we find the food delicious.

Never Again! Waited 56 minutes for a takeaway with no apology or explanation. The staff were rude and dismissive, acting like we were the problem for asking where our food was. When we finally got it, the food was disgusting – especially the chicken, which tasted rotten and unsafe to eat. For the prices they charge, you'd expect basic quality and decent service, but this place failed on every level. Avoid at all costs – worst pub experience ever!

Absolutely love Muffin Break Hemel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The coffee and muffins are excellent. Far better than the other local coffee shops.

A great local pub for Sunday Lunch and weekdays or simply for just a drink. A comfortable relaxed atmosphere too help you wind down.

We love this place. The food is fantastic with lots of interesting variety and not covered in oil. The staff are welcoming and always friendly. They remember their regulars. Our go to curry in the area and loved everyone we take.
