Ordered tonight for delivery for the first time, online was being a bit of a pain but rung up and Scott was very helpful for me to get my order and what can I say the pizza was amazing. Thank you so much we will defo order again and the beers went down well aswell 😉 nice little treat. Thank you 🤩

Great pizza, coffee and pancakes. I have been multiple times for different times of the year and day always good.

Asked us to wait outside their empty restaurant. Caesar salad was awful. Take care not to order deep dish pizza if what you want is pizza napoletana.

Edit 1:Good coffee, food and friendly service. I would like to try their weekend brunch too. Edit 2: Weekend brunch options are very good and I really loved their avocado toast with poached eggs and rockets. Very decent portion as well.

I had the full lumberjack breakfast and chai tea latte. Food was really good and I liked the replacement of bread with pancakes. Chai latte a bit too milky which drowns out the chai flavour.

Amazing went for my daughters 18th meal There were 10 including 2 young children and a dog amazing service - nothing was to much trouble, food excellent and good portions Happily surprised would highly recommend Massive thank you to the waiter excellent service

Tonight was my second time dinner at the place and it was beyond disappointing. I did enjoy the first visit and so was excited to be back. Tonight: Probably the worst GF pizza dough I’ve ever tried and even worst customer service. The waiter did not know anything and was just generally unbothered. It was surely my last visit at Scots :(

Food good! Service awful! So we booked a table for 11:00 and by 11:15 we are being asked “how long our friends will be” as they need the table which is fine. Then as our food is being handed to us, we are told we need to finish eating by 12:15 or move to another table so we can stay until 12:30. We moved tables, but the staff didn’t even factor in our friends had a 12 month of baby to deal with. Service charge was added and was just as quickly removed! They were lucky to get the full money if I had my way

Book for your kid!! Booked for 2 for Sunday brunch, when arrived with our 8months old daughter and our dog were told that our allocated table wouldn’t have enough space. After a hesitant start we were offered a table on the side. Service was swift and welcoming and the lumberjack breakfast sublime. I’m glad they managed to accommodate us, we even got a high chair just before the food arrived. Definitely recommend

Delicious food! The pizzas are my personal favorite but you can't go wrong with their brunch either. They're also dog friendly which is a huge plus for me and I greatly appreciate it!

We didn't actually get to eat here sadly as we accidentally hadn't confirmed our booking. However the front of house staff were exceptionally rude to us on arrival and told us we had to book seats for our small babies anyway and they didn't have room. The place was very busy so I understand the stress the staff must be under but to insist we need to book a seat at a table for a 4 month old baby is rather frustrating. The attitude was really upsetting and I felt really tearful after being spoken to so aggressively and spoken over multiple times by the gentleman at the front. We ended up going around the corner to hot numbers and they were so lovely.

Whilst the food and atmosphere is generally good, I found the service to be quite poor. I turned up originally as a walk in, asked for a table for 4 and was told it would be 40 mins wait for a table at least - not a problem. However, when I then couldn’t find a table around the corner in hot numbers I decided to check whether I could reserve a table at Scotts for a bit later to ensure we had somewhere to go. I was incredibly annoyed to find I could reserve a table in 10 minutes time (we had been turned away about 5 minutes before). When we arrived we were seated immediately. This is a terrible system and it made me believe I had just been lied to about waiting time. On top of that, we waited over 40 minutes for our food and did not receive any kind of apology or recognition by the staff for the length of wait.

