Order from prezzo from time to time mainly when there is a deal on through one of the many delivery sites. The pizza is always great quality and tasty and they have white pizza Bianco options that I really like. The garlic bread with caramelised onion is always lovely too, this said if we had to pay full price I would buy elsewhere as there are various pizza options locally. But if there is a deal and its the same price I would recommend you give it a try.

Absolutely wonderful. 1st time trying. Chilli beef - 10/10, fish cake hubby says 5/10 but he’s not really a spice man, veg stir fry 10/10. We will be back Janet. Suffield

My friend and I visit the cafe once a month and the fact that we always return speaks volumes. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the food is lovely with big portions. The cakes are amazing. We never feel like we outstay our welcome, as we spend at least three hours there each time.

Over 45 minutes late for a specified delivery slot. Not good enough. Good food but now extremely over priced. Will think twice in future, real shame.

Had a table for 7 booked with a group of friends. Cannot fault to food, however, the service was the worst I had ever had . . . Anywhere. Our waitress was blunt and made us feel rushed at every point. Everything seemed an inconvenience....

Best chinese in brentwood by a long way, wouldnt order from anywhere else

Beautifully cooked fish. Deliciously crisp with generous portion of chips. It seems to have changed hands over the years, but the standard has always remained excellent.

I can’t fault today. Our food was delicious, didn’t wait long but wasn’t rushed. Our waitress, Lisa was excellent - nothing was too much trouble, how it should be. We will return soon, thank you.

We came here on an impromptu visit (7 of us) and they seated us right away. Our drinks order was taken as soon as we were seated and our food order shortly afterwards once they had brought the drinks. The starters came very quickly and were amazing. We then were left alone for 15/20 minutes, which was most welcome as we were almost full following the starters. We then ordered our mains which again came promptly, with every dish probably being the best Chinese that I've ever had. I will come back here again, and at £24.95 per adult and £10 per child (under 10), it was very well priced too.

I collected a Saturday evening takeaway meal of three dishes two weeks ago.The meal consisted of a starter, a main and a noodle dish. I unknowingly, ate my meal but my wife ate only half of hers. As she was clearing the plates she said”OMG! come here.” She showed me the live worm moving around in the meal of noodles and chicken. She was shocked and revolted and very, very angry! When I contacted the Eastern Oriental they offered to reimburse me or give me another meal! Why would I want another meal? Now I was furious! To prove how concerned they were about my complaint they later refunded £7 onto my credit card for one dish! My total bill was £20.10 for the three dishes. This made me so angry that I contacted the Environmental Health Department who are now investigating. I certainly DO NOT recommend!

Ordered a delivery for the family. 2 items missing, one item totally wrong, delivered half an hour late and cold.every time we have ordered delivery we have either had items missing or charcoal garlic bread. Seems no one in the restaurant gives a flying duck. Will never order from this branch again absolutely appalling.

100% wouldn’t recommend at all so over priced massively got quoted £12.50 per person for 1 platter of sandwiches for all 15 people drinks not included in the price am hugely disappointed at the service and has really messed up plans 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️

We ordered a vegan cheese and tomato pizza amongst a family meal deal as our daughter has a dairy allergy. Upon collecting the order they gave us an original Cheese and tomato pizza. When querying the order the manager was extremely rude and said we would have to order another pizza as they had made the wrong one. He then refused to correct the order. After eventually agreeing they had made the wrong order, he then refused to recook the rest of the order and said it would have to be eaten cold. We asked for our money back and to cancel the order and he refused directing us towards our bank to refund the money. Such a bad experience and this was before we even had any food.
