Was in the area today, cold chicken, really disappointment

Me and my mate visited Nando’s last night and both had the Fino Pitta in medium spice. The food tasted good, but my friend was missing a chicken thigh in his pitta. After a polite chat with the manager, this was quickly sorted. Unfortunately, our portions of spiced rice were tiny and undercooked, but again, the manager made up for it by offering us two complimentary cheesecakes. They were nice enough, but I wouldn’t have paid full price for them. We ordered via the app at the table but had to remind staff to bring glasses for our drinks. Despite the 25-minute wait for a table, the restaurant wasn’t that busy, which seemed a bit odd—especially considering the number of complaints we overheard from other tables. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the service was a bit hit-and-miss. The manager did their best to rectify issues, but I’d expect better for the price.

Frequent Pizza Express alot and the Derbion branch is probably the worst for customer service. Everything seems such a chore to the staff. Hard for them to come and greet you, hard for them to raise a smile. Never get asked if we'd like another drink. No complaints about the food, just the employees.

started the trip off with a half an hour wait, although 1/4 friends had been given their food. when asked where the food is, the response was “5 minutes”, before coming back to tell us that it will not infact be 5 minutes and will be much longer and offered us a free starter between the 3 of us. when food eventually came there was a hair in it! another one of the 4 meals was incorrect, i had tailored my food to remove sauces, to my surprise my wrap contained the sauces that i requested to be removed. to enhance the experience my friend decided to treat herself to an ice cream… the machine was broke, there was no sign or anything on the app to indicate this, as an alternative the waiter had offered a scoop of ice cream…. this scoop had a hair in it. therefore we requested the refund for the ice cream and left after drinking our soda water as the coca cola machine had broken with out making us aware! no apology for these issues.

I visited Bar Sport over the weekend to watch the football. The menu looked tempting so we decided to order some food and were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service received, particularly considering how crowded it was. Compliments to the chef!

I was man handled twice by the DJ and also the 'manager' just for dancing near the DJ booth. I have marks on my arm where I was manhandled and will be reporting this incident to the police: not once was I asked to leave or anything. Just literally thrown out. They also both looked extremely intoxicated, I have a video which was recorded just after the assault in which, even their bouncer looked concerned that they had acted way over the top . I will be using this as evidence

Very poor quality food.We had cheeseburgers and chicken kebab.The kebab was a cheap dry pitta bread on a plate,some small cubes of chicken and a piece of old lettuce with a chunk of tomato and onion.The cheeseburgers were again very poor quality.Im not sure what the mayonnaise was but it was like glue!! The staff were pleasant .Do not waste your hard earned cash.My nephew went to a takeaway on the opposite corner and the food was far superior quality

Thought I would get a pizza on my way to my mates as I said I would bring food.. Worst decision I could have made. Only had a 4 min walk and the pizza was barely warm and was extremly tough to eat and barely tasted of anything. We ended up chucking in the bin and making a trip to the supermarket for a pizza to cook ourselves. The replacement pizza was cheaper and tastier than the one I ordered. Will not be returning and advise everyone to avoid.

The lady serving was extremely quite you could not hear what was being said.Cookie dough was still roar and gritty -tasted horrible.The chocolate chips had not melted nor had the Nutella on my friends cookie like shown on photos.Overall my experience was horrendous ,I still feel sick now from eating a spoonful of it,I would not recommend!!!!!!

Posting this a bit late but we visited a few weeks ago now and had the best restaurant service I think we’ve ever had from Laura. She was amazing from start to finish, taking our orders accurately and professionally, explaining the menu and current offers and doing that part of the job perfectly. She then went above and beyond by making a fuss of our son and really making him feel valued, as well as chatting to the rest of us about our upcoming holiday and sharing her own experiences. It genuinely felt like a friend was serving us and was far from the usual service you get in restaurants. That’s why I’m writing the review now because I said I would, but this page got lost in my mass of browser tabs and I’ve just seen it now. Thank you Laura for a memorable lunchtime visit!!

I ordered online and got the complete wrong order and when I tried to ring up the store they wouldn't go through

popped in for a few pints on a saturday afternoon . staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the beer . excellent selection including a sour which you don't often see. great atmosphere and friendly locals. my only complaint would be the tinny speakers and music - but that's small issue
