Prezzo - Brentwood in Brentwood

Order from prezzo from time to time mainly when there is a deal on through one of the many delivery sites. The pizza is always great quality and tasty and they have white pizza Bianco options that I really like. The garlic bread with caramelised onion is always lovely too, this said if we had to pay full price I would buy elsewhere as there are various pizza options locally. But if there is a deal and its the same price I would recommend you give it a try.

Pizza and stuff ok. Manager a little unusual and corrected the pronunciation of a member of our group which left them feeling a touch embarrassed. Beers ridiculously priced so perhaps best to stick to a soft drink and the set menu.

Hmm v rushed really good came out within 5 mins of being ordered ! Must have all been pre cooked , tasted ok tho £15 for the burger with a handful of fries was a bit trumpy - the garlic bread was tiny for £5.50 ! And the deserts were v pricey at £6.75 for bland tasting cheese cake 🍰

4 adults, 2 kids and a baby. The service was excellent with a very attentive waiter. The food was very ok but overpriced for what it was. I guess they need to make good margins to pay for such a prominent position on the High Street. Would definitely eat there again.

Prezzo is the absolute best resturant ever.The food is delicious,the waiters are really nice there and you can tell that the toilets are newly-furbished every day. The colouring sheets for the kids are awsome, and all the deserts are really fresh and home made. I would really recommend going as all of ourvisits were really nice.

Lovely evening with great service. The pizzas were great but chicken dishes very dry. Stick to pizza / calzone. I recommend this Prezzo for the friendly service. Tip: if you don’t like loud music it’s not the prezzo for you or make sure you ask to sit in front near street windows where it seemed to be quieter. Use your tastecard if you have one! It’s amusing watching all the Brentwood orange people walk past too!

Again working away from home and came here this evening … chicken in mushroom sauce was perfect so tasty never tried a prezzo before but will do nearer home

Staff are very welcoming and polite. The food I had cheese tomato pizza was perfect.I’m every way. Staff even came up say is everything ok which extra touch. The table service here was 100% perfect. The food came out very fresh and like you would expect.

We are visiting Brentwood branch regularly and we always enjoying our time in there. Kids love pasta, and my wife like salads. Its great choice for everyone

We were celebrating my sons 7th birthday, and we been nicely surprised, on our arrival we found nice decorated table, my son was soo excited. Lovely staf and great food on date.

Suffering severe long term (nearly three weeks) adverse side effects (pain) from eating some of my main dish the crab & prawn Ravioli which was extremely spicy. Two out of four of us ordered this for our mains and couldn’t finnish the dish due to the severity of its ‘heat’. We mentioned it to the waitress who said that others in the restaurant had said the same. Just wish I’d sent it back. Whilst some people can tolerate this level of spiciness and suffer short term or not at all some customers can’t. I have emailed Prezzo who responded and said they are investigating but unfortunately for me I am still suffering. We liked the restaurant but it has put us off. There should be adequate warnings against dishes like this to alert customers and in my opinion there is no need to over-spice delicate ingredients like crab & prawn. We have eaten similar dishes in family run Italian restaurants where this dish is very edible & enjoyable without overpowering hot chilli flavours.

When out as a family on a Saturday evening. would highly recommend looking on the internet for offers as found get a free drink with the meal so we all had cocktails. It was quite busy and therefore the service was slow, other wise it would have been 5 star. the food is standard Prezzo which is ok. I personally had the Calzone which was a really good size did not need the side dish of chips would go back

I have been to Prezzo several times and am never disappointed. I felt like I had to write a review this time as the customer service was incredible. Our waitress was so knowledgable about the menu and was very friendly. The new food menu was delicious and the vegetarian pepperoni pizza was delicious. We were having a special meal to celebrate the last day of the holidays before returning to normality and we are so glad we chose Prezzo.

We all tried the festive menu 3 course for £22.95 , nice and good value for money , quiet as was quite empty in restaurant when we were there , servers wearing masks 😷

Lovey meal with nice selection of tasty starters to share between us, followed by a main courses. We were too full for desert!. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bellini and cocktails to start! Very patient waitress who took our orders when we couldn't decide. So nice to be able to sit outside when its warm. It felt very Mediterranean.

After a few months I went back to this restaurant that I remembered positively, unfortunately I had to rethink... served us a waiter (with an obvious problem to the brain). She had glasses, skinny but very rude! I do not say the whole but also asks for tips.. Outrageous we don't come back

Visited this restaurant for my wife's birthday service & ambiance all good orderdered king prawn risotto should have been called king shrimp risotto plus could only find five of these should not be able to describe it as king prawn risotto will not be returning in a hurry

Me and my family ,we were at a PREZZO for Sunday lunch, very large place, very clean, very comfortable. We ordered prawns and calamari for starters, and a very good bread with caramel onion,that very great !!!!!! for pasta and pizza, was delicious . Usual menu in decent surroundings however compared to other prezzo’s the portions were disappointing. The staff were not overly friendly but reasonably professional although a mistake was made with our order.

