Chick N Shack in Brentwood

I have ordered from here many times and what great food and staff.. really recommend.. million times better than kfc

Couldn’t have got it much worse. We ordered three dishes. Piri piri chicken burger they claimed the had none but they did have piri piri sauce and offered a plain chicken burger (declined but it didn’t make much sense). Quarter peri piri chicken and they got he order wrong and have three wings instead when this was pointed out they declined to change and correct the order and still charged full price - the wings lacked flavour and were not browned at all - rather unpleasant slimy wings. 6 fried chicken hot wings was three dried up wings and three halves of dried up wings - obviously cooked much earlier in the day and left out to dry up - at least with these though we had the impression they may have been well flavoured. Overall this is the first time we visited here and it left a poor impression with us wondering how they manage to stay in business.

Absolutely love the chicken wings and burger selection. the staff are lovely. Always visit for the tango blasts too!!!

Been here many times , never got round to doing a review but it defiantly deserves one . Hot wings are up there with the best I have had . The peri peri chicken is spot on , I love the mango and lime ! The chips with the peri salt are quite addictive, al though the rice they do is unbelievable so I can be healthy and enjoy this just as much. You need to try there rice ! If its fried chicken you like , or the healthier peri peri these guys have nailed it. I hear there adding bacon to the menu too which excites me :) The staff are soo friendly. Very clean and tidy shop. I am sure I will be in at some point this week. See you soon.

Ordered the following 6 Flamzee chick wing meal (Southern fried) Peri wings (Meal includes fries and drink £7.00 total Good price considering it was fast and got given an extra wing due one being on the small side. To add to this the staff very friendly and accommodating The southern fried wings were crispy just how I like them. Rival that of dixy chicken or KFC with an added kick of spice Peri salted chips were delicious. Tasted right out of nandos The peri wings were nice, nice kick however could of done with being on a little longer for that crisp taste. All in all good. Takeaway bag included condiments and lemon wet wipe. Will return and return soon with my Work colleagues will be right behind me
