The best restaurants in Hope Valley High Peak East Midlands

Really excellent, freshly cooked and steaming hot breakfast with great coffee. Fabulous selection of cakes for a takeaway treat too. Highly recommend to set you up for a day’s walking.

Best Cheese and onion pie in the land. I travel 45 mins to get a cheese and onion pie they are that good. Tip. Call up first because they sell out . Lovely folk who run the place. Breakfast is really nice too.

Stopped off when visiting Hope, lovely wee cafe , scones were nice as was the coffee & it was dog friendly Would recommend & it was very reasonably priced.

I went to this shop with my partner as he wanted a breakfast roll. I had no idea what to have but with the help of the fantastic lady serving I had the bestciabatta sandwich I've ever had. The bread was perfect, packed with filling. Wr also bought a slice of ginger & toffee cake. The flavours were amazing. If you have the opportunity to use this deli on your travels, you won't be disappointed. Its a small deli filled with everything from chai seeds to sausage rolls.

Fabulous beautifully prepared lunch. Homemade mushroom soup, toasted sandwich with imaginative side salad and coleslaw! Wonderful coffee. Highly recommend

The iced coffee and brownie was amazing. The shop is small but has a great atmosphere and products. My friend had a sandwich and it was great!

Sadly, this lovely little store and coffee shop has re-located to Glossop. I'm sure it will be missed.

Had our agm at the travellers rest with a fabulous meal to follow the food was outstanding and service impeccable...woukd highly recommend the travellers rest in hope valley

Great atmosphere, very nice food and a well kept pint, what's not to like.. Highly recommended.. Had the most amazing Beef Bourguignon today, totally Sublime, update 14/07/24 salt & pepper chips are back on the menu.😋

We came her for my wife's birthday. Really excited that we would meet my sister who had come from near London to surprise her . We had a meal the guys had the curry which came up so dry to be honest it was microwaved it was so disappointing as we was paying £16 ahead, so we complained we got two meals for free but I feel I couldn't go to this establishment again for a meal. Sorry but yes 2 meals for free but how many birthdays you have at 60 !!! Never Again

Awful food,dry bread,posh hot dogs certainly aren't posh,warm milkshake,urrrghhhh! Never again would I eat in there, poor value ,get some fresh bread,rip off! And then you get a generic reply when leaving a review, they don't give a dam!!

Food was decent but not worth £8 for a sandwich , when i entered the building we felt very unwelcomed , the staff kept giving us dirty looks. The woman at the bar asked us to repeat our order at least 8 times. Not a single smile in the whole premises , the staff looked depressed.

Excellent venue for a quick stop to refuel. Highly recommend with excellent food, service and value for money. Thanks three roofs cafe!