We used to love it here as our regular brunch place, but for the last 3 visits it has really gone downhill. Today was the worst experience so far. Over recent visits, the service has become simultaneously harrying and slow. They try and turn the tables as fast as possible, so pester you to order super fast. But once you've ordered, the wait for food can be unreasonably long. Today, we were a walk in due to Hot Numbers being full. Therefore, we had to wait about 15 mins for the rest of our party to catch up with us as we were slightly early for our 10.30 meet time. We were seated on their last table. We ordered as soon as the other two arrived. The food took over 40 minutes from this time to arrive to our table, during which time we had to ask twice how long it was going to be because we had a cinema booking to get to. The manager (I think) was quite rude to us, essentially telling us it was our fault the food was taking so long - apparently somehow, because we ordered 15 mins after we arrived this meant it took nearly 45 mins for our food to be made. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me, if they can't handle walk ins because it'll put the schedule off then they shouldn't accept them. It wasn't like they had asked us to order food earlier either...not sure how it's our fault that it was so busy and the kitchen was over stretched. If we knew it was going to be such an issue, we'd have called the others to ask for their order. The others liked their lumberjack breakfasts but my usual go to, Pescetarian, had a new BBQ type sauce which was a bit gross and I couldn't finish the meal. At least they had the decency to remove the service charge from the bill. Tl;dr unpleasant atmosphere, rude manager, gross sauce.

Stopped here for a quick bite with friends after a cycle from Downham Market. Perfect before my train journey home. Friendly and welcoming, lovely fresh veggie pizza.

Shared a pizza on our way to a gig. They split the topping as my wife likes pineapple on hers. Think she does it to provoke me... It was excellent, as was the Malbec she had. Service was attentive without being intrusive, just right. Wish we could have stayed longer and explored the menu in more detail. Highly recommend.

Great pasta and starters, very kind staff and wonderful atmosphere, very close to beautiful Mill Road.

Hands down...The best pizza I've ever had. Genuinely. Absolutely 100% My fiancée and I came to Scott's for Valentine's day (2nd time we'd been). Scott's is located along Mill Road - a lively area. Windows face onto Mill road so there'll be a lot of opportunity to people watch. The interior of Scott's has an almost cafe like interior which works well in the evening. It's a busy restaurant floor with the serving hatch of the kitchen in sight and was playing some soul/motown favourites which was definitely my bag. I started with deep fried lasagne bites. Good size, very crispy but not overcooked. Delicious. Great presentation. Next....the main. A pepperoni and honey Detroit style pizza. Words will not allow me to fully explain just how epic this pizza was. As soon as I took a bite, I instantly regretted all of the previous pizzas I'd consumed. So full of flavour, wholesome, incredible flavour, crispy all the way around. I beg you, please try one of these. I was full by the 2nd slice so had it boxed up and enjoyed it again the next day. Finally, desert. Soft Cookie dough and vanilla ice cream. I'm not normally a desert person but this rounded off the meal nicely. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Great to see. Great service, insane food, lively location. I cannot speak more highly of Scott's. This is not a paid ad!

Great pizza, always busy, so a bit noisy

I was pretty excited to learn about this place but honestly found the food mostly pretty underwhelming, as did the rest of my party. The pancakes were excellent, but the pizzas weren’t particularly good and the forester was pretty mediocre. Ambiance and service were good. Prices seemed a little expensive for what was offered.

Really lovely restaurant doing fabulous food and drink throughout the day. Excellent food and service. Friendly staff. Laid back atmosphere and nicely decorated too. It’s always our meeting place on a family get together in Cambridge, clearly one of the best estsblishments in the area. Many thanks!

Good food, vegetarian and vegan option

My first brunch club experience, so I visited here with a large group of people, all paying separate. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, very patient and friendly. I ordered salmon and eggs on toast with pesto ( the pesto was mouth-watering), and friends ordered pancakes, full English, and avacodo on toast. All dishes were well presented and tasted incredible. The food is to a high standard. The prices do reflect, but I think they are fair for the location. You only have the table for an hour and a half as they are always fullbooked, and it's hard to get a table (walk in - on the weekend), so I'd advise you to book a table. The only fault on this place was I had a grubby T-cup, and that's not the end of the world. Would love to return and try the pizza, I have heard great things.

