I ordered online and they cancelled my order! Looking back through other reviews I see a trend. Guess the owner / operator doesn't read these reviews......

I requested a specific time but it was ready 10 minutes early so by the time I collected it was soggy. expensive and not poor quality food.

Just had a call from this number claiming to be my mobile phone provider. My SIM will be blocked in a week and they need to send me another one. Do I pay monthly or PAYG? Can I give them my email address? They are are having technical issues and don’t have my details. Funny they had my mobile number

I am allergic to Garlic and often struggle to find things to eat in restaurants. The staff here were so friendly, they checked through ingredients and even offered to tweak the menu to make me something. Even though the pub is a Hungry Horse, the staff made it feel like a local, rather than a franchise.

I use McDonald's when riding as the coffee is reasonable and a fair price, plus they are always clean.

Ordered chilli burger and chips online no mention that it comes with cheese in description you can say no salad and sauce but no mention about cheese.... rang and was sorted straight away...should be full description of contents when ordering but will still use

Fue a la noche de filetes, donde la única estipulación para recibir una botella de vino gratis era tomar dos filetes de grupa de 8 onzas. Al tener hambre decidimos hacer surf y césped, es decir, dos filetes de grupa con scampi entero por 3 libras extra , pero descubrimos porque actualizamos entonces ya no teníamos derecho a la botella de vino. Decepcionados cuando llegaron las comidas que al pagar £ 3 extra recibimos 4 pequeños, probablemente congelados , trozos de scampi no solo es la actualización de mala relación calidad-precio sino una conversación interesante que se debe tener con los estándares comerciales alrededor de la propia oferta ya que cumplimos con el único requisito. We always visit this place for a bday or celebration as it's always been great value for money. Service has never been top notch as its always very young teenagers without training but the food has always made up for it. However last night's visit for my sisters bday was disgusting. We ordered our starters to only receive half of them? I received none of mine and had to wait while the rest of the table ate theirs. I had ordered some spring rolls and dumplings? But I was waiting over an hour for them. Everyone else had finished their food even a couple of tables had received their food before I was then told they ate just putting my order in. The servers had to tell the chef 3 times to put my order on as I was waiting. So when I eventually got my food everyone had finished and was ready for the mains so they ordered them to avoid anymore delays. An hour later they came out and were less than satisfactory. My dad's salt and pepper squid wasn't even cooked properly. Everything was less than perfect? I.e the veg was a little undercooked, the sweet and sour tasted like orange chicken. The table next to us had been there since 5pm and left 3 hours later complaining about the delay and missing dishes as well as the way the boss had been shouting at the teenage staff. We could hear him berating the staff regularly from the kitchen. We left about 3 hours after starting as well and none of the previous tables had been cleared. Even our starters dishes were not removed? We ended up doing it ourselves. We will not be returning ever again

i had a very bad experience at this place, the food was very overpriced and way to greasy, there were flys all over the place and there was fish left out on the counter UNCOVERED!! not all of the employees had their hair tied up/covered. i also saw one of the employees vaping outside of the shop which i also thought was very unhygienic. there was also no food hygiene rating on show which didn’t come as a surprise as it’s probably a 0!!!!!!!!!!

The coffee was good but the cheese and ham toastie was awful. Neither the cheese nor the ham had any flavour and the bread used was’plastic’.

Has to be the worst Chinese food we have ever tasted! It literally tasted of nothing, so bland, the prawn crackers had no flavour whatsoever and like cardboard! Threw it all in the bin and there was a lot of us so not just one opinion! I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was awful

Loved my festive one pizza. The kickers were also a wise pick. The online deals are are good as otherwise would be pricey ..
