I haven't been to Dunwich for about 15 years. I remember there used to be a great tea room back then that my mother recommended!
This must have long since gone! We had walked cross country from Southwold forgetting what a long walk it is We discovered dingle tea rooms at the end of the walk in a rural setting.
It's a lovely setting with extensive barns and tables. Having frequented similar establishments in other parts of the country I thought we were in for a treat
Nothing was wrong with the food it was just a little uninspiring. Very plain cakes and prawn sandwiches made from those tiny prawns you buy trozen.
All nicely served by attentive waiting staff it just lacked that lush factor that you sometimes find in these sort of places. Maybe my expectations were too high.....
This restaurant have the worst service that I met in Norwich . They refuse provide WIFI password when they lie to customers that they do not have WIFI connection . Moreover , some staff have language barrier when speak English . However , they dare charge service fee at 10% with such an awful service.

Amazing restaurant for my friends baby shower. I had two cocktails which were amazing! I ate the spaghetti carbonara which was as good as carbonaras I’ve had in Italy!
Wonderful service. 100% recommend
We are locals and love the Grand Piano Cafe! Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere is nice and relaxed. We regularly have cooked breakfast - delicious!
Great to see the Aviator has reopened and the new owners trying hard to welcome the local customers back to the venue they have missed since the end of December.

Noisy, rough and a very arrogant and rude landlord. There are much nicer pubs in and around Peterborough to chose from. Don't recommend unless you like noise and foul language.
Went to eat with a friend early Friday evening - the place was buzzing ! Great atmosphere.
The food was delicious and reasonable priced and the service was good
Came from London to spend my Sunday in Cambridge with my friends, after a long day we saw barracuda so popped in for some burger and chips, amazing service from boss man mr Tacim and his amazing stuff such clean and delicious food also gave us extra wings amazing service will definitely go back to Cambridge just for the food again thank you mr Tacim
Fabulous food and faultless service. We tried the new Crispy Beef from the specials board this time and it was delicious. Staff were friendly and welcoming as always, we always enjoy our visits to the Brook.
We had some friends that came to visit from the west country, and decided that we should eat out as it was a special occasion. I booked a table for when the restaurant opened at 17.30 hrs as our friends were returning to the south west later in the evening. We ordered a set menu meal for 4 and to say it was really very nice was a vast understatement. It was exceptional and very good value as there was plenty of food and was cooked to perfection. The young lady serving table was very good, as was the kitchen staff who was only too happy to explain the recipe for one of the dishes. I have had takeaways and also eaten in this establishment before, and in my opinion, and that of my friends, is one of the best, and is without any doubt in our minds it is the best in StNeots.
A lovely cosy pub, with a friendly welcome. The food was excellent, freshly cooked and a good selection.
Booking is recommended as it is a very popular venue.
