Absolutely disgusted, my partner is allergic to dairy - we requested the cheese be changed to vegan cheese and they refused and said they're system won't allow it, I though they had to cater to allergies ??????

Won’t deliver to HGV drivers anymore in their cabs, so much for helping out the key workers. Wouldn’t give them a penny in my opinion anymore. Very Unhelpful staff.

Ordered take away tonight due to not being able to get out. Pizzas got here nice and hot despite being 6 miles away. Great food great delivery driver too.

Has to be the worst Chinese food we have ever tasted! It literally tasted of nothing, so bland, the prawn crackers had no flavour whatsoever and like cardboard! Threw it all in the bin and there was a lot of us so not just one opinion! I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was awful

Unit 2.1, Teal Park Rd, Lincoln, LN6 3ADWhat we ordered wasn't available. Offered an alternative, but this arrived cold. The venue was cold and uninviting. Others had been waiting 30 minutes plus for food. I'm very disappointed. It's not the first time we've had this level of service at this venue. Once, I put down as a bad day. Maybe focus on the customer at the counter, not delivery services.

Newark RoadI am allergic to Garlic and often struggle to find things to eat in restaurants. The staff here were so friendly, they checked through ingredients and even offered to tweak the menu to make me something. Even though the pub is a Hungry Horse, the staff made it feel like a local, rather than a franchise.
