Beware when paying contactless and check the amount, I was overcharged £20 and given a fake receipt. Was unpleasantly surprised when checked my bank statement

I really love this shop, always stocked with a wide variety of organic and wholesome foods in various forms, plus they sell some books and very high quality organic incense etc. Staff all been friendly and helpful.

Fantastic independent cooperative run by lovely people. The biggest selection of unpackaged organic fresh produce in town. The only place you can get decent soya yoghurt in Cambridge. Incredible greens from local farm Wild Country Organics.

They offer extensive selection of organic products and friendly atmosphere. I was impressed by the cake! It is just the right level of sweetness and rich with homemade taste 🍰

Such a lovely little store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a lot of vegan options aswell. Almost everyday, there are new fresh vegan meals. I just feel at home every time I walk into this store. If you are looking for organic vegetarian and vegan food options, this store definitely has a wide range of options for you. They even have vegan cakes and the list goes on and on. So overall I give this store 5/5🌟

A little shop with a variety of vegetarian and vegan stuff.

A vegan's paradise! You can find loads of organic, fair trade and refill to save plastic options (shampoo, body lotion, house cleaning supplies, spices, teas etc)

I love this shop and make an effort to get here, especially as they sell herbs and spices by weight: fill your own bag with what you want/need and pay at the till.

Me andy mum had one of their Olive and Pinto bean pasties and Dirty Cajun rice, they were lovely!

The best place in Cambridge to get some healthy food and not only food. Basically this is mind-blowing place. The way how it works it's amazing and I love it. If you care about our beautiful planet you should consider to pay a visit.

Really good for vegan stuff. But they also have unusual/cool groceries (dried lentils, beans, fresh yeast, ...) that are sometimes hard to find in supermarkets.

Great place for vegans and health oriented people to shop. It’s so much easier to shop when you know they don’t sell any animal products. Very friendly staff too

They are always keen to help. They help you with everything and now you can pay electronically. Organic fruits and vegetables. Natural products for cleaning, environmentally friendly. Loads of dried herbs at a fair price, available for cooking or tea infusions. Fresh beer yeast for homemade pizza lovers.

Little but very good organic and vegan shop. Usually I buy Yerba Mate there but you can find all sorts of food in store.

A lovely health food shop selling a fantastic range of local fresh produce, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the shop is well worth a visit and I can't wait to go back, only about 1 minutes walk from the fire station.

Great range of whole foods and a strong awareness of sustainable packaging. The staff are knowledgeable about their products and very committed to the ethos of the business. The notice board and window also provide a lot of information about activities in the area

A true natural health store. Miles away from the likes of Holland and Barrett. Helpful staff, with a good selection of everything you would need, from whole foods to natural household products. As usual with these kind of shops they seem to attract strange people. Those who seem overly obsessed with their own health and welfare, to the exclusion of much else, and consequently it's a rather strange atmosphere in the shop. Not just this particular health shop, but customers of all health shops seem the same. Just weird and slightly pericular. I only visit such establishments when absolutely necessary, so that I manage to stay on the right side of sainty.

What can't you find here? Excellent selection of organic and other goods. The toiletries selection is excellent with a recently introduced refill station and the fresh vegetables are amazing.

I love this shop, I pass by everytime I come to Cambridge. It is perfect for people who likes whole, healthy, organic, vegan, vegetarian, etc. kind of food. They have literaly all the products I like... The price is likely more expensive but I accept the difference for higher quality and/or more sustainable food. Highly recommend.

Adorable store, amazing range of products from tempeh and seitan to Japanese foods to grains to fresh veg. Minimal waste store usually with zero waste options.

First frequented this shop as a teenager in 1980/81. Been coming here ever since . The place is a Cambridge institution and a must for anyone who eats organic,vegan, vegetarian and or local. The staff are always friendly and they offer a vast array of food and drink . They are great supporters of small local organic producers and have been for decades ; I should know , I am one ! The place has a great calming vibe on your soul and this shop will always have a special place in my heart.