Feeling veeeery full walking out of the restaurant after a full English breakfast. The pancakes where delicious and the presentation was good. The side potatoes are good as well. To bad we ate a little before heading to the restaurant, else we would have finished it all. We had vegetarians in our party and were pleasantly surprised that there were quite a lot of tasty vegetarian and vegan options too

Amazing from start to finish. My wife is coeliac and it's rare that GF is catered to so well. We got a starter of crostini with garlic and artichokes, and given that it seemed like the chef just made it up, it was maybe the best GF starter we've ever eaten - please add it to your menu so everyone else can enjoy it as well! The pizza was also great, along with perfect service. We will definitely return

After going to Scott's for brunch a bunch of times and loving it (great food, vegetarian options and kid friendly), we finally tried the pizza now that they're doing delivery. The Detroit-style pizza is seriously delicious. The crispy edges are so good and the toppings are great. We got the Red Top and the Sausage and Shroom, and they were both amazing. The Caesar salad was also great - nice and tangy. Will definitely be getting delivery again very soon!

Excellent Sourdough pizza. I had the house special it was delicious. Plenty of toppings as well £25 per head with a beer is a good price Good seating Did close at 9.30 but hey… Staff were excellent & attentive Would 💯 go back again

Great brunch, family and dog friendly.

Considering the hype and the prices, my visit to Scott’s was decidedly underwhelming. There are certainly better breakfast options in town that offer tastier and cheaper dishes and a more enjoyable dining atmosphere.

Can’t comment on food as cashless venue. We wanted to eat there but disappointed and didn’t want to support as they wouldn’t take cash. Cash is still LEGAL tender.

Manager was rude and condescending We arrived not realising it was bookings only. So we made an online reservation and came back. We are 2 adults and a newborn so noted on the booking. On arrival we’re told that a table wouldn’t be available for some time as we had done the booking incorrectly. Needed a table for 3 not 2. We apologised. Manager continued to repeat that we had got the booking wrong and was mocking. We said that’s fine and left. On leaving we could see the manager mocking us to other customers. Extremely unprofessional. We are new parents and learning. There was no need to be so unpleasant.

Went for Bottomless brunch which was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good, relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely go back

Not worth the hype. Over priced

The service was unbelievably slow (the guy seemed more interested in standing behind the coffee machine on his phone) even though there were only 4 covers in the whole place. Food came cold, portions were small (and seem to have gotten smaller?!) eggs were barely cooked and the toast wasn’t actually toasted, then they were cheeky enough to include service on the bill and only tell me right before my card hit the reader “service is already included if that’s ok and everything was great with your meal”. 2 brunches and 2 coffees somehow cost us £40. Madness. Will not go back again.

Nice place- pizza was kinda a neo- neopolitan- not authentic but not bad either - needed a bit more seasoning tbh. Next visit will try other food

First time dining here. The food was excellent as was the service.

Good restaurant, not too far from the train station. Place was very busy, but service was pretty fast considering. Had the lumberjack breakfast, which had pancakes, bacon, hash browns, sausage patty and two eggs cooked to your choices. Everything tasted good, but I think my patty was slightly overcooked. The bacon was amazing and almost felt like it shattered as you took bites it was that crispy. Feels like it was reasonably priced and had a relaxed atmosphere.

Good pizza and delicious pancakes. Plenty of people indulging in the bottomless brunch, which does sound like a good deal. The team make a solid effort to use local suppliers for the ingredients on their pizzas, and this is to be commended. The ambiance is buzzing, and the staff are attentive to detail. Definitely worth visiting. (Bonus trivia - they supply food to Calverley's taproom and the Kingston arms, if you can't find a table here)

An excellent pizza place which caters for those with coeliac and gluten free dietary needs. Staff very aware of gluten and warn you about potential cross contamination. My dinner partners who can eat gluten gave very positive comments on their ordinary pizza.

Quality sourdough base made in-house over a 48-72 hour period. The other ingredients are fresh and spectacular! From the superbly sweet tomato sauce covering to really good mozzarella cheese. Definitely 7-8/10. Will be back again soon.

Popped in for some food on a Saturday - with the dog in tow. Staff were friendly and the service was efficient. We had one of the pizzas which was extremely fresh and tasty. Sides were nice and the dog was happy under the table.

