Prezzo in Brentwood

Had a table for 7 booked with a group of friends. Cannot fault to food, however, the service was the worst I had ever had . . . Anywhere. Our waitress was blunt and made us feel rushed at every point. Everything seemed an inconvenience....

Vibrant, chic and welcoming friendly italian atmosphere in Essex. Set menu had great choices and great value and quality, especially recommend the fish and pizzas -excellent and fresh. Only wish they served lager on tap.( instead of bottled). Regular re-visits planned 👍

We had a lovely waitress Fran. Mushroom risotto and pizza both delicious. Sticky toffee pudding was tasty. Will be returning soon

The food is really good at Prezzo's now and the variety of food they offer extensive now. I would definitely recommend!

Went for dinner whith my friends. We had the new set menu, a real bargain! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was very polite and friendly, very attentive to our needs as always! An excellent warm ambience whith perfect service!

Went for a meal in prezzo tonight with friends waitress put my phone on charge, when I asked for it back she had changed my charger over to an old one that had broken. When I pointed it out she just laughed in my face...

Went in for a light lunch. the waitress was so really helpful (dark hair and ponytail) Sorry not to remember her name. suggested a new dish which was really tasty

Ate here for Lunch and will never return. The pasta dish was tasteless and swimming in oil. The so-called spicy prawns were limited in number and very bland. The toilets were dirty and could do with a good clean.

Great decor, good food at resonable food. We had a fun night. Staff could have been more attentive and our waitress did make us feel that she was in a rush and lacked social skills and patience. Maybe a little more people skills training would...

Once again i was out with my friends and we decided to go to prezzo’s as it has lovely food and grate service every time. Me and my friends enjoyed the delicious food as well as the drinks and the new desserts are amazing. Thank you so much for the sugestion for the new salted caramel tart. It was to die for. Never let me down, we’ll be back soon for sure.

Popped in for lunch, seemed quite busy as we entered but we were seated towards the rear in a quieter spot (what's that they say about putting ugly people out of sight?).Service was prompt & efficient but the young lady serving us seemed a bit fed up?I had the giant meatballs for starters followed by the 'Calabria' burger (basically just a double pate hamburger with cheese & salad served with skinny fries) - both courses were tasty & I really enjoyed the burger (not really Italian I know..). My partner had bruschetta & seafood spaghetti, she enjoyed the starter but said the pasta was a little bland, I tried it and thought it was quite flavoursome in a somewhat subtle way.Good value with the taste card but I much prefer Pizza Express up the road.

Would highly recommend Prezzos in Brentwood, with friendly staff exciting menu and great ambiance - i would go again x!

This is the first time I had visited Prezzo, and it has one of the best Pizzas in the uk , and we really enjoyed Kamila’s service as it was warm and very welcoming

Service was good and food lovely unfortunately not quite as described however the manager did the right thing and therefore we will be back

Unfortunately I have been treated extremely rudely on 2 separate occasions at this particular branch of prezzo there will definitely not be a third occasion my friends said the same thing and my daughter in law experienced exactly the same attitude when she went there a short while ago I hope prezzo do something about this as the food is good and people look forward to eating out as a special treat but certainly don’t expect this kind of rudeness! Unacceptable

Had a great dinner before heading out with the lads. The pizza i had there "Posh pepperoni" was A killer just missed Jallapenios. And the lovely lady that served us Kamila was amazing and kinda funny.Overall the visit was splendid fast and food was pipping hot just as expected and looked spectacular. Cheers for all the team.
