The atmosphere was nice, it is a small place, but I was disappointed by the limited drink options. I had a burrito, which was okay, but nothing special. It lacked the bold flavors I was hoping for. The service was friendly, but overall, the experience was just average. Not bad, but I expected a bit more.

I go to this store periodically for the selection of organic produce that they offer, every time I am very pleased! Everything on the shelves is very well organized and you can find anything you need. All sold brands have very well environmental pledges. Plenty of vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free ready to eat snacks/meals are offered as well. I also liked the fact that they sell loose spices and you can weigh them before buying :) Very good kombucha and natural soft/fizzy drink selection. Fresh pastry/cakes are served as well as a nice takeaway treat! Enjoy a few snapshots taken today. ☺️

I couldn't find a single fault. This place has everything you would expect from a high end tasting menu, but the service and staff make it a much better experience by being informal and personable. The flavours were always interesting but never overpowering or weird for the sake of it. The paired wines felt well thought out and worked exquisitely. An all round excellent experience.

I am a regular customer at zi’s and this place is the best to eat in cambridge. I would suggest you try their pizza, they have a lot of great options. They also are very generous with the toppings and also give lots of free sides. The staff is very friendly and they have helped me to explore different dishes.

first time in cambridge and genuinely the nicest pub i’ve ever visited. the staff were super helpful and friendly and the vibes inside and outside are impeccable. the garden space is small but gets the sun just perfectly. they even had a gluten free pizza base that was surprisingly tasty!! 2-4-1 pizzas on a monday so ended up being super affordable. ashley behind the bar was the sweetest most wholesome person ever and gave us recommendations for pubs/clubs to visit and 10/10 service so thank you ashley !! such a cute location and pub you must visit !!

I've been visiting the Alexandra Arms on and off for over three years, and unfortunately, one member of staff, Raphael, has consistently made visits unpleasant. He's regularly rude and dismissive to patrons, which I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions. Yesterday was the last straw. I was at the pub with about 20 friends and my 2-year-old daughter, who had been quietly and calmly enjoying the meal. After eating, she wanted to stretch her legs and explore a little, as toddlers naturally do. I accompanied her and ensured she wasn’t disturbing anyone. After just a couple of minutes, Raphael approached me in an unnecessarily rude and aggressive tone, insisting that my daughter must remain in her highchair. No flexibility, no explanation — just a harsh demand. What made it worse was that another young child was also walking around with their parent and they weren’t told off. With no other option, we all left and took our business to another pub nearby. Raphael's behaviour isn’t just unpleasant — it’s bad for business. I hope the management takes this seriously and considers how much customer goodwill is being lost. Response to owner: My daughter was not running and she was accompanied at all times by a parent. She was never in the way of anyone or putting anyone, including herself at risk. Please feel free to check your CCTV to confirm this. I did talk to Raph about it at the time, a conversation which resulted in us leaving the pub.
