The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Arboretum Derby East Midlands

Festive bottomless brunch with great choice of drink options and option to upgrade should you want cocktails. Option for non alcoholic cocktails which were also enjoyed. Most of party opted for the cocktails and they didn’t disappoint; the cocktails were fabulous. Food also really tasty and enough for sharing plates,between our group, with choice of really tasty pizza after. Manager was working really hard to ensure that customers were kept happy. Great place, great service, and will definitely be returning.

In Derby to see "The Shires " at the cathedral. We were looking for somewhere to eat, tried a couple of places but they didn't start until six. So we ended up at The Kitchen, thank goodness. Really friendly environment and the food was great. The lady who served us even played a Shires track while we ate. So if you want really good food and a friendly welcome The Kitchen's for you. There are big names in the area, but you would just be a number there.

Had a great meal here last week, the pizza was cooked nicely and the service was quick but attentive.

Review Updated: Unbelievably RUDE and UNHELPFUL staff. Order was due at 7,15. 7,45 and it still has not left the shop. Called to cancel as its now too late for us (order is currently due an hour late) and they have refused. "Not our problem, your problem". Atrocious service. Review Updated: We ordered here for the first time in a long while (they changed their delivery area). We used to order far too much from this place. Cannot believe what a fall from grace tonight was. The portion was TINY. Still tasty (maybe not quite as much as before but still good), but the size of portion!? What has happened? Will not be back in a hurry at all. So so disappointed after being so excited we could get a delivery again. From 3 years earlier... Where have you been?! I never realised what I was missing in my life until we moved area and could start ordering from here. THIS FOOD IS DELICIOUS!!!

I have been a regular here for the past 25 years very disappointing today I ordered a pizza veg and chicken tikka there was hardly no cheese and had no flavour, chips all soggy and all burnt full of oil tasted out of date! daughters veg pasta was okay paid extra called the shop and the guy answered the phone passed to another member he told me he has worked there for years and has never had a problem with his pizzas. I Kindly told him to take the pizza and chips back he said NO I will replace ur chips? I did say come and try your pizza he said NO? ONLY as the owner is back 2moro speak to him. Being honest Mamma mias has just gone down hill food is terrible. I will NOT order from them anymore! driver has just delivered the chips and I gave the bad ones back just walked off with the bad ones? The guy on the phone told me to speak with the owner tommorrow I asked to speak with Farooq the new owner as he is our neighbour they said you cannot as UNCLE is back 2moro?? the owner is younger then me?? LOL..

Very poor quality food.We had cheeseburgers and chicken kebab.The kebab was a cheap dry pitta bread on a plate,some small cubes of chicken and a piece of old lettuce with a chunk of tomato and onion.The cheeseburgers were again very poor quality.Im not sure what the mayonnaise was but it was like glue!! The staff were pleasant .Do not waste your hard earned cash.My nephew went to a takeaway on the opposite corner and the food was far superior quality

Posting this a bit late but we visited a few weeks ago now and had the best restaurant service I think we’ve ever had from Laura. She was amazing from start to finish, taking our orders accurately and professionally, explaining the menu and current offers and doing that part of the job perfectly. She then went above and beyond by making a fuss of our son and really making him feel valued, as well as chatting to the rest of us about our upcoming holiday and sharing her own experiences. It genuinely felt like a friend was serving us and was far from the usual service you get in restaurants. That’s why I’m writing the review now because I said I would, but this page got lost in my mass of browser tabs and I’ve just seen it now. Thank you Laura for a memorable lunchtime visit!!

The southern fried chicken is proper southern fried, trust me im from the States and it's better than most of what UK has to offer. The Donner on tray with your choice of toppings will not disappoint you. The chilli cheese bites are amazing! The only controversial thing is the wings which although tasty is something me and the owner spoke about last night and we will again. Anyway in Derby, you should not be ordering from anywhere else....

Had to wait 2 hours for food. Used to be amazing service but ever since it's taken over new management it's absolutely awful and the staff constantly lie about the order delivery time.

Absolutely disgusting i ordered food when it was delivered my bell rang went to the door it was left on the floor with the driver in the car and driving off . For how much it costs now days for a take away this should be better service. Food was fair wasn't great for the price i expect some sort of taste and not slop will be thinking twice about ordering from here again.