Such a great shop for animal-friendly, plastic-free, ethical & vegan products. Staff are great too.

They sell oats in 32kg bags. While this is quite good, I will not rest until I can buy a bag heavier than myself to satisfy my ravenous hunger.

You can find a lot of things you need in this shop, even though it's small. They bring quality products Do not forget to take your own bag!

Best place in Cambridge for whole foods. Far superior to the chains.

Arjuna is an institution more than a shop. Their wholefoods selection is pretty good, and their dried herbs you weigh our yourself is one of those features you've got to find somewhere in any university town. Its not the best wholefood shop in Cambridge (that's Daily Bread) but if you're doing your shopping in Mill Road it's worth a visit.

Best vegetarian, vegan co-op ever!!! Love the energy and vibe of the place and the fact that you can bulk buy many conventional and organic ingredients.

Very comprehensive selection of foods. Dust and cobwebs, and the smell of mold give me hesitation about going back.

Generally the store is well stocked and quite well priced, but often I have to ask for clearer ingredients labelling on the salads etc. made in store.

So I’ve been going to Arjuna since I moved to Cambridge a few months ago. I can always rely on them for eco friendly house hold products, a large variety of vegan milk and fresh veggies, amongst other goodies. I even buy my toiletries from there. But I have tk point out the absolutely phenomenal egg and nut free chocolate cake they made for my sons birthday and their olive bread which I am ridiculously addicted to. I’m very picky about my bread. Very. Arjunas Olive Bread is a beautiful wholesome home made bakers crust outside and soft and scrumptious inside with just the right amount of olives in it for every bite to have a beautiful kick to it. Stays on your palate and perfect dipped in some olive oil or with my coconut oil chilli fried eggs. The olives are also not too overpowering. Literally everything Mv about this bread is jussssst right. It’s stunning. I highly recommend it!

Great selection of veggie and vegan, well displayed and laid out. More expensive than I would like but then it is 'niche' food so they can charge a bit higher. Staff are friendly enough and helpful.

One of the best shops on mill road! And their vegan pastries and ready made super food salads are 😍.

The shop provides a good range of foods and other wholesome goods that help you on the road to healthy living. Most of the food is organic and has limited additives including sugar and salt. On weekdays takeaway fare is available for lunch. There is a good range of bread, breakfast cereals, seeds, snack bars and yoghurts to be purchased. Many of the foods are available in packets filled by the Arjuna team from bulk supplies. Very much an Artisan shop with an eclectic mix of staff working as part of a co-operative. I try and avoid the often expensive imports from Germany and the Netherlands. Somehow it does not seem appropriate to purchase food that has been transported hundreds of carbon miles from Europe. Even Lidl now profess that they purchase food in the UK. They also have a reasonable selection of toothpastes, hair and beauty products. Worth a visit if you want healthier foods than available in mainstream supermarkets.

Great little store for health foods with a fair selection of veggie and vegan supplies. It's much like a small whole foods. Will continue to shop here.

This is a great wholefood shop. Personally, I love its range of bread, its spices, and its cosmetics - but there's a whole lot more from porridge (I like that too) to organic wine and beer.

Arjuna is my favourite Cambridge food shop, with a great range of thoughtfully chosen wholefoods. They do delicious catering too.

Good selection for vegans & vegetarians who are looking for a take away [call in advance of you do not wish to wait] Pedestrians only small road too much congestion!

Amazing range of vegan food. Unusual things you won't find elsewhere, such as firm tofu, vegan cheese range, locally produced beer and cider. They also sell food to go, and have very helpful staff. Small frozen section too. Spices can be purchased in 25 gram quantities and is very reasonably priced.

Excellent for specialist foods. If you're after environmentally friendly, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or anything more unusual, this is the best place to go. The shop itself is vegetarian. I'm not vegetarian and never have been but this has long been one of my favourite shops.