Used this restaurant for the first time as a weekday lunch treat. It was quite early and the place was fairly quiet to start with but began to fill up after a while.

Always a warm welcome and consistently good food. Lunch time meal deals are great value. Good options for vegetarians but if you are a meat eater the meatballs are lovely. And the honeycomb cheesecake for dessert is a must.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was ok. Soft drinks are very expensive. Although it was quite nice I wouldn't rush back there again.

Im not going to say it was inedible because it wasnt but the fact you charge money for it is the part that baffles me the seafood spaghetti was basically 40p of spaghetti with a frozen seafood mix thrown in the microwave . Soggy pork belly you wont find me in another prezzo ever again unless i have a jerry can full of petrol in my hand

We had good time there, food is really tasty. Anna was kind and friendly with us all the time and with a smile on her face helped us to make the right decision for the best meal "lobster and crab pasta" I strongly recommend.

Went to prezzo last Thursday and couldn’t have had a better end for a tiring day. Very cozy atmosphere, the service was the most comforting possible and the food was deliciously tasty; exactly what someone needs after a hard working day.

I visited Prezzo for my Birthday this December. Staff looked after us and were polite. Me and my friend ordered pasta with salmon and both had food poisoning around 24hrs later. My friend could not attend work the next day because of how sick she felt and I suffered throughout my birthday holiday... Shame really. At least the other friends enjoyed their meals.

We went here for a pre-Christmas family meal and took advantage of the set menu, it was surprisingly good value and the food was cooked well and presented nicely.

Went on a Friday night in December with my parents. The menu is really nice, good variety. The staff were very attentive in serving the food, took 4 requests to get tap water but got there in the end! Restaurant was very noisy for Christmas Parties so probably not the place to go for a quiet evening meal out, but it’s Christmas so it’s nice being surrounded by people having a good night.

All started good especially prawns and meatballs. Excellent prawn risotto. Pizzas nice. Sticky toffee pudding scrumptious. Panna cotta could have been bit firmer.

Really! !!!???? The food come from the microwave! !!!! And I know that for the fact! !!! Another franchise restaurant! Very good marketing team creating menus that sound expensive and come from the plastic bags. You pay for the decor and that is becoming Essex like too.

The food and service here was great on our recent visit but unfortunately we were sat on the table right in front of the door so it was drafty every time the door opened. (Only negative). Our waitress was good and friendly and the food was served quickly. The food was very nice. We shared crab cakes, hummous and prawns for starter that were all very tasty and our pizza and pasta mains were also bery good. Would return and would recommend!

It's already the third time that I'm going to Prezzo, a long time, and I have to say the new style! I really liked it! we were served bread with a wide choice of different olive oil. I often go for the price because in brentwood is the best Italian restaurant, and with some discount I always have the quality and the right price! very good and friendly waiters!

Had dinner here with friends on Saturday evening. Whilst the food was probably only average the service was a bit of a joke. Firstly I ordered a large Peroni and a soda and lime for my wife. Moments later a waitress returned to out table to apologise for the waiter who took our order as he was training. The issue was that I asked for a soda and lime......... apparently this led to confusion as he was only familiar with people asking for a lime and soda!!! You can't make it up!!! The other issue I had is when ordering a large glass of wine it was served in a standard size glass filled right to the rim - when I asked for a larger glass I was told they didn't have a bigger size. They then brought my drink back in a Bombay Sapphire bowl glass. Very poor etiquette and in Brentwood too!!!

I went to Prezzo Brentwood with a couple of friends and we had a very nice dinner , they have amazing food and staff is very friendly. They offer us some complimentary bred to try the flavours from the olive oil wall . Well done we will comeback soon !

I came last night for dinner with my girlfriend and we were surprised to see all the changes. The tables from the front are amazing, with a lot of lights and everything is more colorful which creates a nice and warm atmosphere. Superb stuff, very attentive!

I never felt so insulted by a waiter and how she shouted at her managers and how she made my experience for the night, never coming again.

Staff keeps changing, they seem really quiet and uncomfortable in their jobs. Manager is moody. Nobody smiles.... food is nice but atmosphere not so much! You're far better off going to Zizzi where service is just fantastic.

Fabulous food, excellent service (couldn't be more friendly) and a lovely outdoor courtyard area to enjoy our lunch in - we'll definitely be back very soon!

On Sunday me and my family went to Prezzo in Brentwood for B-day Party. Everything was amazing. They prepared for my daughter cake with candle and even we didn't ask them. All team with managers started to sing Happy Birthday. We were very surprised. That was really really kind. Food was fabulous and looking very attractive.