Bottomless brunch is definitely not worth it. Food quality is definitely not at the level they price the brunch. Explanation: plating of the main dishes are very much average, quantity is quite small, quality of ingredients is basic. Please, season your eggs, don't overcook the bacon and bring butter at room temperature maximum (not liquid). But maybe we were just unlucky. Honestly the price of the plate itself is worth for what you get. But the combinaison of the drinks quality + their plate for the price of the brunch is not worth. Pizza looked good but we didn't have them. Also waiters were nice of course, but they missed an opportunity to introduce us to the brunch: what we can take, how it works, etc. Nice atmosphere though. This place has a potential but food quality is to improve for sure!

Best. Pizza. Ever. The fried dough balls to start were divine and then the simple margherita that followed was incredible. A margherita is so easy to get wrong but Scott's got it so right! Every ingredient was perfect and it was cooked to perfection. This was all accomplished at closing time. We checked with the manager before ordering that they were happy to serve us so late but they obliged and I'm so glad they did! Thank you!

The food was good, not amazing, but tasty enough

I'm going to start with the service was incredible, everyone was so fun and thoughtful, I've never laughed so much! I loved that you get a jug of prosecco and the orange juice with bottomless so there was no constant having to order drinks it was very relaxed! Super fresh and cold too! Now my food was amazing, you HAVE to try the pizza!! I'm vegan and I had the artichoke puree base with garlic mushrooms and I'm still dreaming about it today! Thank you so much guys, we will be back!

Excellent brunch with strong coffee.

Very disappointed. Pasta was tasteless. Portion size mediocre and food was cold...!!! All the waiter said was sorry he could have reheated the pasta... Nothing else. I won't go again.

Good food at a premium price. Very popular, book ahead at peak times. Potatoes are fried from frozen. Most expensive pint in town (maybe) £7. Not even a full pint. Tried to tell me it was a pint up to the crown stamp. Still didn't get a pint but of course charged me for a whole pint. Amazing.

Hosted 18 of us for a hen do bottomless brunch. Staff and service excellent. Great pizzas and brunch options. Definitely visiting again !

Pizzas are very good and local craft beer is great! Always a great atmosphere. They've recently changed the menu, shame the 'disgusting fries' didn't make the cut 😢

My goodness the portions are huge here and it's wonderful.

Popped in for lunch randomly, and in a mad rush... not expecting anything... but the salmon and eggs with "pesto" was absolutely exceptional, a simple dish elevated by superb ingredients, carefully cooked, perfectly presented. Bravo!

Absolutely love this place! 🌈❤️ Great choice of brunches, drinks, salads, sweets, etc. Gluten free options, veggie options, etc The waiter was very attentive and made sure to address my allergies correctly. The price was a bit on the high side but it was worth it.

Brunch was very good with prompt friendly service

We actually only found this place as the pub on the other corner was closed for refurb. We went In without any kind of expectations, just a warm drink and some lunch. Well Scott’s did not disappoint. Service was great, the food was so fresh, portions were very good and the price was really reasonable. It was clean and bright, tables not too close together. In fact it was much less than we expected. Happy days. Enjoyed our experience here. Coffee is fab. Locally sourced as well.

Finally we have a good pizza in Cambridge. Definitely worth coming back again soon.

Really delicious weekend brunch. I emailed to check for gluten free options as it isn't clear on the menu and one of our group is allergic, but they do have GF replacements for most things.

Good, simple food (pizza, pasta etc.) done nicely with a local twist. Took ages to get our first round of drinks to the table, and even asked if we were ready to order straight to main before they had arrived. Age-old trick of making the place look busy by seating all tables by the window. Small tables crammed in the middle, and seemingly only one unisex toilet for the whole restaurant. This left some distance between diners and staff and at times felt like there was no presence on the floor, with one person doing notably more than the other.

It's a very nice place! Polite and competent service and very good vegan breakfast (+huge portions).
